We stayed the Esperos Village for a week and I can say without the shadow of a doubt this was the best hospitality experience we have ever come across. The views are gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is delicious (in case you’re debating whether to go half or full board, rest assured the buffet is first-class), the location is great if you want to see the island but also have some piece and quiet when you’re back. The village has a very chill and self-sufficient vibe which would even suit guests like ourselves who usually don’t like spending too much time at the hotel. Above all, the staff were just incredible, not only genuinely nice but actually going the extra mile from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. This for us made it a real premium experience. Absolutely not one bad thing to say, would 100% recommend and come back at some point.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not a 5-Star Experience
We recently stayed at what’s supposedly a 5-star hotel, and honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. While the view is breathtaking, everything else falls flat. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and downright untrained, which made our stay miserable.
Issues we encountered:
• Room Problems: We were given a room with a pool but a broken AC. Despite numerous complaints, nothing was done. We also found a huge ant infestation in our room, which was disgusting. We were finally moved at 1 AM, but the damage was done. It was a battle to have basic requirements like no ants and working AC.
• Late Checkout Incident: On our final day, we asked for a late checkout, which was confirmed, but at 11:40 AM, a staff member barged into our room, yelling at us to leave. It was a man screaming at two young girls alone and in bikinis. We felt very scared, and it was shocking and unprofessional. When we went to complain, the manager offered access to the spa, which we declined because it wasn’t the point. She didn’t even apologise.
• Restaurant Experience: We tried to have dinner at the “exclusive” burger restaurant, but despite a reservation, we were told we couldn’t sit at the table with the view, even though it was empty. They then offered it to someone else randomly. The staff were rude to us in the process.
• Taxi Problems: The hotel won’t help with taxis AT ALL - you have to beg them to send you one multiple times. We waited for over an hour for a taxi, while others who came after us were served first. When we asked the hotel to address it, they shrugged it off. Again no apology from anyone.
The beach is also not nice and shared with like 5 other hotels in the same chain. I would say the breakfast was also pretty sad, as was the room breakfast was in.
This hotel fails at basic hospitality, and it was clear the staff didn’t care. It is poor management and badly trained staff - they clearly have never worked at real 5* hotels. We honestly felt unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this is not the place. I regret booking here, and we will never return.

Well, what can I say... an amazing experience from start to finish. From being greeted on our arrival, offered a glass of sparkling wine to then being driven up to our room and experiencing the incredible views over the Mediterranean Sea and private pool. Every morning was great walking down for the gym or on some other mornings, a buffet breakfast which I must say, was one of the best quality array of different selections which would cater for everyone. Dinner themed nights changing most nights and also having entertainment afterwards. Highlight of our holiday was this mini village of paradise. Thank you, highly recommend staying here, see you soon

I stayed here Summer of 2022 as a solo traveler and had the most amazing time. I felt very comfortable and safe, it was perfect for a relaxing holiday. My room was wonderfully close to reception, huge and beautiful. Food was always delicious. Staff were delightful. I was so happy with everything.
I am SO looking forward to returning here soon! I also recommended this hotel to my parents as I enjoyed it so much and they are visiting later in the year for their holiday too.
Highly recommend if you want a blissful, peaceful holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was excellent, as were all the hotel facilities. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the option to use the partner hotel's beach for a reasonable price was a great bonus.
There are two points that stand out: First, the food (both dinner and breakfast) was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of choices, including options for vegans, and the variety was impressive. Second, the staff were always very nice and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
If we visit the island again, we will definitely book a room at Esperos again. Thanks for the amazing time!

Rooms are spacious and equipped with everything needed. However, could have been more tidy here and there.
The service was great, especially from Elizabeth, the lovely waiter from the pool bar - thanks for everything!
We loved the village style design of the hotel in general. The in-house shuttle was perfect to get around at the facility. Public transport helped to get to Faliraki or Rhodes city easily.
The pool and day beds are a perfect fit for a 5 star hotel. However, the pools could have been a bit more clean as the dirt was not frequently removed from the bottom of the pool.
A stunning view but only partially and not as undisturbed as the pictures promised. There are many hotels disturbing the amazing sea view.
We did not like the beach but that’s just a personal preference as we prefer sand rather than gravel.

beautiful hotel, but the staff made it extra special, they are so polite and helpful and friendly! They made it a special stay for me and my fiance.
Hotel is excellent location too. Breakfast buffet was brilliant and room service/ pool menus are very good. expect LARGE portions!

My boyfriend and I have had a wonderful time here. We stayed for 7 days in a room with sea view, quite close to the reception and pools. The staff is hospitable and shows interest in how we are doing.
The hotel is situated on top of a hill. The walk down to go to the beach, water park or shopping centre is quite tiring, so there is a shuttle bus you can use for free. It goes frequently and saves you the trouble of walking up or down a hill in the summer heat.
The breakfast and dinner buffets have a great selection of foods and the menu changed every day. There is a lot to try and it is absolutely delicious.
We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with open arms. We were driven to our room even though it was close, to make sure we didn't get lost. We got the chance to eat a dinner after we checked out because of our late arrival.
Everything is clean and the people are extremely friendly. A true vacation feeling.

We had a fantastic week at Esperos Village Blue & Spa. The service was excellent (especially the people working at the restaurant). The food was very good and rich in variety, both for breakfast and for dinner. Our room with a private pool was just amazing. Sea view every morning and a spacious room with a terrace.

We love this place, mainly because the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much. Everywhere was cleaned regularly and everyone wearing masks and using gloves, made their guests feel very safe. We just cannot praise Esperos Village enough.
