Stayed for 5 days in July of 2016. It's located over a main road of the island, but it's not close to Fira (at least not a walking distance). At the time of my stay they offered a shuttle van to Fira every hour

The breakfast options were amazing, I will never forget their Greek Coffee. The view and sunset is what they are famous for. Expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion

There is a pharmacy 5 minutes walk from the hotel that offers antigen tests to fly back to the US. I hope to come back to this hotel and would recommend to anyone!

As far as Santorini goes it is very walkable, but there are a lot of stairs and as it is built into a cliffside so be aware. Panos was a great host and you can tell he is very good at what he does

It should be noted they are not super private as the staircase opens to each balcony, but since it’s an adults only resort this is perfectly fine as everyone respects privacy and their own space

Our private patio with a private pool and spa were perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset

We enjoyed our four nights days here. It was nice having our own space and the views are absolutely stunning, it made it hard to go anywhere else

We stayed in the Grand Suite which had its own pool/ hot tub (not that hot but worked for the outdoor temperate as we were end of season), which was amazing

Let me start off by saying, Mike will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is special. Our room was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, the food was amazing. Mike was our favorite part though

In addition we were offered a tour, a list of potential this to do, and and assortment of recommendation for food and fun! The room was the Chef’s Kiss ( amazing) with the most spectacular view and pool/ bar! The staff at check -in was the best! I will definitely be back!!!

multi level rooms in modern cave-like designs. some rooms have a private hot tub just outside their door we just got a suite but turned out pretty sweet because it was just by the pool

The bellboys and porters were outstanding—our room was located in a cave area on a hill, and we had two heavy suitcases. They helped carry them to the room, which would have been impossible without their assistance

complimentary breakfast was remarkable with lots of choices so our 6-nights stay, breakfast was superb. we’re coffee people so having a choice of regular coffee, Greek coffee, espresso and cappuccino is a plus

Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and served with an incredible view every morning. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to all the highlights of Santorini. Staying here truly made our trip magical

the location of the hotel is one of the best because you get a good 180 deg view of the “caldera” and the beautiful sunset; daily ! we’d recommend this place to our families and friends !

We came here for our Wedding and stayed for a week either side of the Ceremony. The views from the pool/breakfast area are the best in Firostefani. The staff have been so attentive and friendly when called apon

This hotel is amazing! The views are stunning, the room was clean and the pool is great too. You're a 15min costal walk from Fira and a 25min walk from the best sunset spot on the Island (Not Oia)

There are a few restaurants near the hotel too if you wanted to stay local. The reception staff were great. They helped us decide where to go and they arranged a car rental for us to explore the island too

There are only two tiny things that I wasn't a fan of. The breakfast was average and the staff in the pool area didn't seem to work to the same high standard as the reception staff

Our only very small issues were that the pool was cold, but likely due to the time of year (Oct) and also at breakfast there's limited seating inside and most seating is outside, so at this time of year it's hit or miss whether you'll be eating against the wind! I also found the pillows uncomfortable, but I usually have orthopedic at home

Management were amazing, but the staff from housekeeping, pool and bar staff were so accommodating and nothing was too hard for them. 10 stars out of 5!!! So great!

The whole place is absolutely spotless, staff are lovely and incredibly efficient and the food at breakfast and the lunch available around the pool was world class

Aressana was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the second we walked in… and were given an ice cold towel and lemonade… to the moment we left the service was first class

It almost looks fake it’s so beautiful. Be advised this resort is very high up on the cliff side so there is no beach but has a very nice pool and lounging area

Absolute Amazing Stay!! We had the most amazing room with a deck that had 2 lounge beds over looking the sea. Everyone was so nice & accommodating

Novian Bios Santorini Boutique Hotel is amazing! The staff is warm and caring. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The suites have a beautiful sunset terrace. The design combines tradition and modernity

The staff is the BEST and the rooms and view is amazing! The walk to downtown Thera along the Caldera is beautiful and makes you feel like you can eat extra since you are getting a workout at the same time

We stayed at massive Grand Villa which had two floors with private heated pool. Its a very romantic and memorable place to stay for couples

We were right across from the pool which is also where breakfast is served. The sunsets from our balcony as well as the sitting area above our room were magnificent

The bed was a bit to firm for me, and there are A LOT of stairs so be prepared. However all of the amazing things outweighed these couple if minor things

The hotel has a stunning outlook with basically everything catered for. Likewise the food was delicious & the dining area located on the cliff side allowed uninterrupted views of the port & the sunset in the evening

Arrived having transferred from a quick stop over from Crete on the fast ferry. We’re welcomed by the entire team who thankfully carried our bags to our relevant hotel rooms

The pool was phenomenal eventhough I didn't swim. The location for me was perfect a bit away from the craziness of the center still super well located is only 5 minutes walk to the bus station

We we're picked up promtply from the airport by one of the staff, Marcus. He provided colorful commentary on the island life on the quick drive to the hotel

Amazing time had by my wife and I on our honeymoon! The service that is on offer is second to none, from meeting us on the street to help us with the luggage, to providing us with a phone in Case we need assistance anywhere in Santorini! We felt like family more than hotel guests here, and can't wait to come back and experience it all again! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

We stayed in the Fidelo suite with the private hot tub and private entrance for 4 days. Loved the staff - Stacy, Bacho and SoSo (apologies for any typos) were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and huge

We had to request them to reduce it. :-) They provided a nice bottle of champagne as a welcome drink. Free bottles of water throughout the stay

Breakfast was served on the roof deck of the villa and there was so much food that was very good. Staff is excellent and so helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay if you're going to Santorini

Our stay at the Altana was incredible. We stayed in the honeymoon suite towards the top of the hotel and had a spectacular view of every inch of the island. The staff were super friendly and helpful

!!! Santorini's GEM !!! My Boyfriend and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan Suites for 3 nights in early August. We had what we both thought to be one of the best trips of our lives
