There was an island power outage but the hotel owns a power generator which allowed for some power to exist, better than nothing. We had a great week here in Cavo Bianco ! The whole staff from desk to cleaning and bar was always kind and attentive. Everything´s absolutely clean and neat. The pool bar is well-stocked and opened from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm. A lot of restaurants are nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away (all by foot !) so you can do a late walk after dinner without the need of a car.

Highly recommend! The hotel is so beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. We had a great brew each morning and dinner recommendations each evening. It was too cold for the personal pool but I’m sure it’s lovely in the summer. We walked the beach road and enjoyed the view.

In general, it was a good hotel, however do not waste your money on the private pool with the room. It was freezing, we are from England and are used to the cold but it was impossible to enjoy. We used it once for about 3 minutes and that was it. The breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and generally a nice hotel. Just don't waste your money on going for a room with a pool.

The hotel is good for couples, environment was beautiful, friendly and quiet. The cocktails were good and the food okay. I gave it 3 stars because only a bottle of water was provided on the day of arrival. Bottled water should be complementary and provided every morning. Great resort, great breakfast, friendly staff, always available.... sweet, with a pool with large spaces.. The only downside is the complete lack of hangers for clothes, you never know where to put your robes, pool towels when wet, and above all, a wardrobe to store clothes, jackets, etc.

Stayed for 5 days in July of 2016. It's located over a main road of the island, but it's not close to Fira (at least not a walking distance). At the time of my stay they offered a shuttle van to Fira every hour. The breakfast options were amazing, I will never forget their Greek Coffee. The view and sunset is what they are famous for. Expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.
