Hotel Sunrise

Great budget hotel for Santorini! It's right by the Fira bus stop, which we were able to use to get to Oia and other places across Santorini for just 2 euros (and you can use it to get to the airport too). The breakfast was great with quite a bit of variety, and they let us leave our luggage there earlier! The hotel staff are so kind and available 24/7. When we were leaving for an early flight, even though breakfast wasn't open the hotel staff was so sweet to give us some orange juice, cake, and pre-packaged snacks.

But the most sweet thing was that I forgot my headphones at the airport and only realized 30 minutes before boarding, they taxied my headphones to the airport for me which was very kind! Would stay here again :)

Very nice staff made us feel like home - provided everything for what we asked for as well as got well together with our kids, very good location close to all shops and restaurants.good Greek breakfast.

What went well: locations, service, breakfast. This is a very cosy, quiet, family place to stay. The people are very nice and helpful.
What went wrong: nothing.

Warm greetings and thanks to the owner and staff of the hotel Sunrise in Fira. Ioanna is a warm and gracious host. Her daughter Kristina and daughter’s boyfriend Alexander are hands-on managers.

All were a delight to deal with, from Alexander assisting us with parking and baggage on our arrival to his rapid repair of some minor drainage problem in the bathroom.

Santorini cities will be crowded and expensive, but this reasonably priced family-run hotel, which is clean and superbly located, will take some of the edge off. Thanks to Ioanna and the next generation for giving us a pleasurable visit.

FN. breakfast was outstanding and may even be included. The hard-working employees were up early preparing it, and are also friendly and outgoing like the management.

We had one night at this Hotel, it is perfect for visiting Santorini on a budget it's 2 star but definitely worth more from start to finish we were impressed a very nice welcome at check in and check out, allowing us to leave our case for the day and then on return able to sit by the pool until our bus departure time , room was very nice extremely clean, breakfast was exceptional I would definitely stay here again if visiting Santorini.

We got stuck on Santorini after missing our ferry back to Crete. A kind taxi driver recommended this hotel after driving us to the port and back and we couldn’t ask for much more.

Host was extremely accommodating (fixed our AC, showed us the taxi schedule and allowed us to come back a few hours after our checkout to take a taxi to the port).

Room was fairly decent sized, only one pillow per bed (two beds joined together) and a tight but clean blanket. Bed was a little springy but it did the job.

No complaints here, thanks for allowing us to stay 🙏🏾

The location is perfect. Staff is very helpful and friendly, would specially mention 'Alex'. He's always there to recommend and answer any questions. Breakfast was good. Parking area is just opposite to the hotel, which is a plus point for the people who rent a car.
I would definitely recommed this hotel to everyone.
