Enigma Suites

We were welcomed by Chris in such an amazing and warming way. The hotel amenities and service are exceptional. The view is just amazing. Every night we were surprised by small details that the whole family enjoyed. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking to go to Fira, Santorini.

Best service ever! The staff especially Chris and Nancy go above and beyond to accommodate the guest. Every little detail is thought of. Super friendly establishment - great for families and couples.

Enigma suites was wonderful! The service was amazing, especially the front desk staff. They were able to make reservations, book taxis, etc. Every day there was a new surprise- a complimentary bottle of wine, etc. the view is spectacular and just as good as any of the restaurants on the cliff. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and spacious. We would recommend to anyone! We booked the honeymoon suite for our honeymoon and it was a highlight of our 4-city trip.

Our stay is really the five-star experience all around. If you choose to stay in Fira on Santorini, this hotel is at the best location. Right on top of the cliff, the hotel has the best view of caldera and island. There is no need to book any sunset restaurants in Fira. They cannot beat the view of from your hotel room! The room is spacious and comfortable. Sofa bed in the loft offers better privacy if you have older child. Great shower, excellent A/C, and very comfortable bed. The staff and the service were really top notch. The staff members were so nice. Nancy and Chrisoula were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice about island and helped us arranged transportation and tours. They were just happy to help. No pressure whatsoever to book anything through them. Welcome bottle of chilled white wine and goodbye drinks on the night before departure were nice touches. Breakfast delivered to balcony daily was included. Such a nice experience to start the day with breakfast on balcony with blue sky and great view, and to end the day with chilled bottle of wine on balcony watching the famous Santorini sunset! I recommend booking airport/ferry transportation with hotel. Hotel is a short walk from where the car can reach. The driver would call hotel and the staff would be waiting for you to help take your luggage from car to hotel room. I would definitely return and stay here again if I visit Santorini again!

We had a wonderful visit to beautiful Santorini. Enigma and the the team at Enigma made our visit the highlight of our trip. Everything was spectacular...the Enigma team, the room, the service, the recommendations, the views, the balcony, the breakfast on the balcony, the welcome wine etc. etc. The Engima team went above and beyond and was more than appreciated. We have never been to a resort or hotel where the team was so responsive and so helpful. When I asked the kids their favorite part of our trip, they indicated the stay at Enigma! We've been on many wonderful trips and the trip to Greece is at the top and the stay at Enigma was a major reason that the trip to Greece tops the list. We really can't say enough good things about our stay at Enigma. We would highly recommend Enigma to anyone visiting Santorini.

What an experience!!!! They contacted us few days before the check in date and explained to us in detail how the check in process and it was very helpful. And when we finally got into our room we were amazed by the breathtaking view and the modernness of the room. And of course the staffs at the hotel were absolutely best. So loving and caring. Definitely going back!!!

We stayed with our family, including two small boys. Perhaps because it wasn't peak season, they upgraded us to a large suite room for free. All staff were kind and quickly responded to our concerns in person or via WhatsApp. The room was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast, which we could choose from a menu, was impressively delicious. Every morning, they brought tasty food to our room, and we were very happy eating our fill on the scenic terrace. I recommend getting a room with a jet bath and terrace table, though it might cost a bit more

A truly amazing hotel and destination. Quiet, relaxing, leave your cares behind, then this is the place for you. The most warm and welcoming Nancy and Chrysoulis made our stay absolutely wonderful. Will certainly visit again, cannot recommend it enough!
