The only thing I can come up with on my wishlist here would be some more closet space to unpack your luggage. We had this room booked through Wingbuddy Tours (Very disappointed in this company) instead of an original hotel along the beach and were disappointed from the outset with its location as its perched a distance from the main beach area of town were all the restaurants are located. We had a great week here in Cavo Bianco ! The whole staff from desk to cleaning and bar was always kind and attentive. Everything´s absolutely clean and neat. The pool bar is well-stocked and opened from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm. A lot of restaurants are nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away (all by foot !) so you can do a late walk after dinner without the need of a car.

We loved absolutely every moment of our stay, the staff could not have been more accommodating, our room was clean, the pool area was lovely and peaceful, food and drink was delicious, very close walk to the beach and many dining options. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be coming back!

I was actually a little disappointed with this property. I'm ******* gold and I was supposed to get that treatment you expect, but it wasn't. As soon as I arrived I asked about my benefits and they told me that it was only by transport from the airport, then they told me that it was a wine and some fruits. It’s a lovely hotel but had issues with shower, no hot water most times and low pressure. Couple of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. We felt they all worked very hard and made our stay comfortable. Our room was rather tired looking and could do with updating. Curtains round the door are awful, maybe blinds would be better. Old fridge very loud! However the bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned regularly.
