Acandia Hotel in Rhodes Town

The hotel was clean and stylish. Our room was cleaned daily with great care. The hotel is well-suited for adult travelers. We found the breakfast to be good and varied. From the hotel, it was convenient to reach both the city center and the beach. We did not use the hotel’s swimming pool.

All in all, a good hotel that we can warmly recommend.

Tip for other travelers: Right next door there’s an excellent little restaurant/grill where you can get delicious gyros for €4.

Came to Rhodes for the first time aswell as being my first solo holiday and I couldn't have picked a better hotel. For the price, everything was just fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were tidy, the hotel itself was very clean. Was very happy with the location as I felt I was right next to everything I needed for those couple days. Will definitely stay again and have been recommending to others!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the annex so can’t comment on the hotel rooms. The maintenance staff were amazing and went above and beyond giving fresh towels every day, clean bedding etc. the reception staff are so lovely, and I can’t remember her name I think she may have been called Beth who was student staff who showed us our apartment, she was a breath of fresh air, so welcoming and polite. Breakfast included was a great bonus too. Right next to jonnys pub where we were locals for our stay, a short walk to the beach, directly across from a supermarket and about 20 minutes walk into the old old town. Pool area was lovely. Brilliant ! Would 100% stay here again.

Great stay at Acandia Annex!

We had a really lovely time at Acandia Annex in Rhodes. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and lots of restaurants and shops. The room was super clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice surprise too—lots of tasty options. Overall, a great place to stay if you want something relaxed and convenient in Rhodes Town!

We stayed at Acandia Hotel for 5 days after getting stuck in Rhodes due to the closure of our country’s airspace. The hotel is centrally located, close to everything – the beach, the old town, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. What stood out most was the human touch. The hotel manager was amazing – a warm, professional, and thoughtful woman who showed genuine care and understanding of the difficult situation we were in. The front desk staff were also kind, welcoming, and always available. A truly positive and memorable experience.

Please note that this review has been written, noting that we have stayed in a number of hotels around the world. Check in Very quick and easy process and hotel lobby is clean and modern. Room Positives The room is very clean. We stayed in the new part of the building in a Superior room. The facilities in the room were good. The shower was powerful, able to connect my own equipment to TV, bed was big and comfortable for a good nights sleep and it was a quiet room. AC was excellent. Sofa was nice and big. Negatives They have not made adequate storage space available. There was no wardrobe as such. It's just an open space to hang your clothes. Below that were 2 cupboads, but they did not have handles, so it was extremely difficult to recognise they were cupboards and then open them to get to your clothes. More thought process needed to go into the design of the storage space. The safe was closed when we arrived, and after reporting it the next morning, we had to ring reception again to get someone to resolve. We asked for an iron and were told they do not give irons out for safety reason. We could get our clothes ironed at €3 euros a piece. They should have an ironing room that you can go to at least as a minimum. Breakfast Positives They have cooked breakfast, cereals, bread, porridge, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, jucie, and hot drinks. Negatives The cooked breakfast was cold every morning. As a pescatarian, it would be nice if the mushrooms were fresh. My husband, who eats everything and is not fussy like me, said the bacon was oily and very salty he was not enjoying it, so we decided by day 3 to go out to get breakfast instead. Pool Shallow pool and clean again. It's not a massive pool and whilst there are quite a few sun loungers, for the size of the hotel I imagine during the school holidays there will not be enough loungers to cater for everyone. We travelled out of peak season. I always ask myself the question, would I stay at a hotel again. I can say if we did stay again, it would ony be bed and NO breakfast. There was another hotel I wanted to stay at, but my husband wanted to stay here. So next time we visit Rhodes, we will probably look at staying at the other hotel. However, it's not to say it won't work for you based on the positives and negatives as the hotel is lovely, clean, modern and is postioned close to everything. They need to work on the quality of their cooked breakfast and make sure it is served hot as it lets the hotel down. Beach Beach is a 5-10 min walk away. It is a stony beach where we went every day. However, it is sandy in parts we noticed as we went for our long walks in the evening. Restaurants we visited Barbarrossa amazing loungers, bar, restaurant, the food was tasty and large portions. Had an amazing fish dish one night, had breakfast, and had lunch there a few times, too. Loungers are free all day with food or drink Meltemi food was good, however, the smallest portions out of all the restaura

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome.

I was particularly impressed by the personal service at the reception and the kindness of the reservation manager—everyone was so warm and helpful! It truly felt like home. There was even a lovely lady who took special care of my wife and kids and personally prepared a hot, fresh baguette for them 😄. That small gesture meant so much to us.

The location was perfect, the value for money was outstanding, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—I slept better than I have in a long time!

I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes.

Location excellent, short walk to both beach and old town. 15 minute walk to port to catch ferry’s. Excellent breakfast, very good Choice, hot and cold buffet. Room very comfortable, excellent shower, very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel very central in Rhodes town. Staff very pleasant - we booked a deluxe room which was great extremely clean and to our delight a complementary bottle of wine and fruit basket upon arrival. We were on the top floor room 513 and the only negative was a bit of external noise which is to be expected in a city centre. The pool area is lovely small but very pleasant. The room was cleaned every day either fresh bed linen every other day (which I have never experienced). The breakfast was amazing such a great choice and extremely tasty. I would recommend this hotel for a very comfortable and clean stay.
