The hotel is very good, and the attractions are great. Truly worth recommending. An amazing week. Sandy beach and shallow sea, a bar by the beach and by the pools. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel grounds are well-kept and beautiful. The food is wonderful; we had different dishes every day with a lot of variety to choose from.
There are many positives, but there is one big drawback that many tourists point out: the signs in Russian, in the information, and on the boards by the pools. Please remove these signs; they spoil the hotel’s decor. 🥺

The location was fantastic, bus to old town was outside the hotel and only cost €2.50 per way, along with a bus into Faliraki €1.50. There is also a shopping centre next door which was helpful. The food was fantastic, so much choice and many food cooked too order, lots of vegetarian options. The drinks were okay a few cocktails and iced coffee, I found the soft drinks to be overly sweet apart from the iced tea which was lovely. The entertainment was fantastic and the evening entertainment was very enjoyable. We had upgraded our room to a sea view but the room still felt very basic and cramped for a couple but was very clean. The room unfortunately wasn’t accessible by lift which made it difficult getting suitcases up a spiral staircase. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were lovely but if you want some peace I recommend the other pool (not the main one). I would stay here again!

Modern rooms but with a very small bathroom, only negative point.
Special mention for Panajiota kind, always helpful and precise and to the "Man of crepes" (exceptional service of the hotel) precise, professional and gentle!
Nice animation, but could do better especially with children’s activities (we love baby dance activity.
Thanks to them we had a wonderful holiday!

The hotel is great overall, but some rooms are small, with no balcony and a very cramped bathroom. But everything else is great, including the beach, the food locations, the availability and helpfulness of the staff. Would definitely go again if presented the opportunity.

Beautiful hotel, I would highly recommend. The only negative thing I have to say is that the housekeepers do not knock. They just open the door. You are not given 'do not disturb signs' you have to ask for these at reception. Even with the sign, we still had a housekeeper come in without knocking

Rooms clean / Food excellent / beach lovely / Dutch Customer liaison lady Natalie absolutely brilliant ! ( a credit to the company ) even missed her break to help us out .
However - The only down side was the attitude of a couple of the reception staff- Particularly the Larger lady with afro hair who was totally un-interested in our request for another mattress for our sons bad back /kept promising "tomorrow ,tomorrow " - then after 4 days of tomorrows we complained to be told "yes in 15 minutes" as she giggled to her colleague blatantly mocking us - surprisingly still waiting after 3 hours so we stripped the sofa chair in our room to make do . This shockingly bad front line employee totally ruined the experience and all the great work of her colleagues - We have visited Rhodes 21 times but will think twice about returning here due to this experience Dave , Kelly & sons

Lovely hotel right on Faliraki beach. Great all inclusive food and drinks. Good main restaurant with 2 outside areas and plenty of seating. Lovely beach restaurant with wonderful views. 2 pools lots of sunbeds and on the beach too. Lots of seating areas for the evening.

Beautiful Hotel with lovely beach and crystal clear water.
We had a beautiful sea view room, large perfectly clean and modern. The staff are amazing, so friendly and polite, they work so hard to keep the Hotel running smoothly. Breakfast and meals are again superb 👌. There is a bar on the beach ⛱️, tasty burgers, Hotdogs and real kebabs along with great salads. Pool is perfectly clean. Some people said the food is not the best, however, we didn't feel this was true, just maybe a different flavour on some dishes 🤔, that's normal, my food tastes different to my wife's.. pizza bar in the corner of the restaurant, these are as good as any Italian restaurant, beautiful crispness with perfect toppings....and can only recommend this Hotel. 😋.

Very average hotel, I cannot rate this highly because of several points. The food on offer was like 90s school dinners, chips, burgers plain pasta all very beige so great if you like bland tasteless food. All very repetitive and the same food just placed in different areas of the food hall. The same drink can taste different on each order depending on who serves you and which bar you order from. Some were not drinkable and had to be poured away. Luckily this was all inclusive so I didn’t feel so bad. The a la carte restaurants were a let down, I get better service in Nando’s than I did there.
The receptionists speak little English and found it hard to understand myself and my partner on several occasions.
Evening entertainment was terrible, if any. I ended up going out of the resort in the evenings as there was better nightlife and food in Faliraki which is a 20 minute walk away.
The pools are a very good size and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is also on the beach with free sunbeds on offer. It is walking distance from the local water park.
I would recommend getting a massage outside of the resort as they charge more than London prices in the resort. (Also depending on where you say you are from in the world they give you a higher quote).
Overall, just an average hotel. I wouldn’t go back as there are much better hotels and service around.

I loved staying at this hotel for my holiday and looking forward to staying again when I am next on holiday to Rhodes. Rooms are lovely the food is really nice. You are made very welcome from staff. Entertainment was really good too. Highly recommend to everyone. I have told my family anytime there on holiday to Rhodes they should definitely stay there. Can't fault it one bit. Looking forward to going again.
