Basic hotel ,good attention close to Kamari Beach

Nice and cosy hotel in the heart of Kamari. Mr Akis and the staff are really polite and helpful. 2 min walk to the beach, restaurants, bars. Rooms are big and really clean. Highly recommended.

Its cute, quaint and a one minute walk to board walk with all beach side restaurants. The area is inexpensive, every restaurant offers a 2 person seafood meal with bottle of wine for under 30 Euros. Well worth it. People are so friendly and live in town, free parking is a 2 minute walk from town. There are beach front hotels if it is what your looking for. Very kool area with the greek flavor and not the tourism hassel. I will be back... Ray

Mr Akis is very kind and the rooms he offers in the hotel contain all the basic things you need at vacation - nice bed, clean linen and towels, daily cleaning, fridge, AC, hair drier, nice terrace for eating. The location is amazing, very close to the beach, car/motor rental, bus station, markets, bakery, restaurant. mr Akis is ready to help with anything and provides tips which places to visit. The house cat is extremely cute☺️ if we come back to Santorini, we would definitely choose this place again ☺️

Mr Akis, very nice person and very attentive to the customers. Very good experience. Hotel has excellent proximity to Kamari Beach and the rooms were VERY clean, and good service from the staff. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Perfect choice to visit Santorini.
The hotel is situated in perfect position, near the beach (about 30 metres), market, restaurants and bus station.
The room is very Clean and with all comfort.
Akis and Irini are extremily kind.
I suggest Akis hotel, of course!

Fabulous hotel run by the best family!

We stayed at AKIS hotel from 24-30 July. Upon arrival we were greeted by the family, who has been in regular contact with us since our booking few months back. The hotel is spotless clean, modern (rooms were recently all refurbished with everything you would expect a great hotel to have) Our room on first floor was amazing as we had the balcony view of the street and not far from the beach at all (literally just down the road).
Hotel is situated right in the Kamari centre, with all the shops, restaurants, clubs and bars around you. Tonia, who runs the hotel with her husband and granddaughter were very helpful throughout all our stay and also even after we left! Nothing was too much trouble, believe me, she was FABULOUS!!!! We will definitely return one day as we had a blast in Santorini!!!! Weather was excellent, sea was turquoise blue, really clean, with an occasional wave or two. Can´t fault this place in any way even if I tried :). We wish Tonia and her family many great holiday seasons and that she keeps her beautiful smile on for all the other visitors who will come across this gem called AKIS HOTEL.

(ENGLISH - Italiano Scorri giù) Staying at this Hotel is like staying at home ! Akis (the owner of the hotel) and his daughter are so kind and ready to help you for every needs... They make you feel like you are one of their family... The hotel is even in the best position in kamari because just near the hotel there is a market open 24 hour a day, the bus station to reach fira is just outside the hotel and the beach is at the end of the street..

I booked a boat trip on the Adonis Ship, directly at Akis hotel to see hot springs , the volcano at nea kameni and thirassia. I recommend it cause the guide is a very nice guy who will explain you the history of what you see in a lot of languages ( I heard it in Italian, english , German , spanish and French ) ! Crazy!!!

This hotel is the best option to stay because Kamari is a nice city where to spend the night walking, drinking or just enjoying the seaview eating in one of the many restaurant there..

DON T LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE WHERE TO STAY ! AKIS HOTEL IS THE BEST ! I SWEAR.

(ITALIANO) Ragazzi, stare in questo hotel è come essere a casa... Akis, il proprietario dell hotel e sua figlia sono gentilissimi e sempre pronti ad aiutarci per ogni necessitá. Ti fanno sentire come se fossi parte delle loro famiglia... L hotel è in una posizione fantastica perche accanto c è un minimarket aperto 24 ore al giorno che vende di tutto (potete prendere roba per la colazione , in camera c è il firgorifero), la stazione dell autobus per raggiungere la capitale (Fira) è appena fuori l albergo e il mare è alla fine della strada.

Ho prenotato un giro in barca direttamente all hotel, sul veliero Adonis che ti porta alle sorgenti calde di Hotspring, sul vulcano nea kameni e a thirassia. Lo consiglio perchè la guida è un grande ! Ti spiega la storia di tutto ciò che vedi in un sacco di lingue ! L ho sentito spiegare in Italiano, inglese , francese , tedesco e spagnolo. Da non crederci!!!

Questo hotel è la migliore opzione per soggiornare a Santorini perche Kamari è una cittá favolosa dove trascorrere la sera senza spostarsi , con il lungomare dove passeggiare, bere , o goderti la vista del mare mentre mangi in uno dei tantissimi ristoranti presenti

NON CERCATE UN ALTRO POSTO DOVE STARE ! AKIS HOTEL È L OPZIONE MIGLIORE.. FIDATEVI !
