Location: 13 km from airport, 100 m from the centre of Rhodes town, 500 meters from the street Orfanidou (bars, clubs) and Mandraki port. A bus stop is 20 metres from the hotel.
Evening entertainment is 500 m from the hotel.
Consists of a 6-storey building with an Elevator.
A total of 241 room. There is the possibility of combining rooms (Junior Suite, Standard room FSV). There are 2 rooms for people with reduced mobility.
Total area: 2 050 m2.
Beach: public pebble (across the street), 50 m from the hotel, 1 line. Entrance to the sea pebbles (for convenience, staff recommend rubber Slippers). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Beach towels: for free (at the reception).

The hotel met our expectations, breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a very diverse selection of food. The room is spacious and clean. The location is right on the city beach, certainly the best choice in the whole town. The staff is friendly and professional, special praise goes to the lovely waitress Marijana.

I don’t believe that this is a five star hotel! The room was very very small with a tiny bathroom! The buffet breakfast was okay. If this was advertised as a 3 star hotel I think it would be fair. Don’t be fooled with all the great reviews and photos! Stains on the carpets! And they even charged for the coffee pods! Paid around €200 for a day! Very disappointing

The staff is very friendly and made our stay there amazing! Food is also very good. Rooms were clean and modern.
There is a public beach right accross the street, which is very nice for swimming and relaxing. Two sunbeds with umbrella are 20€ a day.

A hotel with many amenities and good breakfast. Friendly staff and great cleaning service. Unfortunately there is no fitness center . Our room did not have a view.

Where to start... hotel decided to run a conference full of rude people whom we could not move around on reception due to there being so many people. Bar staff take far too long to make nor bring us a simple drink out of a bottle.
Worst of all was our last day. we fly out late out, but so was everyone else in the hotel. Hotel refused to give us late check out even tho we have asked and asked days before due to the fact of a conference. Hotel over book rooms and cannot handle capacity. One Reception staff was helpful and lovely but the others where rude. Everyone who has asked for late check out due to our flights have complained staff don't seem to care. Hotel do not warn you about so called event if they had I would never have stayed here. Definitely not a 4.5 Star get better service at a 3 star.

Very bad service. Personnel polite but hôtel does not reserve to be a 5 star hotel. No coffee in the room or else they charge you if you ask, not even water in the mini bar. We had to bring our own water bought from outside. If you ask for a bucket of ice in the room they charge you 2 Euros!!!

We spent a week At the hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the great hospitality.
We were upgraded to a family suite with a sea view. Seeing the sun rise every morning was breathtaking.
Thank you to the kitchen staff who went above and beyond to ensure that all our continental vegetarian breakfast was good . A special thank you to Adele, Ervina and Padelis for everything.
I would also like to thank Giannis, Ioanna, Achileas and Elena at the reception desk. Always there to advise and make recommendations. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is located behind the Elli beach and has amazing view. The rooms are refurbished and very clean. The breakfast was adequate. But congress organization in such a small hotel during summer period is unacceptable! Lobby was always over crowded, we could not use the pool, the bar and the lobby. Congress lunches were served in the lobby! We tried to find our way to elevator among hundreds of people and table. This is a very big disappointment.

Coming to the end of a five night stay with Family. Rooms and communal areas clean and well kept. Food in was ok. Small pool area. Negative's to the stay was the conference which started on the second day. This took over all the reception and bar area. They also removed all but 8 sunbeds and barrier off this area for the conference which was only used twice a day. First floor rooms 131 - 135 are above the bar and conference area. Noise from the cleaners and staff setting up the conference area starts from 6am below these rooms. People from the conference where using the sofas in the room corridors as meeting areas upto 11pm. Shower room for late departures is out of use.
Unfortunately this conference has left me feeling this is not a 5 Star and more a 3 star due to the lack of available facilities to use.

So glad to have picked this hotel. It was right at the beach where we relaxed and tanned daily. The room was so nice & clean and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed how much the hotel is close to the casino and to the line of restaurants nearby.
