Very good hotel. They feed you to death.

Very lovely staff. Good food and extra restaurants. Drinks and cocktails are amazing Clean bedrooms and clean towels every day.

We stayed at this amazing 5-star hotel for six days and absolutely loved it! The all-inclusive option was totally worth it — the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets had a great variety of delicious dishes, including plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian choices, which was a huge plus for us. The à la carte restaurants were also fantastic, serving really tasty and beautifully presented meals that felt special every time. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the staff: everyone was so friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It made us feel truly welcome. The location couldn’t be better, right next to the beach, and the hotel’s private pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spotless and kept tidy every day, which we really appreciated. Came with my girlfriend for a week and can’t fault this hotel. Brilliant staff, great food and top facilities. You are a stones throw from town as well which is great if you want to experience bar street or any local amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are a couple or a family.

Just returned from a celebratory overnight stay with a group of friends. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the whole place has a welcoming vibe. A huge thank you to the whole Faliraki team! It may only have been a quick visit, but we were welcomed with warm smiles and helpful staff. At check-in, we were informed of room changes, which i actually didn't question as I was so excited. It turned out my daughter had upgraded us to accommodate her too, and arrived that night from the UK to surprise me! Thank you to the concierge and reception teams for keeping this amazing secret and helping my daughter organise the best birthday surprise ever! Every team member we met was genuinely happy to help us celebrate and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We ate breakfast in the main restaurant where we had a happy welcome and excellent service. Lunch was at the burger bar, where we were treated to tasty food and a surprise rendition of happy birthday... in both languages! We loved the main pool & the cocktails served by staff who have the great ability to locate you wherever you've landed yourself! The gardens are beautiful and such a peaceful place to relax under the trees. Shout out to the beach servers too, fast, attentive service, no mean feat in this scorching heat! To the team at the Asian restaurant, thank you all for a wonderful evening, top service, great menu recommendations, and absolutely delicious food. The evening entertainment were the beautiful and talented Latin dancers, which we all enjoyed and joined in with, dancing at the end. Great atmosphere! The next morning was the big day. To the team at the Brunch venue, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ! From the beautifully laid table,the attentive service, top quality food, the best versions of happy birthday I've heard lol, you helped to make my birthday so special and memorable. Reading other reviews, I have to agree with the lack of seating in the entertainment area, which is a little annoying during longer visits but I have found this to be an issue with every Mitsis hotel we have visited. We did have the most amazing stay and would definitely return. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Μitsis Faliraki!

Pros: - Stunning hotel right on the beach. Plenty of sun loungers. Friendly staff. Especially the lovely Ukranian lady that served us our drinks. Good entertainment. Really enjoyed the Encore band. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Air-conditioned well throughout. Cons: Paper thin walls so very noisy. Hardly got a decent night's sleep. Dated rooms, no where near a 5 star. Buffet felt like standing in a line for school dinners. It was quite a small buffet compared to other 5 star ones I've visited. Buffet wasn't good for children. Not a lot for them on offer. Bathroom items (conditioner etc) weren't refilled when we ran out. We asked twice and it was never done. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about booking it.

Savvas, Panos, fantastic guys, work really hard and still remember us each day and noticed when we were only 3 people on one day. Very nice of them to really care. I wish them the best

I want to start this review by saying this is the 6th Mitsis I have been to so I have experience of the brand. Positives - The staff are all amazing, in all areas of the hotel. Standouts for me were Maria on reception who was very helpful and Maria at the Greek a la carte who was delightful. The waitresses at the bar in the evening are run off their feet but always serve with a smile. Drinks were good, just look at the shelf at the back of the bars where they keep the international spirits and just ask, i.e Gordons and tonic. The bar is very busy in the evenings but there was never a long wait. The a la carte restaurants are all amazing, our favourites were the Greek and Italian but all were delicious. We booked ours on the app before we left the UK but we did manage to book some lunchtime slots with the concierge, who was very helpful. The buffet was hit and miss. It is surprisingly small for a Mitsis which can result in queues for the hot food. Felt a bit like a canteen but again, the staff are excellent. Negatives - The beach can not be seen from the grounds, which was a big shame. There is a high wall around the grounds and simply a gate to access the beach so the hotel grounds are surrounded by walls and hedges. The website advertises a beach bar, with a picture of cocktails by the sand and this was a great disappointment. It is not a beach bar. It is a wooden building in the grounds with no view of the sea. Seating is white plastic chairs and I never saw the umbrellas up which meant it was an unbearable place to sit. The beach bar at Mitsis Norida was simply delightful. The creperie is a nice spot and the crepes are delicious. However there is no waitress service so you have to queue. Again, the umbrellas were rarely up so not a pleasant place to sit. I think enough has been said about the rooms. Overall I think the management is missing opportunities to enhance peoples experience. Better furniture and shade at, let's call it the garden bar, would make it a much better experience, even if you can't see the sea. Umbrellas up at the creperie would mean more space to sit. I felt this was deliberate to discourage guests to sit there. This is the only Mitsis I would not return to.
