Hotel Sunrise

5 stars as it's a wonderful place to stay, with super friendly and accommodating staff. Pool is a fantastic place to chill out for an hour or 2. Great value and facilities for a 2 star hotel that punches above it's weight.

We really enjoyed our three night stay here. The hotel is very central, a few minutes walk from the central bus station and the main front. Alexander the Great was so helpful and gave us loads of information about where to visit and when. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had A/C. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cristina and Alex and the customer service representatives were exceptionally polite and always quick to assist with any needs or questions I had.The included breakfast was very good quality . The variety and freshness of the offerings each morning were a great start to the day. The hotel has swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and the kids was very happy The location is close to the bus station makes getting around the area incredibly easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a clean, welcoming, and perfect place to stay.

Great budget hotel for Santorini! It's right by the Fira bus stop, which we were able to use to get to Oia and other places across Santorini for just 2 euros (and you can use it to get to the airport too). The breakfast was great with quite a bit of variety, and they let us leave our luggage there earlier! The hotel staff are so kind and available 24/7. When we were leaving for an early flight, even though breakfast wasn't open the hotel staff was so sweet to give us some orange juice, cake, and pre-packaged snacks.

But the most sweet thing was that I forgot my headphones at the airport and only realized 30 minutes before boarding, they taxied my headphones to the airport for me which was very kind! Would stay here again :)

Very nice staff made us feel like home - provided everything for what we asked for as well as got well together with our kids, very good location close to all shops and restaurants.good Greek breakfast.

What went well: locations, service, breakfast. This is a very cosy, quiet, family place to stay. The people are very nice and helpful.
What went wrong: nothing.

Warm greetings and thanks to the owner and staff of the hotel Sunrise in Fira. Ioanna is a warm and gracious host. Her daughter Kristina and daughter’s boyfriend Alexander are hands-on managers.

All were a delight to deal with, from Alexander assisting us with parking and baggage on our arrival to his rapid repair of some minor drainage problem in the bathroom.

Santorini cities will be crowded and expensive, but this reasonably priced family-run hotel, which is clean and superbly located, will take some of the edge off. Thanks to Ioanna and the next generation for giving us a pleasurable visit.

FN. breakfast was outstanding and may even be included. The hard-working employees were up early preparing it, and are also friendly and outgoing like the management.
