Ahmed who worked the night shift at reception was amazing he gave my family lots of information on the recent COVID updates in Greece, was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I was very happy with my decision

The breakfast service is fantastic food is delicious and also delivered to your room so it's nice looking out over your balcony. I will definitely recommend to everyone and I will be back again myself

Casa Vitae was an amazing experience. The room were large and spacious, the hotel itself was clean and gorgeous but the part to me was the customer service. The staff was kind, extremely helpful and professional

Beautiful place, comfy and luxurious. The staff are service oriented. Breakfast in bed is my favorite. The owner was very sweet to send a bottle of wine in my room upon arrival

Lovely stay! Solo female & felt incredibly safe. The staff were so kind, comfy bed & room had everything I needed. Walking distance to the beach & a mini-mart. Beautiful few of the surrounding mountains.

The only thing that I would say it's a minus, is the fact that they don't offer a small laundry space for visitors to wash their clothes, when they stay for more than a week

Close to the beach and Kamari. The pool is nice and the breakfast too. Me and my sister stayed there for 3 weeks. Friendly staff ready to help you with everything

Even with an additional fee, I think it will be better than going to the laundry in Fira or Kamari which are sooo expensive and they don't iron the clothes

We need to wash our clothes and we had to go at a laundry in Kamari that was very expensive. I think hotels should consider this service for their clients

With had a great time there, everyone were so kind and they covered all our wishes. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is in a strategic position in kamari, 1 min by walk from the beach

Due to Covid-19 they couldn't have a free buffet, so the day before, with a sheet where you could order anything, you chose what you wanted and the next morning it was. We loved it, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I recently spent a day at Nikki Beach, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning beachfront location and the chic, white decor that perfectly captures the essence of a luxurious beach club

The dinner is in the hotel's beachfront restaurant and you choose from the menu (2 appetizers, 2 mains and a shared dessert, if you are a party of 2). There are 2 main pools, which are great and large enough

You literally need to walk 0-2 minute from your room to be on the hotel's beach where you can enjoy the sun and sea with free beach chairs and umbrellas

Considering it was a self catering trip I did think this was a bit harsh, especially when it was so hot even bringing your own water which was only 60 cents for a 1ltr bottle out of the supermarket compared to the price of a small 500ml from the pool bar costing Around €3

An iron was available from reception and they also have a luggage room available for your last day where you can still use facilities and they accommodate a large shower room for you to get changed ready for your flight

The mini fridge had leaked - they was very attentive and came to sort the issue straight away. However we were unable to use the fridge as it did leak a couple more times and we had to dry the water ourselves

However we did experience a few issues. Rooms are a little dated and after arriving very late at night went straight to bed. The next morning we woke up to the floor covered in water

Staff have been wonderful and the food has been decent. The pool area is fantastic and probably one of the best on the island. Bedrooms are adequate. Would recommend going full board to save money.

An amazing hotel. Pool was great. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff, from cleaners , breakfast staff , bar and restaurant waiters were all exceptionally efficient and friendly.

Excellent adults only hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spotless and well maintained. Pool area was attractive with plenty of loungers with clean towels placed upon them

Breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice for most tastes. Freshly cooked options were available on request. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back again soon

For some reason said Jacuzzi (explanation i got from the front desk) was running 24/7 for the room above and every time you were inside you could hear like water was dripping in the walls like a waterfall and a light sleeper would find it hard to go through

Other than that as if there were not enough things to pile here, the overall experience was lacking. The beauty of the place is if you go outside and enjoy the island and absolutely fine restaurants they have

What a great stay we had here! The facilities, the room itself, the location, but most importantly all the staff and the hospitality! From the moment we came, we are greeted and welcomed by people that would do everything to make our stay as great as possible

Such a great place to stay during our visit to Santorini! At first glance, the property is simply beautiful, filled with flowered trees, a gorgeous zero edge pool, nice restaurant, stunning beachfront, and cushioned sun beds

We stayed at the Aegean Plaza Hotel in Kamari from 28 June to 5 July 2024. What an amazing hotel, fabulous location, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms very spacious and have the most comfortable beds

Also housekeeping was so impressive the rooms were kept so lovely and clean and replaced towels daily, they worked incredibly hard. A very special place, thank you for looking after us so well xxxx

I recently stayed again after 3 years at the Aegean Plaza Hotel in Santorini and it was truly exceptional. Clean, and beautifully decorated room and a delightful breakfast buffet

Maybe you should have woken up earlier!! Breakfast in the buffet was very tasty and a lot of selection even if you’re a fussy eater! The food for lunch that you order is so fresh annd so tasty, we would order nearly every day and couldn’t get enough

We had a lovely experience in the epavlis hotel,Starting by the hospitality of the reception going to the room the view at our room was amazing breakfast was delicious and it had variety for vegans as well one of the best part is the location only 3 minutes to go to the kamari beach,very helpful reception who explained the island and helping us renting a car or motorcycle or excursions as well

The hotel is located on the top up the clip and it really is magnificent. I broke the table lamp by mistake and when I reported to the main desk the 2 ladies were very kind and did not charge me for the lamp

We stayed at the Epavlis at the end of July 2024, the hotel location is stunning, near the sea and the Ancient Thera. The pool is really good and has a really nice view on the mountains

I would definitely recommend to stay here, the only struggle is the hotel is situated on top of a steep hill so although it's only a 10 min walk to the beach and bars and restaurants, it's not much fun coming back up the hill

This is standard in most places in Kamari and should not affect the opinion of the hotel - People offering massages, vendors on the beach are not employees of the hotel and they move all over the beach! Fact they can annoy, but what impact does it have on the rating of the hotel? Greetings to the entire hotel staff

When I asked about it, I was told that not all suites come with tubs—completely contradicting what their site advertised. Their "solution"? They offered me a room upgrade but wanted to charge me the cost difference

We are very grateful to the hotel staff for their care and hospitality. The service was excellent, the rooms were cozy and spacious, and the breakfasts were delicious. Everything was comfortable and convenient

And to top it off, the upgraded room didn’t even have the hydro massage tub either! For $150 a night, the room was shockingly basic, nowhere near the level of comfort or luxury you’d expect at that price

That being said, the breakfast was the saving grace—varied, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The location was also fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants

And kudos to the bartender, who made some lovely drinks. However, the room itself was far from what was promised, and I left feeling overcharged and underwhelmed
