Europa Hotel

Not the best hotel
Need some maintenance issues sorting very basic rooms served its purpose for us for a few days due to the technical issue worldwide
Food would not rate it at tasty it was bland. Wouldn't stay there again too much nosie from the bars and restaurants. The 1st room was a family room bit tatty looking.
2nd room really needs a lot of work.doing to it.
Sink loose tiny shower not good if your on the larger size shower curtain kept falling down no room to dry yourself in the bathroom at all.

The AC in our room did not work at all so we did not sleep all week. Hot air only. Already the first day we got a phone from the hotel saying we are getting thrown out if we play music one more time. We played low music for a couple of minutes and that's is. Bedsheets was also very dirty and had stains on them.

People working there needs to be learned how to smile to their customers as they looked very rude all the time.

Breakfast was very mediocre. No taste in anything whatever we ate.

Very very old hotel, the staf was very young, and could not help with anything without asking their manager. Not good at english.
Very very much noise from the bars behandler the hotel indtil 4 o’clock in the mirning.
The pool was ok, but no one follow the roules, and their was young people all over the place, and drink on the floor at the pool.
We could not no if we could tjek late out before 2 hours before tjek out.
First and last time we are staying in Europa Hotel.

Pros:
- Good position, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and to the old town, reachable by foot.

- Nice pool, warm water.

- Somehow the room is clean, but some pieces of furniture are really old and visible used. Suggestion: change the interior doors.

- No extra pay for the AC.

- Some of the hotel staff were polite, professional and nice, especially the ladies that were serving the breakfast.

Cons:
- The receptionist didn't give us hotel bracelets (on purpose) and after a few days the security guard unfairly accused us of not staying in the hotel, at 1.30 AM in the morning. Instead of being polite and diplomatic while asking for a quick check of our names, he started to yell at us that we have fake room keys and we didn't pay for the hotel. As if we had somewhere to copy the keys in the whole city. We were very mad about this situation, since it was 1.30 in the morning and we just wanted to sleep. If you want guests to come back here, you must change your policy of treating guests and some of your unprofessional hotel staff.

- Poor management of the loud guests that were making a great noise at 4 AM in the morning, slamming the doors and yelling like animals.

- Poor breakfast: almost the same everyday. If you're staying more than a few nights, I wouldn't recommend to pay for the breakfast, since they have almost the same stuff everyday.

- Some rooms are close to the party street and you can barely sleep, since the sound insulation is really really bad in this hotel. Aditionally, our door was broken, hard to be closed and we heard every noise, besides the music during the night.
