Everything was excellent! The beach, George is a gem, the food is fantastic, an excellent assortment of delicious foods through out the meals , and also Maria from the restaurant is brilliant and very kind! Much appreciation for Esmeralda from Aegeo Spa, her hands are like a fairy! The rooms are spacy and very clean, housekeeping does an amazing job, and all the ladies are amazing!

We have visited the hotel in August 2024. Great experience overall. Staff is very friendly. Food is amazing. The beach is clean. Room service was good too. Location is good as you have a supermarket right in front and couple of good restraunts if you feel like dining out. 30 mins drive to Chania for a bigger city vibe. Additional thing worth mentioning is Aegeo SPA in the hotel itself, you can negotiate good prices. Terry, who is in charge of the SPA is amazing, friendly and nice. Always smiling and welcoming.

Dear Hotel Owner. Pay your waiting staff more. They deserve it for how hard they work and they set the tone of the service experience. None of your waiting staff talked to me about their pay by the way. They're so busy they barely have time to talk! The reception staff are fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I had to ask them for help with a fairly sensitive situation which they handled with compassion and privacy. The location is in my opinion the best along the section of this area. A beautiful sunrise walk. The direct access to a very clean beach is a real treat.

Overall a good holiday but cant help but feel disappointed. Rooms were nice and clean, food in the buffet was good with plenty of choice. Predominantly German guests who preferred the beach to the pool so always plenty of sun loungers available and no morning rush to grab one. Main drawback however was the poor bar service. The restaurant team were fantastic and the mangeress was lovely to our kids and made a huge effort but the bar staff didnt seem interested at all and were quite rude at times. Panos bar was a joke and it took 45 minutes one night from point of order to getting our drinks. The bar wasn't even busy. We complained about the service and were told simply to talk to reception. When we did tell reception they didn't seem interested in the slightest and when we checked in again in the morning no notes had been taken so the staff were unaware. The evening entertainment was also very poor and the kids were bored so not really a great hotel for families. Beautiful country and good memories with friends and family just let down by some staff that need some customer service training.

- due to some problems with a cancel flight and a agency that was not collaborating(DANAOS) the hotel was open to support us and came with some solutions;
- the food was good and diverse (we had all inclusive)
- rooms are cleaned every day and ours was with a nice view (sea side and garden)

- the food was good and diverse (we had all inclusive)
- rooms are cleaned every day and ours was with a nice view (sea side and garden)
Con's :
- in the last day some ants were starting to like our room (ground floor room) but nothing serious.

An absolutely amazing experience at Aegeo Spa. Terry at reception was very friendly and so accommodating. Really great customer service. I had a deep tissue massage by Margaret and this was the best massage I’ve had so far (and I have a lot of massages). She was so lovely and made me feel extremely relaxed and at ease. Margaret is an asset to the team and Aegeo Spa.

We spend 7 days at this hotel. Everything was great ,the acomodation, the food , the beach. The staff was very kind.

This is the best hotel i’ve ever been to ! There is a really good viev of the beach you get free breakfast lunch and dinner and drinks at any time ,there are also a sauna and a big pool. I loved the 2 kittens that just walk around and they love when you pet them.

Great services, nice looking area, hotel, beach. Only disadvantage is bad sound isolation of room entrance door and fact that hotel is very close to main road.
