Great for families, the hotel has lot of attractions for children. The beach and pool areas are organized and good infra structure. Food is also very good, served in three restaurants. Rooms are comfortable.

The food is always delicious and never disappoints. Especially the restaurant at the beach can be recommended. Having dinner there while watching the sun set is a super romantic and a warming experience

There really cool! One porridge is in the morning. Baby food is generally excellent!!! An adult is also not inferior. Rooms with 1 bathroom on the small side. But there are family and improved

A perfect and large beach and the area is surrounded by mountains which gives this place the special touch. The restaurants are clean and not messy even during the busiest season

Swimming pool is very modern and beautiful,but places were barely enough for all guests. Evening entertainment was good. Beach itself is beautiful in this part of Crete. Hotel caters mainly for elderly regular guests

From the receptionists to the waiting staff to the cleaning personnel, everything and everyone has been exceptional! Rooms 4/5 There had been a small issue with our room, which they immediately tried to resolve

Upon not being able to resolve it, we were provided with a different room, which was absolutely perfect. Due to some smaller maintenance issues (loose bathroom fittings), I will give a small deduction here

Generally , all the staff is very good, but Anestis, Evangelia , guest relation officer, receptionists and many others working there are really very helpful and kind proffessionals!

This hotel more than fulfilled our expectations and even exceeded them! Everything was perfect: the food is fantastic and of high quality, also the staff is very motivated, supportive and puts a smile on your face (especially Katerina and Menios brought some extra light in the morning)

Moreover, the rooms are very aesthetic and modern! Since the beach is a private hotel beach, it is not too crowded and you can always get a spot

There is also the option to eat a la card at the beach restaurant, which we highly recommend - you can enjoy seafood while watching the sunset

Nothing was done even after we asked for a bit of variety. The room was big and clean and smell nice but for the sea view you better get a magnified lenses. The food was good and plenty of choices to choose from

A bit tricky at the beginning until you know how to switch between the restaurants but an overall good experience

Well it is not a 5 star hotel as it claims to be. Housekeeping needs improvement in terms of cleaning, yelling through corridors from 08:00 and general behaviour. The pool is nice for children

Amazing place for a whole family. Aqua park great entertainment for kids and adults also. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food delicious! Just few steps from the sea! Everything is clean and taking care of

Except the exhausting Corona rules it is a place of enjoyment for kids. The water slide park, mini club, children disco - everything made for a perfect childrens' holidays.

The covid way of breakfast and dinner is an awful experience but only because they followed the all the nesessary rules and safety guidelines

So yes they did a great job of controlling the people and keeping lines and disenfecting everything but the experience is really boring

Been booked in superior room which looks old with all of the facilities and cold water in the bathroom interrupted my daily higiene

Hotel is nice and very well organized. From the first moment on the reception desk we encountered friendly and proffesional staff. Towels in the room were changed every day

In front of hotel is sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty and with very good variety

The food was delicious, lots of choice, we were especially pleased with the large selection of local dishes and fresh fruit. The wonderful path to the beach along the palm trees stole our hearts, a beautiful wide beach

Nice place. We recommend the suites with private pool in front row to the beach. However room toiletries selection is a bit limited for hotel category.

Great hotel! My husband and I stayed from April 28th to May 5th and had a very nice time. All the employees were very nice and smiling, they always offered help and advice (especially the reception staff and waiters)

The experience was trully relaxing. The staff was very friendly, all the waiters were smiling all the time even off work. The food was great, and we've always had at least 1 favourite dish as part of each serving

The hotel was fully booked but as it is a quiet small and comfy hotel it doesn't feel crowed. You have enjoy space and u can really enjoy it to the fullest. Sometimes it also feels like a private little beach

La Mer Resort & Spa was truly one of best places I’ve been to! The staff and facilities were fantastic & the best part was the spa and massages - Maria, Anna & Georgia was amazing! So glad we chose this resort for our first time in Crete

I strongly encourage guests to visit the spa and take some treatments. Maria was very helpful in making you very relaxed and ready for your treatment, full transparency on what you will receive

Maria explained all treatments in detail and was super kind. The two girls at the spa Georgia and Anna did an amazing massage. It is a pity I fell asleep, but it was too relaxing

Georgia was a great therapist, she showed professionalism and gentle compassion. I would strongly recommend everyone to spend 60’ in pure calmness and relaxation

Great rooms, the staff was lovely, food was excellent! Phenomenal location next to the beach, in addition to the beautiful pool. Also very close to Lake Kournas which is great for a day trip

Thank you for this stay. We were especially happy with the friendliness of the service, the great food selection and the design of the entire hotel. Only the drinks were a bit overpriced.

In the afternoon we recommend an ouzo in the hotel's own beach coffee in combination with a light snack. All staff are friendly and very helpfull. Thanks for an unforgettable week!

Summer, sun, peace, sea - that's what you will find at Pepper Sea Club Hotel. We strongly recommend the baskets on the beach for 20

The sun is very strong at the moment and in these baskets it is pleasant, quiet with a fantastic view of Cape Drakanos

We went there for dinner and got in love for the place and service. They offer a beautiful type of tent at the beach and the waitress are super attentive, friendly and efficient

We ate at their restaurant by the beach. They have cozy private tables which creates a romantic vibe. The food was delicious. They can use fairy lights at the tables at night instead of white ones!

Very cozy hotel near the sea. Free sunbeds. Nearby is a small village, from which excursion trains run 4 routes - long 50 km, and short 4 km to the lake, very convenient.

We stayed at the hotel last week for 7 days and the whole experience was incredible! Starting with the staff that was always smiling, kind and willing to serve, so that the services provided to be at their best

Since we are a family with 2 small kids the only thing for sure is that the hotel is kids-friendly. With the pool for small children, the kid's parties and with the given access where required (for stroller, elevator)

Last but not least, is the ease of movement for people with special needs (rooms, hotel's areas and also in the pool). Fully recommended for summer 🏝️ 🌞 holidays

The location was perfect—right on the beachfront with a beautiful garden and a great pool that the kids loved. Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the delicious food

The pool area was functional but showed signs of wear, such as rust stains at the base of the ladders and pieces of the edge drain coming loose

Very family oriented, The hotel Manager is a very nice person, willing to help and very knowledgeable about the hotel business. The food is very exquisite and they have a different menu for each day of the week

Service is very friendly, rooms are nice and clean, they have a great pool and a nice terrace bar beside it. If you prefer the beach it's easy to get there by walk or car (parking lot at the hotel)

Families with kids will love it. Kids are welcome and have lots of space. You arrive, they connect and you pick them up again when you leave :)

Ultimate Chill Out, we have just returned from our second stay at this hotel, we were in room 203, which overlooks the pool and sea, a fantastic view to wake upto in the morning, Antonio and his staff as usual were fantastic, the flexibility of the half board makes this a stress free alternative to the big AI hotels, you never feel rushed into being anywhere at any time, the room is perfect for what...

The owner, Antonio, is very friendly and welcoming. One member of staff reprimanded me and other guests for drinking our own beverages by the pool, including water

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Close to the beach and restraunts. The hotel is lovely, it's clean and has lots of amenities. We enjoyed tasty freshly cooked lunches with a beautiful view

Please be aware that if you stay here, you will not be able to drink your own water outside your room and will have to pay for water by the bottle, or you will be told off by a member of staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach and shops. The food was nice with generous portions

Antonio was brilliant! We arrived after midnight, but even at that time he made sure we had something to eat and drink. He always had a ravishing smile and nothing was too much trouble!

We spend 7 days at this hotel. Everything was great ,the acomodation, the food , the beach. The staff was very kind.

So much so that the restaurant terrace is directly adjacent to the main pool, which is not a problem by itself, but feels a bit crowded

Pro's : - clean and organized hotel which looks as a 4* hotel; - the beach is clean and with nice sand and water; - in the morning the sea is calm and in the afternoon nice waves; - the hotels gardens are are nice and maintain correctly; - the hotel personal was nice (we arrived at 3 o'clock AM and they offers us some snacks and water even was not included) - due to some problems with a cancel flight...

Pool area is lovely and next to the beach. Breakfast is good wide choice of hot & cold dishes. I cannot recommend it enough.

PRO=each room has a front door, you're directly outside instead of having to walk hotel corridor-lift-lobby-outside. Renovated '23 and its nice&new feel. White marble, it feels and looks well

We stayed a week with two small kids. There was always a spot by the pool even after breakfast and getting the kids ready. Loungers on the beach were also available, but they can get filled up fairly early

We have spent one week in this hotel and we had an amazing time: accommodation was great, clean and spacious, regular change of sheets and towels, food was delicious and diverse, the pool is ok with free sun beds and the beach is very close with 3€ per day sun beds, the sand is ideal and the sea is, well, wonderful

The other rooms are accessible via stairways only and have your standard balcony. This is a resort for mature audiences. Pool area is fairly small, no kids activities, slides etc which makes it a quiet place

168 rooms and my stay mid May '24 about half occupied. Rooms: I had ground floor junior suite with mini-pool 3x3m. That was roomy and mini-pool great for getting those rays

Nice beach, not much sand but pebbles, clean. But it was forbidden to swim there in the Sea one whole week due to dangerous meltemi waves. The service was always good, well educated and friendly people

Breakfast was amazing, so many things to choose from. Close to other restaurants although food looked good in the restaurant in the hotel. Good wines at the bar. Good food in the poolside bar.

Orpheas Resort is an absolute gem of a hotel. Our suite was stylish,,artistic decorated , very clean and the design has been meticulously considered

OK, 3 stars, so wasn't expexting what we have got compared to Africa 4 stars. Clean, Tidy and comfatable, the ritz it isn't, but warm staff and happy with what we paid for.

The rooms are clean but basic. I wouldn't upgrade to the all inclusive as the food is shocking.

The villa itself has everything you need for a good week, with a fully equipped kitchen for those days you want to cook yourself. A large swimming pool is located in the center of the hotel

The swimming pool is beautiful and it's nice swimming there. The food in the restaurant is great and always fresh. The staff is more than friendly and work hard, to keep everything clean

The breakfast buffet is extensive but the menu remains almost the same throughout the stay. Each morning, Georges was available to give us information on the activities we planned to do during the day

Despite our late arrival in the evening, we found Georges, who speaks perfect French, waiting for us at the entrance to give us the keys to the villa and give us a quick tour of the premises

A better hotel my wife and I couldn't imagine! The hotel is build with small sweet streets and almost every room or apartment is different, which makes it look like a small Greek village

It is partly thanks to him that we were able to do all the essentials of the western part of the island. The rest of the staff are equally nice and helpful
