Fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautiful beach! We've visited Pilot Beach Resort two years in a row with our very young children (1 and 3 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience both times. The beach is amazing, clean, safe and with (most of the time) calm waters. It’s ideal for families. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and being close to the beach is definitely worth it....

First day and already incredibly disappointed. The accommodation "bungalow" is nothing more than a small room with a terrace worth mentioning. And then at the very end of the area, right on the main road. In the restaurant I was sent away because I was wearing flip-flops, while women were allowed to do so # discriminatory. Fabulous hotel. Less than an hour from the airport. The staff are all so hard working and friendly. We had a pool view room, a family suit. Plenty of space in it. Great Holiday in a Great Hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. Even with high occupancy you have a good feeling as the area is so big. Food is delicious in all restaurants. Specials need to get paid additional even when you have HB or AI. Animation is soft. For the kids there is a nice kids club. The Spa has Sauna, steam bath and a indoor pool. The beach is fantastic. Overall recommend this place.

Great for families, the hotel has lot of attractions for children. The beach and pool areas are organized and good infra structure. Food is also very good, served in three restaurants. Rooms are comfortable.

A chic resort oriented to families with kids but with nothing special. A big minus was the beach who is located across the street ((5 minutes walk from the hotel in 40 degree it’s far from beautiful). We recently stayed at Hydramis Palace with our two young daughters (2 and 3 years old) and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect—right on the beachfront with a beautiful garden and a great pool that the kids loved. Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the delicious food. We were there with two other families, and everyone had a wonderful time. We hope to visit again next year!

It was a great experience in Crete we loved everything there service and location are perfect, we booked one room sea view for 2 adults 1 kid and when we arrived it was full, so they gave us double room see view instead with 2 bathrooms (deluxe room) that’s very nice from them to fix the problem in that way! The Hydramis Palace Hotel, although somewhat dated, has a charm that suggests old money, minus the musty smell. It seems to have been recently promoted to a 5-star rating, but in reality, it feels more like a 3.5-star hotel (depending on each country’s rating system). The room was clean but had tiled floors. When the floors were mopped, streaks and a smell of dirty water were occasionally left behind...

Rooms were ok, dated and hard beds but nice view, clean and decents showers plus a bath. Service was overall good, Danielle is definitely best barmaid at pool bar. Dear Hotel Owner. Pay your waiting staff more. They deserve it for how hard they work and they set the tone of the service experience. Good hotel , well located, and with many options We met wonderful people working there: Ms Roula and Ms Georgia Not good points: They charge you 6€ for a bucket of ice delivered to your room, and 6€ to use beach chairs.

Except the exhausting Corona rules it is a place of enjoyment for kids. The water slide park, mini club, children disco - everything made for a perfect childrens' holidays.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and been bit disappointed. Food quality wasn't the best. Every morning same breakfast. Mushrooms served from tin can. Been booked in superior room which looks old with all of the facilities and cold water in the bathroom interrupted my daily higiene

Well it is not a 5 star hotel as it claims to be. Housekeeping needs improvement in terms of cleaning, yelling through corridors from 08:00 and general behaviour. The pool is nice for children. Nice Spa-Resort not far from Chania. The resort as such is beautiful, the rooms are nice, maybe a bit too small. The Service is great, the stuff always very kind and helpful. The Bar at the beach is the nicest place for a Cappuccino prepared by Marianna who always has a smile for her guests :-) .

Great service and location. Love the decor but things are quite old and dated. The room was not as clean as we would have liked and the food was slightly above average. Dislike that the pool area closes so early.

Overall, this was a good experience since the beach is amazing. We also enjoyed the pool bar very much. The rooms, however, need serious upgrading. We ate at their restaurant by the beach. They have cozy private tables which creates a romantic vibe. The food was delicious. They can use fairy lights at the tables at night instead of white ones!

We went there for dinner and got in love for the place and service. They offer a beautiful type of tent at the beach and the waitress are super attentive, friendly and efficient. We had a salad and lamb and local rose wine. Super recommend the place!

This is a small hotel and although its on the beach its not really a usable beach unless you walk a little further up. Dining area is nice overlooking the sea but nowhere near big enough. Lovely ten days spent here in September last month. No complaints at all as was an absolutely lovely place. We had the added bonus of getting engaged whilst we were here which only made the holiday more memorable. :-)

Overall we are happy. Food was fresh and tasty however there could be more variety. Room was clean, service polite and nice especially animator Sheil, she’s doing great job. This hotel was the best decision we could make for visiting crete. Luxurious ambience, very clean, family-friendly and at the same time pleasantly quiet. The Hotel is freshly renovated with a bohemian stile which was great. It is rather small which is very nice. I stayed in a Poolroom and absolutely loved it! The Staff was amazing no matter where. The Animation Team was loved by everyone and was doing a great job with sports and activities as well as a kids club all kids seemed to really enjoy.
