Enigma Apartments and Suites in Fira

The location is perfect in the middle of Fira, near shopping, restaurants and everything else you want to visit on Santorini. The breakfast ordered daily served on your private balcony was delicious and the staff were warm and wonderful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on property that was fun with great views. The pictures shared are from our junior suite and the sunsets were spectacular!

The perfect hotel to live a dream on Santorini. The rooms are fabulous, especially the signature jacuzzi suite. People here are so carefull that the hollydays ended too soon. And the cherryb on the top is the breakfast which is really nice and served directly in the room.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. I seldomly leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for Enigma. Our room, while on the smaller end, was “cave like” including a cave shower. It had the most stunning views of the caldera and sunsets. The staff at enigma were so pleasant and helpful and even offered us a free sunset cocktail of our choice during our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The location is central yet very quiet and removed from the crowds.

Incredible hotel with an amazing view and fantastic service. They brought breakfast right to our room so we could eat with the view, we enjoyed complimentary drinks for our honeymoon, and the staff were very knowledgeable about the area.

Incredible hotel with second to none location, service and amenities. We have now stayed there twice and would go back again and again. The rooms are modern, comfortable, unique and have the most INCREDIBLE views. Chrisoula, Nancy and the rest of the Enigma staff made our stay absolutely magical!

We were welcomed by Chris in such an amazing and warming way. The hotel amenities and service are exceptional. The view is just amazing. Every night we were surprised by small details that the whole family enjoyed. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking to go to Fira, Santorini.

Enigma suites was wonderful! The service was amazing, especially the front desk staff. They were able to make reservations, book taxis, etc. Every day there was a new surprise- a complimentary bottle of wine, etc. the view is spectacular and just as good as any of the restaurants on the cliff. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and spacious. We would recommend to anyone! We booked the honeymoon suite for our honeymoon and it was a highlight of our 4-city trip.

Our stay is really the five-star experience all around. If you choose to stay in Fira on Santorini, this hotel is at the best location. Right on top of the cliff, the hotel has the best view of caldera and island. There is no need to book any sunset restaurants in Fira. They cannot beat the view of from your hotel room! The room is spacious and comfortable. Sofa bed in the loft offers better privacy if you have older child. Great shower, excellent A/C, and very comfortable bed. The staff and the service were really top notch. The staff members were so nice. Nancy and Chrisoula were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice about island and helped us arranged transportation and tours. They were just happy to help. No pressure whatsoever to book anything through them. Welcome bottle of chilled white wine and goodbye drinks on the night before departure were nice touches. Breakfast delivered to balcony daily was included. Such a nice experience to start the day with breakfast on balcony with blue sky and great view, and to end the day with chilled bottle of wine on balcony watching the famous Santorini sunset! I recommend booking airport/ferry transportation with hotel. Hotel is a short walk from where the car can reach. The driver would call hotel and the staff would be waiting for you to help take your luggage from car to hotel room. I would definitely return and stay here again if I visit Santorini again!
