Mitsis Petit Palais Beach Hotel

That was one of the best stays in a hotel in my life. Staff of this hotel are so nice and friendly, always will help you with anything you need. Beds in a room are really comfortable. Housekeeping is very nice and helpful. Really good cosmetics products in a room. Rooms were really clean and tidy.
Food was out of this world, everyday was different cuisine which was ideal.
After check out you can still leave your luggage and use swimming pool or shower.
Really good quality of everything.

The hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly and helpful. I traveled alone due to my friend becoming ill, it was a little intimating eating alone however it was ok as there were tables on the side and bottom of the restaurant that suited me. Food was good, the beach is literally a minute away, lovely long stretch of beach and plenty of sun beds. You can walk all the way around to the port in old town, takes about 20 minutes. Loved my short stay, will be back with my husband next year

I have to give a warm recommendation for this hotel. The staff is among the best I've ever encountered, from the receptionist who goes above and beyond to assist with everything and provides personal attention to each guest, to the dining room staff, who were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed, especially with our small children (and a special mention to the friendly pizza chef who makes the best pizza in Rhodes).
Overall, the hotel is good, with a great location close to everything. The food is average and does not really change from day to day.

This place has my heart. The staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The variety and quality of the food was amazing. We came with a small child, Rebeca, she is very shy but they made her feel so comfortable she even danced in the lobby. Zara was exceptional. They would help you with anything really. Will come back. See you guys next year! The negative was that in seven days, our room wasn't swept and the bedding was not changed.

The entire hotel is very clean. The room and the balcony (with sea view) were large enough and the rooms are cleaned daily.

The food was always very tasty. There was always enough choice and something for everyone (pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes, as well as various vegetables and salads and also Greek specialties).
The service here is very attentive and clears away empty plates immediately and provides drinks so that you never have to wait long.

The entire staff is super nice and super friendly! You feel very comfortable and it feels like you've known these people for ages. Everyone is really warm and helpful and always has a smile on their face!

We can therefore highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again!

Hotel Mitsis Petit Palace in Greece exceeded all our expectations and provided us with a vacation full of unforgettable experiences. When you think of a perfect holiday, this hotel comes to mind, combining top-notch gastronomy, excellent service, and a beautiful setting.

The hotel's restaurant is truly a gem. The variety of dishes is astounding, whether it's the rich breakfasts, delicious lunches, or luxurious dinners. Every dish is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. I must highlight the waiter Antonias and the waitress Maria, whose professionalism and friendly approach created an atmosphere where we felt right at home. They were amazing – always ready to help with food choices and ensuring we had everything we needed.

I can't forget the bartender Michael by the pool, who not only mixed great drinks but also made sure we had everything we needed while relaxing by the water. His attentiveness and sense of humor made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. Michael was truly exceptional, and thanks to him, we always felt great at the pool.

Overall, Hotel Mitsis Petit Palace is a place we would love to return to. With its amazing staff, excellent restaurant, and beautiful surroundings, this vacation has become one of our best experiences. If you're looking for a place where you'll be taken care of with love and attention, this hotel is the perfect choice.

The hotel is close to both the beach and the city center, making its location perfect. Everything you could possibly need is nearby. If you aren't too particular about your room, I recommend a ground-floor room with a garden. You can reach the pool, reception, and restaurant in just 30 seconds, without waiting for the elevator. The only downside is a bit of noise, but that's only an issue if you plan to go to bed at 10 PM, which you probably won't if you want to enjoy your vacation. The rooms are older, but clean! The housekeeping staff does a great job taking care of the rooms. My only complaint is the bathtub—I would have preferred a shower, but it’s manageable since it’s clean.

The food is varied and excellent. The staff is helpful, friendly, and extremely kind to children. We were most satisfied with Antonias and Maria. This pair made our holiday special, and thanks to them, we never lacked anything in the restaurant. The man who made the pizza—I didn’t catch his name, but he wasn’t the head chef—was always in a good mood, and his pizza was flawless. Another thing I really appreciated was how you could see that the staff, from reception to the kitchen, have friendly relationships with each other. This shows that the management fosters a friendly atmosphere, which I truly value.

We had a wonderful stay here at Mitsis. The location is superb and close to everything you need. The pool is a really nice size, and you could always get a sunbed. We commented many times on how nice, friendly and helpful all the staff were. In fact we found it difficult across the whole of Rhodes to say we encountered anyone who was not friendly and helpful. They had good entertainment each night, a lot more sophisticated and organised than what you would normally find at an all inclusive. The food was good, and the staff were always ready to chat through the allergens and the menu with a member of our party who had an allergy. Shout out to the Pizza Man who is a lovely guy. We had a cake waiting in our room on one of our birthdays which was a nice touch and the all inclusive fridge in the room was also really welcomed after a hot day at the beach.

We booked a sea view room, and my only gripe would be that we found the room too small for a party of three, in hindsight we should have booked a family room or a bigger room.

We had the best time here! The staff was so friendly and helped us at every turn. Such a nice place and very centrally located, near everything, including the beaches and restaurants. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Damianos and Zara were particularly nice, always with a welcoming smile and very nice conversation. In fact everyone was always friendly and helpful. When we first arrived here, we left a bag in the taxi. The staff at reception spent a couple hours on the phone trying to find the taxi driver. They found it for us in the end, but they were under no obligation to spend so much time doing so. They did this for us with a smile and out of their own good will. Very nice people working here. Would definitely come back. Thank you so much for a great experience!!

Ourselves and our son had a lovely week in this hotel. Unfortunately myself and my son fell ill during our stay. The hotel went way and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the rest of our vacation. Obviously I had lost my appetite but the management were so kind that they left us a platter of various fruits in our room and a bottle of wine. My son took unwell on our last day and we kindly asked if it would be possible to keep our rooms as close to our late evening departure and they had no objection at all. Nobody wants to get ill at anytime but it's worst when on vacation so their thoughtfulness and kindness was so much appreciated. The food in the hotel is exceptional and of a very high standard and caters for everybody's needs. Although I hadn't an appetite I still got something to keep me going. A very big thank you to all the management for caring for us. It was very much appreciated 👏 This hotel conscientiously looks after their guests and we truly appreciated all your kindness and your lovely gift bags 🎒 on our departure.
