Awesome experience with this resort. Great activity staff( animation), really good food and varied choices. My son loved the shows at night, I loved the exercise classes and my husband loved the pools!

Fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautiful beach! We've visited Pilot Beach Resort two years in a row with our very young children (1 and 3 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience both times

The variety of food for kids is fantastic, although I wish they had boiled vegetables in the buffet options (like in all the other restaurants). The staff is wonderful, always friendly and accommodating to families

The beach is amazing, clean, safe and with (most of the time) calm waters. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and being close to the beach is definitely worth it

The buffet options at all the restaurants are excellent. The appetizers and main courses are always well-prepared and there’s something for everyone. However, for the desserts, only a few really stood out

The kid’s corner restaurant is great, it is open during the day until 5PM. In 2023, we noticed it was a bit dirty but they’ve made more efforts in 2024 to keep it clean

This hotel more than fulfilled our expectations and even exceeded them! Everything was perfect: the food is fantastic and of high quality, also the staff is very motivated, supportive and puts a smile on your face (especially Katerina and Menios brought some extra light in the morning)

Moreover, the rooms are very aesthetic and modern! Since the beach is a private hotel beach, it is not too crowded and you can always get a spot

There is also the option to eat a la card at the beach restaurant, which we highly recommend - you can enjoy seafood while watching the sunset

Nothing was done even after we asked for a bit of variety. The room was big and clean and smell nice but for the sea view you better get a magnified lenses. The food was good and plenty of choices to choose from

A bit tricky at the beginning until you know how to switch between the restaurants but an overall good experience

Anemos Luxury Grand Resort - Such a beautiful and stunning hotel with clean, comfortable and modern rooms, an awesome pool and a sandy beach with perfect sunbeds to relax and enjoy vacation

- nice big pool which also appeared clean and well maintained. - food was good (but some issues, will explain in negatives). - enclosed playground which was nicely set between the bar/restaurant and the beach

- after initial issues with first room reception was very generous in upgrading us to a private pool (which was clean); however, the closet space was less than the previous room and the room had ants

- very nice and welcoming lobby. - no deposit required for towels and can change daily. Now for the negatives: - this is not a 5 star hotel, tops 3 stars in my opinion (my wife says 4)

- sharing pool was very dirty (see pictures), I didn’t see anyone clean the pools (maybe this happens early in the morning but we slept with the window open and heard nothing

- Nathan, the animator really put his heart and soul into everything he did especially Aqua gym. - very clean dinning area (main buffet restaurant). - brand name alcohol (not top tier, but not no name)

- food very VERY one dimensional, everyday pork, spaghetti, and fries and some other things, but not much variety. - vegetarian selection was even more limited

Since we are a family with 2 small kids the only thing for sure is that the hotel is kids-friendly. With the pool for small children, the kid's parties and with the given access where required (for stroller, elevator)

Last but not least, is the ease of movement for people with special needs (rooms, hotel's areas and also in the pool). Fully recommended for summer 🏝️ 🌞 holidays

Hotel has nice pool but i think it's own "beach" and access to the sea is a selling point for me. Location is in the middle of nowhere BUT! it is close to bust stop and tiny town

We stayed at the hotel last week for 7 days and the whole experience was incredible! Starting with the staff that was always smiling, kind and willing to serve, so that the services provided to be at their best

The room was very clean, the hotel surroundings were both spotlessly clean and well-kept. The food, with a very wide variety, including small surprises such as the barbecue night, satisfies every ages

We recently stayed at Hydramis Palace with our two young daughters (2 and 3 years old) and had a fantastic time

Pro's : - clean and organized hotel which looks as a 4* hotel; - the beach is clean and with nice sand and water; - in the morning the sea is calm and in the afternoon nice waves; - the hotels gardens are are nice and maintain correctly; - the hotel personal was nice (we arrived at 3 o'clock AM and they offers us some snacks and water even was not included) - due to some problems with a cancel flight...

- Great restaurant/service with a variety of food options. Live performances / music in the evening. Some disadvantages: - Somewhat limited territory with relatively small swimming pools

Great services, nice looking area, hotel, beach. Only disadvantage is bad sound isolation of room entrance door and fact that hotel is very close to main road.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and I had to ask them for help with a fairly sensitive situation which they handled with compassion and privacy. The location is in my opinion the best along the section of this area

We spend 7 days at this hotel. Everything was great ,the acomodation, the food , the beach. The staff was very kind.

It's a very decent all-inclusive hotel in Crete with primarily European clientele (August 2023). Advantages: - Very good location and access from both Chania and Heraklion airport

Really..this is awesome resort..The pool, gym,A 3D animation of Knossos Palace. The Palace was built around 4.000 ago!.. thank to Georgioupolis Resort Aquapark and SPA made by such a beautiful place.

Except the exhausting Corona rules it is a place of enjoyment for kids. The water slide park, mini club, children disco - everything made for a perfect childrens' holidays.

Well it is not a 5 star hotel as it claims to be. Housekeeping needs improvement in terms of cleaning, yelling through corridors from 08:00 and general behaviour. The pool is nice for children

Amazing place for a whole family. Aqua park great entertainment for kids and adults also. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food delicious! Just few steps from the sea! Everything is clean and taking care of

Nice Spa-Resort not far from Chania. The resort as such is beautiful, the rooms are nice, maybe a bit too small. The Service is great, the stuff always very kind and helpful

La Mer Resort & Spa was truly one of best places I’ve been to! The staff and facilities were fantastic & the best part was the spa and massages - Maria, Anna & Georgia was amazing! So glad we chose this resort for our first time in Crete

The hotel was fully booked but as it is a quiet small and comfy hotel it doesn't feel crowed. You have enjoy space and u can really enjoy it to the fullest. Sometimes it also feels like a private little beach

We loved to have our honeymoon at La Mer, we have been in the hotel 2 years ago and we have experienced a very nice welcome. We love how this venue brings calmness and relaxation to your mind and body

Great rooms, the staff was lovely, food was excellent! Phenomenal location next to the beach, in addition to the beautiful pool. Also very close to Lake Kournas which is great for a day trip

The sun is very strong at the moment and in these baskets it is pleasant, quiet with a fantastic view of Cape Drakanos

168 rooms and my stay mid May '24 about half occupied. Rooms: I had ground floor junior suite with mini-pool 3x3m. That was roomy and mini-pool great for getting those rays

We cannot describe how thankful we are for the holiday we had at this hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially with our two kids. We arrived at 2:30 am due to the delay of our flight

The car rental procedure was very simple and smooth, no hidden costs, no complex procedure, full insurance. We are incredibly grateful for the excellent service provided by the reception staff

The rooms were very clean, they were cleaned daily (including the pool). There was enough space, there were seat loungers, an umbrella, a table and chairs on the terrace, and a drying rack. The hotel offered beach towels

Great service and location. Love the decor but things are quite old and dated. The room was not as clean as we would have liked and the food was slightly above average. Dislike that the pool area closes so early.

There are two bars, including a nice pool bar with a good amount of choices for food and cocktails. Sometimes you can enjoy activities at the pool bar, during my stay there was a "jazz night" and a "dj night"

Very nice place, on the beach, with 2 pools and lovely rooms. I slept here for a week and got the room with the jacuzzi, breakfast included. The hotel is kids free, therefore, quiet and calm

We ate at their restaurant by the beach. They have cozy private tables which creates a romantic vibe. The food was delicious. They can use fairy lights at the tables at night instead of white ones!

Ultimate Chill Out, we have just returned from our second stay at this hotel, we were in room 203, which overlooks the pool and sea, a fantastic view to wake upto in the morning, Antonio and his staff as usual were fantastic, the flexibility of the half board makes this a stress free alternative to the big AI hotels, you never feel rushed into being anywhere at any time, the room is perfect for what...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach and shops. The food was nice with generous portions

The owner, Antonio, is very friendly and welcoming. One member of staff reprimanded me and other guests for drinking our own beverages by the pool, including water

Please be aware that if you stay here, you will not be able to drink your own water outside your room and will have to pay for water by the bottle, or you will be told off by a member of staff

She claimed that if caught, she would face a €1,000 fine, and in one case, a €5,000 fine. This was confusing, as the hotel does not provide free water and charges €3 per bottle

Very family oriented, The hotel Manager is a very nice person, willing to help and very knowledgeable about the hotel business. The food is very exquisite and they have a different menu for each day of the week

The room has a small little fridge where you can store your drinks and there is a safe in each room. Cons: one of the Front desk staff is very rude needs some remedial training in hospitality

The staff are all very friendly and always smiling especially the girls on reception, Tatiana. There is pool, it is on the beach and breakfast buffet is delicious. Restaurant was great with delicious fresh salad and food

I visit Crete every year and have stayed in Georgioupolis before. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Lovely room very clean, bed are comfy. Denis is brilliant and friendly, staff were lovely stuff team

In front of hotel is sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty and with very good variety

Nice place. We recommend the suites with private pool in front row to the beach. However room toiletries selection is a bit limited for hotel category.

Great hotel! My husband and I stayed from April 28th to May 5th and had a very nice time. All the employees were very nice and smiling, they always offered help and advice (especially the reception staff and waiters)

The experience was trully relaxing. The staff was very friendly, all the waiters were smiling all the time even off work. The food was great, and we've always had at least 1 favourite dish as part of each serving

The villa itself has everything you need for a good week, with a fully equipped kitchen for those days you want to cook yourself. A large swimming pool is located in the center of the hotel

The swimming pool is beautiful and it's nice swimming there. The food in the restaurant is great and always fresh. The staff is more than friendly and work hard, to keep everything clean

The breakfast buffet is extensive but the menu remains almost the same throughout the stay. Each morning, Georges was available to give us information on the activities we planned to do during the day

Despite our late arrival in the evening, we found Georges, who speaks perfect French, waiting for us at the entrance to give us the keys to the villa and give us a quick tour of the premises

A better hotel my wife and I couldn't imagine! The hotel is build with small sweet streets and almost every room or apartment is different, which makes it look like a small Greek village

It is partly thanks to him that we were able to do all the essentials of the western part of the island. The rest of the staff are equally nice and helpful

And of course there is a coffe only for breakfast:( Pool and bar are very nice arranged. As well sending love to dog Ania and goats outside

Sometimes even meat was not mentioned on the tag - a classification for veggi/vegan food would have been really good! The cocktails had a very high quality and the all inclusive included almost everything besides some more fancy drinks

The food was really good, fresh and as a vegetarian enough to choose from to not get bored. Vegan would have been very few things to choose from though
