Manousos City Hotel in Rhodes Town

It was not cleaned at all. They never changed my sheets. They never cleaned the bathroom. The pool was not clean.The furniture was really old and the door of my room was broken. Only the location was good. Really expensive for the things that they provide.

The hotel was not clean, there was a bad smell everywhere so they have the corridor windows open to avoid it, but there was also noise from the bars outside. The swimming pool has green water. The bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast had a variety of food but not in a good quality. Only the staff was very kind

This hotel deserves 1 star (2 COCKROACHES WERE FOUND!!). To begin with the pool was green as they didn’t maintain it and it was dangerous and unhygienic to swim in. The reception and the breakfast area is really ugly and it has a weird smell. They really need to renovate and also the elevator had no airways and we felt like we couldn’t breath when we were in it.
The breakfast is so poor we couldn’t eat anything and the bread was really had to bite.
In addition the rooms are not soundproof and we could hear the people in the next room talk. We also couldn’t sleep at night because of the loud clubs behind the hotel. The best part though is that we found two cockroaches in the hotel. The first one was next to the swimming pool and it almost went in but the staff picked it up when we mentioned it. The other one was found in our bedroom when we woke up at 4:30 in the morning to catch our return flight. Both roaches were huge and when we told the receptionist when we were checking out he told us that there is no way to avoid them because of the humidity. We usually never book a 3 star hotel but this was a last minute trip and the pictures fooled us!
The only good thing was that most of the staff were really friendly and polite, especially the young guys who worked by the swimming pool. I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel!!
