The reason for the two stars is I believe he was either the manager and or owner was extremely rude to multiple people in our group, myself included. To the point where he actually "shewed" me away with his hand when I asked about the AC. I realize sometimes in this part of the world it's seasonal totally understand. So I was not complaining simply trying to confirm. When others asked for towels for the pool he gave them an attitude as well because he did not want to get up and get them. Lovley place and the service staff was great. However I will not give anymore business to someone being rude for no reason.
We upgraded our room for two nights and the room we got was very spacious, clean, and modern! The bed was also very comfy.
The family is very generous and kind- we had a lovely visit. We received a few recommendations which enhanced our visit. Breakfast was also included and very balanced and filling!
