Fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautiful beach! We've visited Pilot Beach Resort two years in a row with our very young children (1 and 3 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience both times. The beach is amazing, clean, safe and with (most of the time) calm waters. It’s ideal for families. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and being close to the beach is definitely worth it....

First day and already incredibly disappointed. The accommodation "bungalow" is nothing more than a small room with a terrace worth mentioning. Great Holiday in a Great Hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. Even with high occupancy you have a good feeling as the area is so big. Food is delicious in all restaurants. Specials need to get paid additional even when you have HB or AI. Animation is soft. For the kids there is a nice kids club. The Spa has Sauna, steam bath and a indoor pool. The beach is fantastic. A chic resort oriented to families with kids but with nothing special. A big minus was the beach who is located across the street ((5 minutes walk from the hotel in 40 degree it’s far from beautiful). Absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Close to the beach and restraunts. The hotel is lovely, it's clean and has lots of amenities. We enjoyed tasty freshly cooked lunches with a beautiful view. Only been here a short time and wondered if the hotel could live up to it's great reviews. So far so good. Just spent one week at this hotel . A lovely friendly hotel very helpful staff, room was lovely and cleaned daily . The rooftop restaurant served very tasty food with many options. Visited the roof top bar and really loved the view, the service was great and definitely a must if you in the area to stop and have a lovely cocktail.

Nice Spa-Resort not far from Chania. The resort as such is beautiful, the rooms are nice, maybe a bit too small. The Service is great, the stuff always very kind and helpful. The Bar at the beach is the nicest place for a Cappuccino prepared by Marianna who always has a smile for her guests :-) .

The hotel experience was very nice especially Anna and Maria in the spa. Both were extremely professional and kind and guided us well through not only the spa treatments but also in addition great sports to visit around the city for a great stay. Will definitely be back thanks to the spa team

This was our second stay at this hotel. The first time we went to this resort at the end of September in 2021 and now again in August. The hotel was fully booked but as it is a quiet small and comfy hotel it doesn't feel crowed. You have enjoy space and u can really enjoy it to the fullest. Summer, sun, peace, sea - that's what you will find at Pepper Sea Club Hotel. We strongly recommend the baskets on the beach for 20.-€. The sun is very strong at the moment and in these baskets it is pleasant, quiet with a fantastic view of Cape Drakanos. We ate at their restaurant by the beach. They have cozy private tables which creates a romantic vibe. The food was delicious. They can use fairy lights at the tables at night instead of white ones!

We went there for dinner and got in love for the place and service. They offer a beautiful type of tent at the beach and the waitress are super attentive, friendly and efficient. We had a salad and lamb and local rose wine. Super recommend the place!

This is a small hotel and although its on the beach its not really a usable beach unless you walk a little further up. Dining area is nice overlooking the sea but nowhere near big enough. I highly recommend this hotel. It was our best holiday yet! Food is well cooked and you can find a lot of options. The staff is helpful and they do the best to please you and help you. Food quality was inconsistent. Poor food variety as well. Dinner was from 19:30 to 21:30, but sometimes already at 20:45, some food was not replenished in the buffet. Room service lady was unpleasant. Rooms are renovated and very nice. Wi-fi was not available in our room, wi-fi signal only at the restaurant with poor speeds. Pool was great. Lovely ten days spent here in September last month. No complaints at all as was an absolutely lovely place. We had the added bonus of getting engaged whilst we were here which only made the holiday more memorable. :-)

Very friendly staff and a short walk from the beach. Amazing value for money the room we stayed in was kept to a high standard.

Overall we are happy. Food was fresh and tasty however there could be more variety. Room was clean, service polite and nice especially animator Sheil, she’s doing great job. There is a WiFi but it’s working only close to reception. And of course there is a coffe only for breakfast:( Pool and bar are very nice arranged. As well sending love to dog Ania and goats outside.

Went on holiday to Greece and came upon this place. Saw that they had a pool and reasonable pricing and booked it for a week. The rooms are not the biggest or the most equipped, but there are beds, AC, bathroom and a small kitchen with a refrigerator.
