The planes flying low overhead add some entertainment for lazy days by the beautiful pool

A large hotel that sprawls across a quiet part of Kamari Beach. The hotel itself is quite beautiful: all white with many pools and lovely gardens

The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we had slept in, the rooms were immaculate and the variety for breakfast catered for practically everybody! Vast variety of restaurants and bars easy to get too, with transported hire on many of the streets! 5 minute walk from the bus stop for easy access to Thira (€1

This place was extremely slick and stylish. I had a five night stay here with my wife for a special occasion and it was fabulous. We were greeted with a very friendly and helpful front of house at reception

All bar, restaurant, cleaning and other staff were pleasant and professional. We had a beachfront room with direct access to the pool and amazing views of the beach and even got up early for a spectacular sunrise

The pools were unheated and already chilly at the end of September, but there were always plenty of quality loungers to choose from. Staff were always friendly, professional and helpful

The main swimming pool area and bar is very good for ordering lunches, snacks and drinks during the day. The breakfast buffets available to us every morning provided a great variety of options

It is on the strip of restaurants, close to supermarkets, bakeries and on the beach. Pools were cleaned daily, fresh pool towels available daily, restaurants onsite where food was great

There's also a smaller, quieter pool accessible on the pathway leading to the back too. Additionally, there's a tiny hot-tub like pool hidden adjacent to the main swimming pool lounge area

Just a heads up also, around the pool people were told they were not allowed to eat food and drink that wasn't bought on the premises

The pathway at the back leads you to the town's main lane of restaurants, bars and the beach, which provides great views of the sea and the island of Anafi. You can also constantly see aircraft coming overhead to land

Me and my family stayed at this hotel in August 2019 and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Everybody was very polite and welcoming and the rooms were of high quality and are cleaned every day

Lunch and dinner is in high level too, very big variety of dishes and top service by the staff. We spent one day in the pool bar with food and drinks, DJ was entertaining with great music whole day until afternoon

Hotel is located next to the beach with an amazing pool bar next to it. Rooms are exceptional, absolutely greatly cleaned and well loaded with all kind of amenities

Room service operates in very high level and is available anytime in short notice. Breakfast is excellent with big variety of food, drinks and fruits and restaurant staff is extremely fresh and polite

Property is modern and charming yet still has the Santorini recognizable style. We stayed at the hotel, but of course, enjoyed the day at the pool club

They play music but it’s not too loud, so even if you just want to chill and relax you will be fine. This property is at the beautiful beach with black sand, which is quite cool

I recently spent a day at Nikki Beach, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning beachfront location and the chic, white decor that perfectly captures the essence of a luxurious beach club

The pool is heated to a delightful temperature and there are nearly enough sunbeds around the pool. I say nearly - there usually space if you look hard enough, or are a little patient

Just spent a week here for my honeymoon and it was perfect. Nice relaxed vibe albeit a bit quiet around the pool for us as a couple personally. We had a room with a pool so spent most of the time there

We had a room with our own private pool and were fortunate to enjoy a floating breakfast and many days out in the sun with no one around. The breakfast is plentiful and the coffee is wonderful

Fabulous hotel and wonderful staff who were very patient with some difficult people on occasion. Food was good but needed a bit more variety. They are apparantly planning to make changes to the dining options next season

We stayed for 6 nights and were "bored" of the menu by the end, but it was all delicious. The gym is full of new equipment and is well air conditioned. The hotel is situated away from the main tourist sites

A very beautiful place to stay in a very affordable village. The ONLY downside is the noise from the nearby airport, but it is a small price to pay for such an amazing hotel

Excellent. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely pool area. Prices good. Anything you want, you just ask for. So quiet more like an adult only hotel, but children there very well behaved and controlled by their parents.

The poolside bar was a delightful addition, serving refreshing cocktails and snacks throughout the day, making it a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun

Had ants, carried out into the bedroom. Loved the location, quiet, but active around the pool area. Limited with room amenities, no coffee, tissues. If you're looking for a firm bed, this is not the place

Also housekeeping was so impressive the rooms were kept so lovely and clean and replaced towels daily, they worked incredibly hard. A very special place, thank you for looking after us so well xxxx

Amazing hotel! Could not complain about one thing. Staff were exceptional especially penny and the pool bar staff. Hotel is beautiful inside and out

People complaining on here about towels being put out by the public, however we would come out at 8:30am and there would be plenty

A bit cramped but kept clean at all times when you are out. Too bad only one power outlet was working. Access to the pool and sunbeds, bar and outside terrace is for everyone regardless

The hotel is stunning, with exceptionally friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfasts are of excellent quality, and the coffee is simply perfect

There was enough of peace, quiet, sun chairs, pools, personnel, help, restaurant services and everything else to meet our needs and wishes

My wife and I spent a week here and it was fantastic. The pools and available sunbeds were always free and available and never over crowded. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you

All staff worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable, we felt special and looked after. The all are attentive to your every need. Even the barman CHRIS made the sun come out for us.. lol.. we had such a laugh.

Otherwize the personnel were brilliant, location was perfect and everything worked just as wanted to meet our needs. Not to mention the beautiful surprice we got when they heard we were on our honeymoon

Safe friendly place to walk about in. Helpful reception staff sorted me with local bus timetable so I could get to Fira, Akrotiri etc. Son enjoyed the pool table in the games room. Lovely pool for late afternoon swim

Had a lovely holiday here with Mark Warner. The manager and his staff were attentive and very helpful! Would definitely recommend if you have children and love activities!

Pool beds comfy and beach beds belong to hotel so free with service from staff. Location excellent lots of bars and restaurants close by. End of season so local bus stops not in use. Bus station about a mile away

it doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars. The hotel seems to be renovated however there are still things to improve. Bathroom shower area really horrible all water goes outside

Spent a wonderful week there with my teenage son, we just booked b and b so can't comment evening meals. Poolside cafe was OK though for lunch he said. Great location on promenade at quieter end

I loved this cute hotel a lot! Oh, they have a cute lovely kitty too. Everything was perfect and they have lovely staff, good food/drinks a nice pool and right by the beach!!!

Staff have been wonderful and the food has been decent. The pool area is fantastic and probably one of the best on the island. Bedrooms are adequate. Would recommend going full board to save money.

An amazing hotel. Pool was great. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff, from cleaners , breakfast staff , bar and restaurant waiters were all exceptionally efficient and friendly.

The hotel is excellent! The staff very friendly, the service amazing, pool area perfect! Rooms very clean and decorated well!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - the staff are incredibly caring and attentive especially when I had a small accident right everyone from the owner to the reception staff to the cleaning staff

The food is also amazing and very good value, including the breakfast lunch snacks and dinner The bar is great and both Maria in the day and Costas in the evening mix fabulous drinks

The grading of the rooms is a little confusing but I put this down to Covid as in the restrictions and regulations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and fairly well equipt

The hotel room towels are also replaced twice daily. - Staff are friendly, extremely helpful but not intrusive. They regularly come round all the pool areas to check if patrons need drinks, food or anything else

The hotel is beautiful and immaculate at all times – here are a few of the things we were most impressed by: - There was never any ‘race’ to get a pool lounger

There were more than enough loungers for all guests and, because there are four main pools, the areas are peaceful with plenty of space. The loungers are also exceptionally comfortable

And sushi and lunchtime was AWESOME. One portion enough though! - This is a hotel that loves towels. There are plentiful beach towels around the pool areas, these are replenished regularly throughout the day

The milkshakes are tasty! The breakfast buffet is a broad spread from continental to country specialties, including plenty of fresh fruit (I did see a TripAdvisor review which said they only have tinned fruit – they did have tinned but that was in addition to, not instead of)

Plus lots of off menu things like eggs, coffees etc. I should also mention that breakfast is served until 11am which if you are experiencing jet lag or are just someone who is slow to get going in the morning is great

With had a great time there, everyone were so kind and they covered all our wishes. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is in a strategic position in kamari, 1 min by walk from the beach

Sofia who served us perfectly! Suitable for families! We only stayed one night but everything was great! Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, five minutes walk to the beach in Kamari, no need to take a car and no noise from seaside hotels that are by the sea

Due to Covid-19 they couldn't have a free buffet, so the day before, with a sheet where you could order anything, you chose what you wanted and the next morning it was. We loved it, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The best hotel I have ever been. The service and wellbeing was first class and the staff truly exceptional, everything was of the highest quality and focused on giving you the best possible holiday

They didn't have our room, so we decided to give us a superior room with two floors, two terraces, a jacuzzi, a hot tub, great views and attention to detail to make us appreciate it

The entire staff will go above and beyond to accommodate your requests. Overall this hotel is beautiful inside and out. The rooms are very comfortable and have a welcoming feeling

The only thing is that it is hot. The AC in the room works but isn't strong and I don't think there is any AC in hallways or lobby. The pool is really nice and warm

Nice hotel with a comfortable pool next to the bar and the sea, but dont walk on the beach barefoot or you'll burn you feet.

One of the best things about this place is Nikolas at the pool bar

Very beautiful and quiet compared to other beaches in Greece. With nice hotels, taverns, conveniently close grocery store.

The hotel is in a great location, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Our room and the grounds are super clean and well kept and the whole look of the place is just so romantic and beautiful

Can not say enough positive things about this hotel, our whole stay from start to finish was just absolutely unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond

Maria and Katrina were so lovely and professional, they helped make our honeymoon amazing, from booking reservations, to leaving surprises in our room

The hotel location is good and close to restaurants and the beach. The facilities however were average and not 5 star. The thing that made the stay good was the staff, everyone was super friendly

The front desk team helped to book a restaurant in Oia with an amazing view of the town and sun set. The bar area was nice with some nice funky tunes and the rooms were clean

Either way I never got my lovely dress back that I left hanging in the wardrobe and I clearly will never stay there again

Good size well equipped rooms Friendly knowledgeable staff. Sami the pool barman is Always cheerful and happy to help . The hill to the hotel is a little steep, but the views are worth it. Would love to come back

Roland, the manager, and all the front desk staff were accommodating and helpful. Great information and suggestions. The location was ideal as it sits up on the hill thus providing lovely views and is very quiet

I enjoyed the architecture with so many wonderful corners and so many beautiful terraces, great pool

We were provided a sea view room which was located beside the pool and loungers which in fact provided very little privacy

There was plenty to choose from at breakfast with a large selection of items to satisfy our appetites. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Santorini

A gem. Great location, lovely hotel grounds. Serene, relaxed vibe. Great pool area although I did all of my swimming in the beautiful ocean just steps away. Excellent, friendly service and clean, clean, clean!

This is a lovely place to stay on the beach front at Kamari. George and his staff were particularly friendly and professional. The restaurant serves delicious food and we enjoyed coming here for breakfast and dinner

The Bellonias Villas hotel is a stunningly beautiful property. The staff are all amazing (a special hello to George our waiter who made us laugh the entire time). Service is excellent as are the food and drinks

Everywhere is very clean and well maintained and you can see the staff work really hard. The hotel is just opposite the beach and has it's own area with beach beds, you can order drinks and food to your bed

We stayed in the apartment room which was so spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a bedroom and a living room/kitchenette and beautiful decor throughout

We hope to return and bring our family and friends next summer. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!! We highly recommend this hotel!’

Very nice hotel next to the beach, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the pool is perfect after a day's walk and the staff is very attentive

A decent hotel with a nice pool. The rooms with a sea view have a nice view. There are some things inside the hotel however that could be improved

Facing the beach, you can hear the waves enjoying the view from the balcony. Tidy rooms, breakfast by the pool, kind staff...

The staff were very good during difficult times Michael at the front desk was a star, helping us out several times. I feel sorry for the hotel with our government because the islands are safer than ours.

All the staff are so helpful, the pool area is fantastic and the jacuzzi on the balcony is just amazing I highly recommend this for sunset

Ahmed who worked the night shift at reception was amazing he gave my family lots of information on the recent COVID updates in Greece, was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I was very happy with my decision

Casa Vitae was an amazing experience. The room were large and spacious, the hotel itself was clean and gorgeous but the part to me was the customer service. The staff was kind, extremely helpful and professional

The breakfast service is fantastic food is delicious and also delivered to your room so it's nice looking out over your balcony. I will definitely recommend to everyone and I will be back again myself

Beautiful place, comfy and luxurious. The staff are service oriented. Breakfast in bed is my favorite. The owner was very sweet to send a bottle of wine in my room upon arrival

My wife and I stayed at the Zephyros from the 15th to the 25th of September this year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay the room was perfect and the pool area was a little bit of paradise so peaceful and relaxing very friendly staff at the pool side bar

Third time we have been back and enjoyed a relaxed stay at a lovely hotel. Went back end of September which is quieter but still busy

The owner Vayos and his team are all friendly and helpful and being a smaller hotel it has a much nicer atmosphere

Great restaurants right on the water with authentic Greek dishes and FRESH seafood. Front desk staff were very helpful in helping with info and for getting us the best taxi driver

My husband and I were pleasantly surprise how big the room was. They also have rooms w/private swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool. For our next time! The staff is friendly without being intrusive and helpful

What an amazing experience myself and my now wife stayed for 7 days. The staff couldn’t have done more for use we were greeted with a very warm reception by Flora,Fay and Katherine

We stayed in a room with a swimming pool view, which I believe all rooms have, and some even come with a private pool. The breakfast is delightful and delivered straight to your room

The hotel is conveniently located in Kamari, just a 4-minute walk to Kamari Beach, where you'll find numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the shore. For trips to Fira and Oia, you will need a car ride

In the room the left use balloons, a letter and mini bottle of Prosecco. Everything day we were greeted with warm smiles and asked was everything fine. The room was very clean and tidy every day
