Esperos Mare Resort

This is our final decision. Our next stay in Rhodos will be in the hotel Esperos Mare. Everything was perfect /room, food, sea, animations, not far to Rhodes City and Lindos. Especially perfect was staff, mainly chef and receptionist Mrs. Vasiliki. Jana a Jan

I would definitely rate this hotel a 10 out of 10! It was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, and the location was perfect for a stay. The hotel is very close to the sea and has an amazing view, which adds to the charm. The facilities are excellent as well, making it a highly recommended place to stay! Additionally, the nightly events after dinner were fantastic and well-suited for all age groups.

All around fantastic. The hotel was apparently fully booked but it never felt crowded. We always found a spot with an umbrella around one of the two pools and there're also plenty loungers by the sea and the lazy river. The beach is literally next to the pools.
Service and food were exceptional. Huge selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The latter two were completely different each day. All staff were super friendly as well.
As a couple we were happy that one of the pools tended to be rather quiet. Some live music in the evening and sporty activities during the day but it tends to be slightly more low-key than the family-focused resorts, which was perfect for us. Good bus connections to Rhodes town and Lindos. I'd recommend getting a car for 1-2 days to check out some other beautiful areas, too.

This is the first time I've been to Rhodes and Greece. The hotel meets expectations: a picturesque green area with a clean beach, warm crystal clear sea (at the end of July), enough free sunbeds (but the best places are taken if you like to sleep longer), always bottled water in the room; the kitchen deserves 5 - every day various tasty dishes, coffee is ok. All the employees are really nice and friendly, waiters, girls and guys at the bar - kalispera and evharisto. Good animation team, games and great music. Artists in the evening (my favourite - Il Divo trio - they are incredible talents) or animators` games (loved music quiz). Close to Rhodes old town and there is a lot to see there.
The room is outdated, although clean and in good condition; hair dryer is not in the bathroom, but right in the room next to the TV, don't know why, but ok. It was already written below about thin room doors with a gap at the bottom and about two beds pushed together instead of a double bed, which constantly move apart, and then this terrible creak when they are pushed back on each floor, something should be done about it. Sea side view from the window with a surprise-construction in front of the balcony, but we forgot about it on the third day of stay and it didn't bother anymore.
All in all it was a good vacation, may be able to stay here again.

We loved the stay at esperos mare. Especially the beach was very clean, the umbrellas and sun beds were free and were enough of them for all the guests. There was no need to reserve them in the morning. There was plenty of food to choose from and all tasty and fresh. The drinks could be better, but we didn't mind. We would definitely come back!

We recently stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time and it was once again absolutely wonderful.
The service is top notch, the staff incredibly nice and attentive and the food is delicious, very varied and of excellent quality. During our stay it was very quiet and therefore it was all very relaxed. Enough sunbeds at the pool and on the beach. Special thanks to the staff in the Casino Lounge Bar for the delicious cocktails, which were perfect.
In short, a great place to stay for a week and to be pampered.
Oh yes, take the boat if you want to go to Rhodes Town, it just leaves from the beach near the hotel.
We would love to come back here again!!

I enjoyed my stay at Esperos Mare very much, the food was excellent, evening shows very nice, the rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable. The pool area is nice and quiet, perfect for reading a book on a sunbed. The hotel is accessible for people with disabilities in my opinion. The only thing that wasn't 100% perfect was that the door to the room wasn't very sound isolating - you could hear everything that was going on on the corridor even the lift beeping. Also the bath/shower was quite small, I'm a very thin person and felt like i didn't have enough room but i imagine someone bigger would have even worse time using it. Other than that i was very happy with my stay. Also extra points for the hotel being eco friendly.

This was our first stay here, and I'm impressed. This hotel is better than many of the 5-star hotels we've stayed at in Rhodes, Kos, and Crete. It also has the best group exercise program I've seen in quite a while. Linn, in particular, is a real pro. Personable, and she knows how to deal with old fogies like myself during exercise sessions. Wow, does she have energy! :-)

We stayed at Esperos Mare for a week at the end of August with our two young kids(ages 2.2 and 3.8). This place is a solid choice if you're looking for a balance between chill vibes and kid-friendly activities. The resort label might give you the impression that it's massive, but it's actually pretty cozy and not overcrowded. Plus, .it's part of a larger complex that includes the Esperos Palace

Location-wise, we were pretty happy. Faliraki is chill compared to Ixia, and it's a quick 25-minute drive from the airport. The beach is right there, just steps away from the main pool. On the facility front, you've got the main pool, a lazy river, and a spa with an indoor pool that we didn't get around to checking out.

The daytime atmosphere by the pool is lively with music, but they dial it down around noon for some quiet time until 3:30 PM. The animation team spices up the day with different activities and there's an evening show every night. The service? Top-notch,
whether you're at the main restaurant, the pool bar or if you need any assistance from the front desk.

Food's another win here. Breakfast is your usual spread, but with some added perks like poached eggs and a health food bar. They could improve the cheese selection, offer more fish options, and include real butter, but it's not a deal-breaker. Lunch and dinner vary daily and include a lot of choices. There's also Cafe Nio next door, but it's not really for the kiddos—more of a slow-paced tapas joint.

Cleanliness and room quality were the highlights. The rooms were among the cleanest we've ever stayed in, with meticulous attention to detail. We're talking dust-free corners and even under the beds. And the rooms? Way spacious, with separate units for parents and kids, each with its own AC and toilet. The only downside is that the kids' toilet also houses the shower.

The hotel manager is hands-on, gathering feedback and genuinely interested in improving the guest experience. Overall, we loved our time here and can't wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at Esperos Mare with our young family. It's a great mix of relaxation and simple activities, not too crowded, and in an excellent location. The service and food are fantastic, and the cleanliness and room quality exceeded our expectations.
