We stayed at the hotel last week for 7 days and the whole experience was incredible! Starting with the staff that was always smiling, kind and willing to serve, so that the services provided to be at their best. Since we are a family with 2 small kids the only thing for sure is that the hotel is kids-friendly. With the pool for small children, the kid's parties and with the given access where required...

We recently stayed at Hydramis Palace with our two young daughters (2 and 3 years old) and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect—right on the beachfront with a beautiful garden and a great pool that the kids loved. Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the delicious food. We were there with two other families, and everyone had a wonderful time. We hope to visit again next year!

It was a great experience in Crete we loved everything there service and location are perfect, we booked one room sea view for 2 adults 1 kid and when we arrived it was full, so they gave us double room see view instead with 2 bathrooms (deluxe room) that’s very nice from them to fix the problem in that way! The Hydramis Palace Hotel, although somewhat dated, has a charm that suggests old money, minus the musty smell. It seems to have been recently promoted to a 5-star rating, but in reality, it feels more like a 3.5-star hotel (depending on each country’s rating system). The room was clean but had tiled floors. Rooms were ok, dated and hard beds but nice view, clean and decents showers plus a bath. Service was overall good, Danielle is definitely best barmaid at pool bar. Entertainment was pretty non existant. Nothing for kids to do apart from Pool table but 2 euros a game! This hotel was amazing. The best holidays ever. The staff in ol the hotel was very friendly and professional. Reception, bar, restaurant, kitchen, beach restaurant, absolutely great. We don't know we're to start and we're to end speaking about this excellent stay. We won't to say to ol the staff, thank you for this great stay.

Dear Hotel Owner. Pay your waiting staff more. They deserve it for how hard they work and they set the tone of the service experience. None of your waiting staff talked to me about their pay by the way. They're so busy they barely have time to talk! The reception staff are fantastic. We spend 7 days at this hotel. Everything was great ,the acomodation, the food , the beach. The staff was very kind.

We enjoyed 7 days stay at Vantaris Beach, all inclusive. What we liked: - the hotel looks very nice, elegant. Great service and location. Love the decor but things are quite old and dated. The room was not as clean as we would have liked and the food was slightly above average. Dislike that the pool area closes so early.

Overall, this was a good experience since the beach is amazing. We also enjoyed the pool bar very much. The rooms, however, need serious upgrading. Everything in the room looked very old and worn out, and damaged. There were remains of dead mosquitos on the walls. It was not very bad, but the rooms definitely don’t deserve 4stars.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Close to the beach and restraunts. The hotel is lovely, it's clean and has lots of amenities. We enjoyed tasty freshly cooked lunches with a beautiful view. Only been here a short time and wondered if the hotel could live up to it's great reviews. So far so good. This is a small hotel and although its on the beach its not really a usable beach unless you walk a little further up. Dining area is nice overlooking the sea but nowhere near big enough. I highly recommend this hotel. It was our best holiday yet! Food is well cooked and you can find a lot of options. The staff is helpful and they do the best to please you and help you. Lovely ten days spent here in September last month. No complaints at all as was an absolutely lovely place. We had the added bonus of getting engaged whilst we were here which only made the holiday more memorable. :-)

Very good room service, everything was perfectly clean. Been very much satisfyed by the food as well. The bus stop is pretty close by, making daytrips within comfortable reach and it's only a five to ten minute walk to the beach. Alltogether the whole experience has been great.

We spent a week at the Delfina ART hotel. We are very pleased with the entire stay. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. Did meet the expectations. Modern apartments, good location with beach and city center at walking distance. Point of improvement would be the apartment's kitchen, which lacks some essentials like dishwashing soap, sponge and drying towel. Depending on the location you'll have a nice view on the mountains or sea.
