Very quiet hotel due to the pandemic. The rooms and bathrooms in need of renovation and soundproofing. The staff is excellent and very polite. The food was pretty OK. The 2 living rooms with the fireplaces excellent. The carpets though although give a warm feeling seem old and dirty.

The hotel is located in the centre of Kalambaka. We had a very nice room with an amazing view to the Meteora Mountains from the huge balcony. The facilities are very good value for the price, but what is invaluable is the outstanding service. Gina at the front desk gave us precious tips, both for eating in town and for visiting the monasteries. 100% recommended.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the first Meteora church Saint Nicholas. 30 minutes walk from closest big city Kalambaka. Super quite and calm area. Tasty family restaurant in 100 meters.

We stayed in this hotel for one night as a part of our tour to Meteora. Our room was fine, had a nicely renovated bathroom and a view on Meteora. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both good. Nothing to complain about!

We stayed here on a tour. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and our dinner was included with the tour. They weren't aware we were vegan even though we'd mentioned to the tour operator, but they provided us with a nutritious meal.

A lovely family hotel. Very friendly atmosphere. The whole town was great, and all of us on tour went away with great memories. The monasteries truly have to be seen to see some unbelievable buildings, and to be lucky enough to actually visit one was a special experience. The night-life provided some nice restaurants, and dancing venues.

5 stars for the service and staff and the room view. Our room had a balcony and a breath taking view of the mountains. The entire staff is very polite and helpful and really guided us v well for the monastery tours. Pros The place was spotless! I spend just 1 night before going to the monasteries in Meteora. But I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice view of the monasteries with clean and comfortable spaces. The bar and kitchen offered me lots of options to eat and drink. I stayed at this hotel to use it as a starting point for my visit to Meteora. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The owners run the hotel with a lot of passion and take very good care of their guests. I got help planning my Meteora visit and I was given a lot of tips in general. We paid for a room, they provided us a small apartment! We really love that place. :) The staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable and the location is super! the breakfast is good and tasty. We were with a dog (labrador) and paid 12 € per night for it. Recommend this lovely place - very close to the main street, free parking, good atmosphere and nice view.

At diner time, there was an unbearable noise generated by a group of young people. At no time, the person in charge of the dining room was able to draw their attention or those in charge of the group so that they would not disturb the rest of custumers. It sems to me lack of responsability of the hotel to allow these type of situación.

The hotel is in Kalambaka but in Kastraki (which is closer to Meteora). The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was simple but good! We could see the rock formations right from our balcony. Parking is free and fuss free. Shower area was a bit strange with two levels in the bathtub and the water pressure was slightly weak.

Alsos house was a really good place to stay. It was spacious,quiet and clean and within walking distance of Kalabaka township. I would highly recommend this place.

I would venture to say that there is not a better place to stay than here when visiting Meteora. Easy check-in, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. About a 15 minute drive from Alsos to Holy Trinity monastery parking. The picture of the house is actually from Holy Trinity.

It is far away from the city center. The view is nice but realized that you can see Meteora from almost anywhere in the city. The personal doesn't speak good English. 50 minutes walking trail to one of the monastery. Looks renovated but they painted over electrical outlets and tv stands in a hurry. Booked last minute so it was one of the few places available.

I believe part of this hotel is wheelchair accessible, but unfortunately we had to stay on the top floor due to lack of available rooms. The interior of the room was spacious and nice. Really enjoyed our 3-night stay here! The rooms are comfortable and decorated by theatrical performance titles. We stayed in Fiddler on the Roof and our friends were in the Sound of Music. 3-star hotel would be a more appropriate rating overall I think specifically for the rooms. I visited and stayed at this hotel as part of my Meteora thrones trip. The hotel is very well located in the town and served by friendly and welcoming staff. However my room was outdated and the bathroom was very dark and shower did not work properly. But I understand they are currently renovating/updating the rooms. Overall a good hotel for 1 night stay.
