Fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautiful beach! We've visited Pilot Beach Resort two years in a row with our very young children (1 and 3 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience both times

The variety of food for kids is fantastic, although I wish they had boiled vegetables in the buffet options (like in all the other restaurants). The staff is wonderful, always friendly and accommodating to families

The beach is amazing, clean, safe and with (most of the time) calm waters. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and being close to the beach is definitely worth it

The buffet options at all the restaurants are excellent. The appetizers and main courses are always well-prepared and there’s something for everyone. However, for the desserts, only a few really stood out

On a practical note, we had to visit the nearby hospital during our stay and the staff there were excellent. We felt very secure and the doctors were professional and attentive

This hotel more than fulfilled our expectations and even exceeded them! Everything was perfect: the food is fantastic and of high quality, also the staff is very motivated, supportive and puts a smile on your face (especially Katerina and Menios brought some extra light in the morning)

Moreover, the rooms are very aesthetic and modern! Since the beach is a private hotel beach, it is not too crowded and you can always get a spot

There is also the option to eat a la card at the beach restaurant, which we highly recommend - you can enjoy seafood while watching the sunset

Nothing was done even after we asked for a bit of variety. The room was big and clean and smell nice but for the sea view you better get a magnified lenses. The food was good and plenty of choices to choose from

A bit tricky at the beginning until you know how to switch between the restaurants but an overall good experience

They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a beautifully decorated room that set the perfect romantic tone for our stay. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and our room was no exception

Nice Spa-Resort not far from Chania. The resort as such is beautiful, the rooms are nice, maybe a bit too small. The Service is great, the stuff always very kind and helpful

Both were extremely professional and kind and guided us well through not only the spa treatments but also in addition great sports to visit around the city for a great stay. Will definitely be back thanks to the spa team

La Mer Resort & Spa was truly one of best places I’ve been to! The staff and facilities were fantastic & the best part was the spa and massages - Maria, Anna & Georgia was amazing! So glad we chose this resort for our first time in Crete

The hotel was fully booked but as it is a quiet small and comfy hotel it doesn't feel crowed. You have enjoy space and u can really enjoy it to the fullest. Sometimes it also feels like a private little beach

The Bar at the beach is the nicest place for a Cappuccino prepared by Marianna who always has a smile for her guests :-)

Well it is not a 5 star hotel as it claims to be. Housekeeping needs improvement in terms of cleaning, yelling through corridors from 08:00 and general behaviour. The pool is nice for children

Amazing place for a whole family. Aqua park great entertainment for kids and adults also. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food delicious! Just few steps from the sea! Everything is clean and taking care of

Except the exhausting Corona rules it is a place of enjoyment for kids. The water slide park, mini club, children disco - everything made for a perfect childrens' holidays.

The covid way of breakfast and dinner is an awful experience but only because they followed the all the nesessary rules and safety guidelines

So yes they did a great job of controlling the people and keeping lines and disenfecting everything but the experience is really boring

Been booked in superior room which looks old with all of the facilities and cold water in the bathroom interrupted my daily higiene

Great rooms, the staff was lovely, food was excellent! Phenomenal location next to the beach, in addition to the beautiful pool. Also very close to Lake Kournas which is great for a day trip

Thank you for this stay. We were especially happy with the friendliness of the service, the great food selection and the design of the entire hotel. Only the drinks were a bit overpriced.

In the afternoon we recommend an ouzo in the hotel's own beach coffee in combination with a light snack. All staff are friendly and very helpfull. Thanks for an unforgettable week!

Summer, sun, peace, sea - that's what you will find at Pepper Sea Club Hotel. We strongly recommend the baskets on the beach for 20

The sun is very strong at the moment and in these baskets it is pleasant, quiet with a fantastic view of Cape Drakanos

Food was lovely but no choice as was too small an area. Hotel is part of a complex so to use the indoor pool or see the entertainment you have to visit one of the other sites

The staff are all very friendly and always smiling especially the girls on reception, Tatiana. There is pool, it is on the beach and breakfast buffet is delicious. Restaurant was great with delicious fresh salad and food

I visit Crete every year and have stayed in Georgioupolis before. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Lovely room very clean, bed are comfy. Denis is brilliant and friendly, staff were lovely stuff team

OK, 3 stars, so wasn't expexting what we have got compared to Africa 4 stars. Clean, Tidy and comfatable, the ritz it isn't, but warm staff and happy with what we paid for.

The rooms are clean but basic. I wouldn't upgrade to the all inclusive as the food is shocking.

We went there for dinner and got in love for the place and service. They offer a beautiful type of tent at the beach and the waitress are super attentive, friendly and efficient

We ate at their restaurant by the beach. They have cozy private tables which creates a romantic vibe. The food was delicious. They can use fairy lights at the tables at night instead of white ones!

GB was beautiful. Wonderful views of the sea, friendly staff, great rooftop bar and restaurant with local dishes, hot tubs, pool, comfortable beds, clean/updated rooms.

The rooftop restaurant makes this hotel unique as you order your food off a menu. Your half board can be used at lunch or for evening meal. This makes such a difference and gives much more choice

In front of hotel is sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty and with very good variety

Great hotel! My husband and I stayed from April 28th to May 5th and had a very nice time. All the employees were very nice and smiling, they always offered help and advice (especially the reception staff and waiters)

The experience was trully relaxing. The staff was very friendly, all the waiters were smiling all the time even off work. The food was great, and we've always had at least 1 favourite dish as part of each serving

Food was really descent with good spread of Greek food as well as open bar and good 'Raki'. Two small pools were great idea between means and time spent on a beach

And of course there is a coffe only for breakfast:( Pool and bar are very nice arranged. As well sending love to dog Ania and goats outside

The overall standard of the hotel and good service from the staff ( especially Maria - such a lovely and helpful person!!!!) was second to none, they made us feel like home. I would certainly stay there again

If you want a friendly hotel offering Greek hospitality, Crete style with good food a pool that's not been crowded since we've been here and a 100m from the beach this is it

The rooms are not the biggest or the most equipped, but there are beds, AC, bathroom and a small kitchen with a refrigerator. Big pool that was almost always empty when we were at the hotel and we used it frequently

Went on holiday to Greece and came upon this place. Saw that they had a pool and reasonable pricing and booked it for a week

A cozy hotel with a nice view of the sea and the mountains. At the hotel a cozy tavern with delicious home-made food. On site there is a playground, a cozy garden, beauty salon, shop cosmetics and skin

Evening meals (we were half board) offered a great choice suitable for all tastes ranging from local specialities to Greek and beyond,the fish soup tonight was perfect

This is the best hotel i’ve ever been to ! There is a really good viev of the beach you get free breakfast lunch and dinner and drinks at any time ,there are also a sauna and a big pool

I had a deep tissue massage by Margaret and this was the best massage I’ve had so far (and I have a lot of massages). She was so lovely and made me feel extremely relaxed and at ease

Additional thing worth mentioning is Aegeo SPA in the hotel itself, you can negotiate good prices. Terry, who is in charge of the SPA is amazing, friendly and nice

We spend 7 days at this hotel. Everything was great ,the acomodation, the food , the beach. The staff was very kind.

My friend & I stayed at this hotel for 7 days in early June. We had a late afternoon flight, so with the 2 hour time difference, we didn't arrive until about 10pm

Very nice place, on the beach, with 2 pools and lovely rooms. I slept here for a week and got the room with the jacuzzi, breakfast included. The hotel is kids free, therefore, quiet and calm

We were shown to the dining room for a delicious cold platter of meats, cheeses & Greek salad 😋 which was laid on due to us missing our evening meal

There is also a pool there, which is very quiet if you want to chill out. There is also a Spa just to the left of it, but we didn't use it. There are sunbeds with an umbrella on the beach, but you have to pay €6 daily

The staff, especially Anastasia at the pool bar and Maria in the main restaurant, were a highlight for us. They made us feel at home, welcomed, and interacted beautifully with our daughter

However, for us, it was not necessarily a 5-star-worthy experience. First of all, the tiles around the pool are extremely slippery. Every day, someone slipped and fell down, no matter how slowly you walked

Since it is a self-proclaimed kid-friendly hotel, this was a big issue for us and all the families we met and talked to. There are not enough pool chairs for the pool area

Place, food, beach, people... Everything at Eliros Mare greatly exceeded our expectations! We and our 11 months girl felt pampered in every possible way. Thank you very much, we would love to come back again!

The beach is 100m from the hotel and it's a lovely sandy beach. We always found a pair of sun loungers and there was not the early reserving with towels that you might expect

There were many well-organized sports activities, and the team was super motivated and brought a lot of fun. However, the children’s disco only started at 8:45 PM, which was a bit late for smaller children
