Fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautiful beach! We've visited Pilot Beach Resort two years in a row with our very young children (1 and 3 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience both times. The beach is amazing, clean, safe and with (most of the time) calm waters. It’s ideal for families. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and being close to the beach is definitely worth it....

Great Holiday in a Great Hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. Even with high occupancy you have a good feeling as the area is so big. Food is delicious in all restaurants. Specials need to get paid additional even when you have HB or AI. Animation is soft. For the kids there is a nice kids club. The Spa has Sauna, steam bath and a indoor pool. The beach is fantastic. A chic resort oriented to families with kids but with nothing special. A big minus was the beach who is located across the street ((5 minutes walk from the hotel in 40 degree it’s far from beautiful). Nice Spa-Resort not far from Chania. The resort as such is beautiful, the rooms are nice, maybe a bit too small. The Service is great, the stuff always very kind and helpful. The Bar at the beach is the nicest place for a Cappuccino prepared by Marianna who always has a smile for her guests :-) .

This was our second stay at this hotel. The first time we went to this resort at the end of September in 2021 and now again in August. Its not a 5 star hotel! Not even 4. I'm not sorry. This is sad.

Except the exhausting Corona rules it is a place of enjoyment for kids. The water slide park, mini club, children disco - everything made for a perfect childrens' holidays.

We ate at their restaurant by the beach. They have cozy private tables which creates a romantic vibe. The food was delicious. They can use fairy lights at the tables at night instead of white ones!

We went there for dinner and got in love for the place and service. They offer a beautiful type of tent at the beach and the waitress are super attentive, friendly and efficient. We had a salad and lamb and local rose wine. Super recommend the place!

An absolutely amazing experience at Aegeo Spa. Terry at reception was very friendly and so accommodating. Really great customer service. I had a deep tissue massage by Margaret and this was the best massage I’ve had so far (and I have a lot of massages). She was so lovely and made me feel extremely relaxed and at ease.
