Extremely polite stuff , very friendly team. Food everyday was different and delicious, dish for everyone . Most likely Family place , entertainment every night, cleanliness of rooms no different like most hotels. Pool not so big but nice beaches walking distance which you have to pay for sunbeds.Bus stop to any city 10 min walk and trust me everyone is very nice and willing to help. Love Crete:)

This hotel was basic and cheap, which is great if that’s all you want. However, the food was not great; there wasn’t a big choice, the chef clearly can’t cook eggs (the omelette and scrambled eggs were SO rubbery) the salad bits were nice though. The room I had was ok, but the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the bed was very lumpy, I had to pay €10 for a kettle for my sleep apnoea device.. but...

We arrived quite late and we were greeted by friendly staff and showed us to our rooms. The rooms were typical Grecian, basic but clean. Our room was located on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the large pool. We had a double bed, single bed, kitchen area, wardrobe and desk. Simply spectacular, 100% worth the stay in such a wonderful, family-friendly place. There's a bus from the airport to the hotel door, basically. Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. Had dinner with them there at the lovely restaurant on the sea front. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food and drink were well-priced. Would highly recommend this place.

I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront. The sunsets are amazing. 5 minutes walking to lovely shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas & nightlife if you wish to boogie. The apartments provide facilities for cooking. Hower I took advantage of the food on offer at breakfast & dinner. I was quite happy with the choices...

Our first time in Crete and we stayed at Kaissa Beach . Very nice for kids ,helpful and friendly staff ,plenty oft space for sunbathing round the pool , and good prices for cocktails at nicht .Definitely coming back .Big thanks to everyone for avery happy holiday in Gouves .See you soon .

Really nice, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, we ended up here for a few nights when our original hotel had problems with our room. We would definitely stay here when we visit again

Its quite more than 1 swimming pool 1 wich is inside warm water i 1 of the pool was outside my room wich was lovely i did enjoy

The hotel is great. The rooms are cleaned, the pool water is also always clean. The breakfast consists of local products(lots of sweet stuff). Anna is a wonderful host. She is always happy to help you and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

George is a great host. We made a misstake booking and arrived a day too late. This was no issue and we didn't have to pay extra

You really get looked after here by the family and they will make your stay extra special. The apartment are modern, fresh and new. Pool area is a good size and gets the sun all day. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Crete.

Nothing but praise! These apartments are kept spotlessly clean. Pool is lovely. Food and drinks available during the day. Don't come here for a banging disco every night. So peaceful but the family make you feel like you are part of the place. Bars and restaurants close by. Beach 10 min walk. Shops for all you need for S/C nearby. And did I mention the family?! Really beautiful hotel! There are old and new rooms, so better book the new rooms! Food ist absolute delicious and changes every day. Sandy beach near, just down the street, everyone friendly and good animation!

Booked this last minute due to covid...was not disappointed. All the staff are so friendly and the place is spotless. Food very good and varied. Four lovely pools. Would definitely recommend and return.

A place where you feel good. Clean, hospitable, proper and varied food. An adapted situation with a diverse offer of leisure activities in the vicinity, a public transport stop nearby, which allowed us to travel autonomously.

Nice and clean. The food is very good. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The staff worked really hard as changes were made due to covid 19. They did a great job. Entertainment is again limited, but very interesting. Animators Clemence and Florin really helped to spend the holiday.

Really Great place. Family run and will do anything to make your stay welcome. A fantastic snack bar with the best homemade chips. Great cocktails and they generate an atmosphere that makes, not only residents, but non residents want to spend the evening there. Watch out though, it can get very messy and very late before that bar closes! Will definitely return!

Returned to Andreas after a long absence, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered! A really welcoming environment, the atmosphere was fantastic. It's only a short walk from the beach, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops around. The area's lovely and quiet, and if you want something a bit busier, Heraklion is only a 15 minute car ride. The rooms are self-catering, but perfectly equipped...

We had one night at Michalianna Suites and it was perfect. The apartment was perfectly clean!

Michalianna suites is thea best choice! They are really nea and fabulous close to bars, restaurants, shops and of course 3 minutes away from the beach.. The guests are really pleasured.. There are many activities and sights close to apartments.. We enjoyed our holidays..

The hotel is really clean, as is the pool and bar area. The owner is great, he is really relaxed and asks nothing of you other than if you're enjoying your stay, he is very attentive to anything you need too. The location is great, it is less than two minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops etc and is still nice an quiet. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and cannot fault it in any way.

Great stay and owner was so friendly and helpful couldn't have done more for us. Also very clean and the cleaner was there every day with regular changing of bedding and fresh towels. Great location also for beach and restaurants. Had a great holiday and kids loved the pool which was also very clean
