A large hotel that sprawls across a quiet part of Kamari Beach. The hotel itself is quite beautiful: all white with many pools and lovely gardens

The planes flying low overhead add some entertainment for lazy days by the beautiful pool

We didn't pay for an ocean view room but nonetheless had a glimpse of the sea from our second floor terrace. The room itself wasn't huge but had a 20 foot ceiling, large terrace, and comfortable furnishings

The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we had slept in, the rooms were immaculate and the variety for breakfast catered for practically everybody! Vast variety of restaurants and bars easy to get too, with transported hire on many of the streets! 5 minute walk from the bus stop for easy access to Thira (€1

This place was extremely slick and stylish. I had a five night stay here with my wife for a special occasion and it was fabulous. We were greeted with a very friendly and helpful front of house at reception

All bar, restaurant, cleaning and other staff were pleasant and professional. We had a beachfront room with direct access to the pool and amazing views of the beach and even got up early for a spectacular sunrise

The main swimming pool area and bar is very good for ordering lunches, snacks and drinks during the day. The breakfast buffets available to us every morning provided a great variety of options

There's also a smaller, quieter pool accessible on the pathway leading to the back too. Additionally, there's a tiny hot-tub like pool hidden adjacent to the main swimming pool lounge area

The pathway at the back leads you to the town's main lane of restaurants, bars and the beach, which provides great views of the sea and the island of Anafi. You can also constantly see aircraft coming overhead to land

Me and my family stayed at this hotel in August 2019 and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Everybody was very polite and welcoming and the rooms were of high quality and are cleaned every day

Few small pools around the hotel which is great if available but can get quite busy and the main pool isn’t very big so always very busy early on

Be prepared lots of sairs to go from one end of the hotel to the other. Excellent food in the main restaurant and a wide selection for the buffet breakfast

Hotel is located next to the beach with an amazing pool bar next to it. Rooms are exceptional, absolutely greatly cleaned and well loaded with all kind of amenities

I recently spent a day at Nikki Beach, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning beachfront location and the chic, white decor that perfectly captures the essence of a luxurious beach club

Lunch and dinner is in high level too, very big variety of dishes and top service by the staff. We spent one day in the pool bar with food and drinks, DJ was entertaining with great music whole day until afternoon

They play music but it’s not too loud, so even if you just want to chill and relax you will be fine. This property is at the beautiful beach with black sand, which is quite cool

The food and drinks were another highlight. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, from fresh seafood to delicious salads, and everything we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor

The serene atmosphere, with stunning sea views, sets the perfect tone for a leisurely morning. The staff is remarkably efficient and genuinely friendly, always ensuring guests feel pampered

Excellent. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely pool area. Prices good. Anything you want, you just ask for. So quiet more like an adult only hotel, but children there very well behaved and controlled by their parents.

The poolside bar was a delightful addition, serving refreshing cocktails and snacks throughout the day, making it a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun

Had ants, carried out into the bedroom. Loved the location, quiet, but active around the pool area. Limited with room amenities, no coffee, tissues. If you're looking for a firm bed, this is not the place

Amazing hotel! Could not complain about one thing. Staff were exceptional especially penny and the pool bar staff. Hotel is beautiful inside and out

Walking distance to the beach and shopping areas

I cannot express how wonderful all the staff are. Penny and Thanos looked after us so well during the day and then George at the bar in the evening. We have never been made to feel this special before

A bit cramped but kept clean at all times when you are out. Too bad only one power outlet was working. Access to the pool and sunbeds, bar and outside terrace is for everyone regardless

The hotel is stunning, with exceptionally friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfasts are of excellent quality, and the coffee is simply perfect

Close to the sea, excellent servis, excellent staff, clean rooms, nice pools and the best impression definitely is the gastronomic pleasure! We recommend it to the honeymooners, we had the greatest time here!

The food was very tasty and fresh. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Only a 3min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars abundant and not overcrowded were along found along the beach

Located just a few meters from a beautiful beach lined with a variety of restaurants along the waterfront, it offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay

My wife and I spent a week here and it was fantastic. The pools and available sunbeds were always free and available and never over crowded. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you

Pool beds comfy and beach beds belong to hotel so free with service from staff. Location excellent lots of bars and restaurants close by. End of season so local bus stops not in use. Bus station about a mile away

Near the beach, sunbeds always available at the pool or beach. Everything is close by, Fira and Oia are less than 30 mins away by bus (sunset in Oia is not to miss!). Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Location. Location. Location. Charming. The black sand beach and walking promenade is just steps from the beautiful pool.

The pool was fine a little dirty there was sand in the bottom. Sea side is nice but full of stones and rocks impossible to go in. Would be nice if they did a pier to allow better access

Staff have been wonderful and the food has been decent. The pool area is fantastic and probably one of the best on the island. Bedrooms are adequate. Would recommend going full board to save money.

An amazing hotel. Pool was great. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff, from cleaners , breakfast staff , bar and restaurant waiters were all exceptionally efficient and friendly.

The hotel is excellent! The staff very friendly, the service amazing, pool area perfect! Rooms very clean and decorated well!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - the staff are incredibly caring and attentive especially when I had a small accident right everyone from the owner to the reception staff to the cleaning staff

The food is also amazing and very good value, including the breakfast lunch snacks and dinner The bar is great and both Maria in the day and Costas in the evening mix fabulous drinks

The grading of the rooms is a little confusing but I put this down to Covid as in the restrictions and regulations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and fairly well equipt

The hotel room towels are also replaced twice daily. - Staff are friendly, extremely helpful but not intrusive. They regularly come round all the pool areas to check if patrons need drinks, food or anything else

- In terms of getting out and about, the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach which has a very long stretch of restaurants and bars. Even though we were near everything there was no noise

There were more than enough loungers for all guests and, because there are four main pools, the areas are peaceful with plenty of space. The loungers are also exceptionally comfortable

And sushi and lunchtime was AWESOME. One portion enough though! - This is a hotel that loves towels. There are plentiful beach towels around the pool areas, these are replenished regularly throughout the day

The milkshakes are tasty! The breakfast buffet is a broad spread from continental to country specialties, including plenty of fresh fruit (I did see a TripAdvisor review which said they only have tinned fruit – they did have tinned but that was in addition to, not instead of)

Plus lots of off menu things like eggs, coffees etc. I should also mention that breakfast is served until 11am which if you are experiencing jet lag or are just someone who is slow to get going in the morning is great

Nice hotel with a comfortable pool next to the bar and the sea, but dont walk on the beach barefoot or you'll burn you feet.

Very beautiful and quiet compared to other beaches in Greece. With nice hotels, taverns, conveniently close grocery store.

The only thing is that it is hot. The AC in the room works but isn't strong and I don't think there is any AC in hallways or lobby. The pool is really nice and warm

One of the best things about this place is Nikolas at the pool bar

We loved everything about our stay at Bellonias Villas. The beach was well maintained with large modern sunbeds, fantastic beach service, and we even were allowed to borrow the property's SUP to enjoy the sea

This is a lovely place to stay on the beach front at Kamari. George and his staff were particularly friendly and professional. The restaurant serves delicious food and we enjoyed coming here for breakfast and dinner

Our first time visiting Santorini and we chose to stay in Kamari, as it was quieter and the hotels are a fraction of the cost of the hotels on the west side of the island

The Bellonias Villas hotel is a stunningly beautiful property. The staff are all amazing (a special hello to George our waiter who made us laugh the entire time). Service is excellent as are the food and drinks

The setting is amazing, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by comfy beach beds & right on the sea front (again with comfy beds on to use). DEFINITELY get daily breakfasts when you book

Very nice hotel next to the beach, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the pool is perfect after a day's walk and the staff is very attentive

Staff were excellent very accommodating 🤩🤩 Hotel is perfectly positioned on the sea and close to everything 👌 The room was spacious with perfect views of the sea, especially from our jacuzzi 😎 Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices

Location: We had free parking, and we were a 1 minute walk from Paraga Beach (and about a 5 min walk from Scorpios). We sat out on the patio and looked out over the sea as we ate our breakfast

My wife and I stayed at the Zephyros from the 15th to the 25th of September this year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay the room was perfect and the pool area was a little bit of paradise so peaceful and relaxing very friendly staff at the pool side bar

Very friendly owner and staff that do everything to make your stay in Mykonos as comfortable as possible. Free transfer from/to the airport, free pool towels, good breakfast and great help with organizing rental atv etc

The hotel is conveniently located in Kamari, just a 4-minute walk to Kamari Beach, where you'll find numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the shore. For trips to Fira and Oia, you will need a car ride

We stayed in a room with a swimming pool view, which I believe all rooms have, and some even come with a private pool. The breakfast is delightful and delivered straight to your room

A special mention to Flora, Katrina, and Fay for their exceptional support and friendliness. They arranged everything for us, from taxis from Santorini airport to car rentals, attractions, and various reservations

The team was so helpful and kind, the private pool is pretty big, and the location is both peaceful and only 5 minutes walk away from the main boardwalk of the beach. Thank you guys for everything, hope to be back soon

Near Kamari Beach,we didnt expect late night opened resto with grilled seafoood dishes, which was great bec we always came home late from the stroll! Amazing, friendly staff in Hotel Makarios is a plus factor, the place is clean and have a calm vibe

It’s only 10-15 minutes away from the beach and all the restaurants and there even is a bus stop in front of the hotel! And you are only 15 mins away from the other bus stop in the town (kamari)

Fairly close to the nearest beach (about 5 min walk), but the better beaches are 10-15 min away. The rooms are very clean and nice, recently renovated; bathrooms are great

When I went to santorini this hotel was the best experience the staff was friendly and polite and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable ❤️ the rooms were spacious and clean very nicely decorated and there was free parking in front of the hotel

Theres 2 great traditional restaurants nearby,, literally one one the side road to the left and one to the right of the hotel and also Nikki Beach next door which is on another level I wouldn't class it as a 5 star Hotel , it comes close especially the outdoors pool area my only complaint was that the buffet was hit and miss and food which was meant to be was always cold no even if you got...

Amazing stay, the hotel staff was very kind, the pool is the best place to relax and the food delicious!

That being said the positives of this place are firstly the grounds, pool area and pool bar are beautifully kept and presented, The staff are attentive and the snack food available at the bar is good quality and value for money

Rooms are beautiful, all the area is super clean, the breakfast has everything from sweet to sour. The position is wonderful, just one step away from the beach and the sea is priceless

You see many pool bars in Kamari but Arion Bay one is just like the one you’d love to be sitting at, at the end of the day and just have a drink and laugh

My friend and I decided last minute to book a trip to Santorini 2 days before we left. When looking for hotels, I noticed Seaside Beach Hotel was available for a last minute booking and for an amazing price

A reasonably priced with a fabulous location and very attentive staff. The owners made us feel like family. Kamari had a laid back vibe and the hotel offers free shaded lounge chairs on the beach with waiter service.

This hotel is set in a perfect location in front of the beach and along an area next to many restaurants, shops, and bars that take anywhere between 0-5 minutes to walk to depending on where you choose to go

Amazing location and amazing employees. Simple and easy to check in and out and the beach was amazing. All and all a incredible experience

This is a nice enough hotel and close to the main beach in Kamari. The pool is just across the road and is clean and has some shade. The breakfast is basic but has good choices

Staff always giving advice where to go and what to see around the island. Location is good for those who like quiet relaxing break. Walk to the beach and Promenade about 8-10 minutes which is not problem

Swimming pool was also a very positive surprise. Breakfests could be a little bit more varied (especially warm meals), but it is not something which can decrease the overall note for this place
