Good location. Almost the center. Close to Meteors. Clean, comfortable beds. There is everything you need for the kitchen (dishes, stove, refrigerator) there is a washing machine.

The rooms and bathrooms in need of renovation and soundproofing. The staff is excellent and very polite. The food was pretty OK. The 2 living rooms with the fireplaces excellent. The carpets though although give a warm feeling seem old and dirty.

I had checked in this hotel through my tours. Dinner was good and staff is helpful when I need something. It is nearby central town. Very decent and nice hotel to stay. It has nice views of mountains.

We stayed here during a tour with Exoticca. Our rooms were lovely and very clean. The bathrooms were spacious and we had nice balconies. We slept very comfortably! We really enjoyed the restaurant. We stayed here on a tour. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and our dinner was included with the tour. They weren't aware we were vegan even though we'd mentioned to the tour operator, but they provided us with a nutritious meal.

Really nice hotel with picturesque views in the surrounding area. The rooms was big and beautiful with elegant bathroom. Huge lobby and reception area. The best hotel in Meteora. Polite staff, modern spotlessly clean rooms and rich breakfast. The hotel has two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor, and a pool bar that had a variety of drinks and food. Next to the city and with a great view of Meteora. We will definitely come back!

A lovely family hotel. Very friendly atmosphere. The whole town was great, and all of us on tour went away with great memories. The monasteries truly have to be seen to see some unbelievable buildings, and to be lucky enough to actually visit one was a special experience. It is far away from the city center. The view is nice but realized that you can see Meteora from almost anywhere in the city. The personal doesn't speak good English. 50 minutes walking trail to one of the monastery. Looks renovated but they painted over electrical outlets and tv stands in a hurry. We paid for a room, they provided us a small apartment! We really love that place. :) The staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable and the location is super! the breakfast is good and tasty. We were with a dog (labrador) and paid 12 € per night for it. Recommend this lovely place - very close to the main street, free parking, good atmosphere and nice view.

At diner time, there was an unbearable noise generated by a group of young people. At no time, the person in charge of the dining room was able to draw their attention or those in charge of the group so that they would not disturb the rest of custumers. It sems to me lack of responsability of the hotel to allow these type of situación.

Tourist bus of this hotel filled the whole parking. The room had 2 mosquitoes and there was a missing shower door, we asked for a mop and mopped the water. Breakfast is basic and nice.

I believe part of this hotel is wheelchair accessible, but unfortunately we had to stay on the top floor due to lack of available rooms. The interior of the room was spacious and nice. I visited and stayed at this hotel as part of my Meteora thrones trip. The hotel is very well located in the town and served by friendly and welcoming staff. However my room was outdated and the bathroom was very dark and shower did not work properly. But I understand they are currently renovating/updating the rooms. Overall a good hotel for 1 night stay.

The air conditioning is not working good enough and it its realy hot. The receptionist try to gaslighting use telling use its working. In the day after there was other receptionsit and she was really nice and said sorry for her college behavior.
