Hotels with sea view in Kato Gouves

Easily the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. We had our wedding at Amirandes and also stayed for a few nights. The whole wedding planning process was seamless thanks to their professional staff

You can see how luxury the hotel is right from the main gate entrance. We will definitely go back again!

They sell u the room as luxury sea view and you pay over euro 500 a night for a run down room. Food is mediocre, WiFi doesn’t work, and staff are ill trained to handle customer demands. This is a euro 200 a night at best

the rooms need some upgrade, but that is so irrelevant knowing how the service is always kind, sweet, smiling that it makes you want to smile as well!!! One note, I lost a bracelet and was completely devastated that night

What to say from the entrance and first impression service it is 10/10!!!! A lot of big name hotels should definitely pick up on their impeccable service, professionalism and most importantly ability to solve anything

The sides also have pergolas to partially shade the pool. The salt water is not heated but honestly it's ideal for swimming. The exterior architecture is among the best I've seen in hotels

There can be some trepidation when returning to a place that you so enjoyed the first time round, we can honestly say, any such feelings we had disappeared the moment we entered reception and were greeted with smiles and a welcome back

This hotel could not be faulted. Staff are superb, friendly and courteous. Rooms are of a very high standard, housekeeping outdo themselves every day

Besides the nice rooms and the various offers for relaxation this place is outstanding in two points: Food & Staff! The kitchen is awesome and has a huge variation

We booked this at the last moment for our honeymoon. reception staff so friendly and helpful. we was up graded to a sea view room and a bottle of wine and some fruit. food very nice always something to choose from

The hotel has a complexity, the first year after a change of ownership, therefore, slightly changed the name and had to join the group. For the season, according to staff, had to change the team 4 times

Finished the season chef from the restaurant "the Island", the one in front of the hotel. Products are simply the spoils. The choice of food is bad, no variety

bit disappointed with the beach as it was a pebble beach. but didn’t stop us sunbathing everyday by the beach. Andrea the sunbed man very friendly and funny man. cleaners great always kept the rooms nice and clean

Lovely hotel. Was here 10 days in September. Food, beach, staff - all enjoyed it. The hotel is mainly family - quiet after 23.00. Will definitely come back here.

The location, facilities and staff are all fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay and can reccomend it to anyone wanted a complete switch-off getaway.

The hotel is so near to the beach 🏖 so I guess 50 meters! That is great 😊 we paid a little bit more to have the chance to have a balcony opened to the sea 🌊, the beautiful Mediterranean Sea 🌊 that was awesome 🤩 so we had lots of fun there 😍the quality of foods are good, everything was included, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks, ice cream 🍦 so that was perfect

The problem is the hotel's beach, which has wet sand all day, probably because of the nearby port, and in front of the sunbeds it is full of holes with water that drains to the sea, a rather unpleasant image, this is not how a beach should look

The room was clean and spacious, the swimming pools well maintained (my 4 year old son loved the kid's pool), the staff were very nice and helpful and the kid's entertainers were fantastic

My husband and I love Greece 🇬🇷 a lot, our favourite restaurants are Greek restaurant in Germany 🇩🇪, so we decided to go there as our honeymoon 👰🏻‍♀️ 🤵🏼‍♂️ so Crete was the best option and we chose Sol Marina beach hotel, one of the best one based on what we read, and based on what we experienced 😍, very friendly employees, so clean, tidy, and the environment is so beautiful

😍 Oh! It has a gym and massage 💆‍♀️! It has children playground 🛝, so it’s convenient for children and toddlers! So enjoy !😉 You can see our photos and videos if you found them useful please like them🥰

We were especially impressed with the food, the only problem being that it was so good it was hard not to eat too much

I would especially like to distinguish the wonderful reception staff , Michalis - full professionalism in serving guests and the reception manager Cathrine, who dealt with every request of guests quickly and positively

We left this wonderful place on September 26th. This was our first stay at a St. Constantin hotel and I know I'll be back there. The service in the restaurant was very nice

After 4 days, the hotel kicked out the animation which know from earlier visits, put a new terrible, in Russian, no one speaks, children's disco is walking in a circle, the evening disco is a song by the orders of drunken Frenchmen

Hotel is small enough to provide excellent personal service but big enough to have everything you need, including an excellent bar with stand out cocktails Special mention for the excellent staff, attentive, friendly, and efficient

Hello, i have a question? have you renovated the hotel since 2019? I was transferred to your hotel but there are no reviews since 2019 and the photos of the trips on these dates do not match your photos

Recently renovated with some might not finished details. Very comfy and huge room( junior suit) Swimming pool could be a bit bigger, but fair enough for refreshing moments

The stuff is super friendly and happy to help you any time. Katerina ( reception) very helpful, going to organize and make your stay enjoyable and simply unforgettable

The colours of the sea, the sand and the few trees there will make you want to gaze forever around you. A nice place to have great photographs and take a tea or coffee

The team at Gouves bay hotel were amazing. Manos and his team fed us amazing and varied food everyday. The vegetarians in our group and the pescitarean and meat eaters all loved it

It was vile! The bathroom was disgusting, shower cubicle and curtain looked like it had never been clean, toilet had a skid mark in yet had a ‘just cleaned’ piece of paper attached to the seat… and not mention the fridge was rusty and the lock on the door was pathetic! (See pictures below)

There is grass surrounding the pool which I’ve personally not really seen at a hotel before… because of this we got absolutely eaten alive my mosquitoes so take this as your warning to pack your bug spray! Overall, it wasn’t an exceptional stay for us

The pool states only 15 people can be in it at once, which makes sense because it was tiny! So why would a hotel hosting so many guests only have one pool? It was also incredibly deep and not enjoyable to swim in because of that

On the other hand, the overall stay after a rocky start was actually quite good. The food was consistently nice and wasn’t too repetitive. The staff were extremely nice, namely Rio

If lucky they may offer you a cuba libre or gin & tonic, beer! You can only get the drinks at the indoor bar which is quite annoying and no sea ! If you are by the pool or sea you can’t get drinks from the outdoor bar!? Like why!? Same alcohol same place but you have to go all the way inside for it or pay !!!! Bar where you can get drinks closes at 11pm the other bar closes at 2 am

Restaurant: food is different every day, we stayed for 8 days and we were nicely surprised with the variety. We would have been appreciate more sea food however

On the other hand the beds by the sea are always available, of course is paid. All inclusive drinks not worthy! They don’t have good alco drinks included

Hotel was very nice, big variety of tasty greek and International food. Awesome animation for children and adults, there plenty of activities to do in a hotel. Super nice and energetic young animators

Clean place with nice owners. But need to renovate, low soundproofing, problems with lighting. Close to sea, stores and restaurants.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff and help you all the time, many nice choices in restaurant, big massive portions in snack bar and of course the breakfast buffet the Best!! Next to Aquarium and Dinosauria Park and you can take so easy the bus to go either to Iraklion or to another touristic places like Hersonissos, Maliia, Kokkini Hani!! I can recommend this lovely hotel

Pool was great but there should be a few more sunbeds. There was also a beach bar next to the privat beach, which was very nice. Overall a very good experience we are both sad because we have to leave

Big clean rooms with a nice view over the ocean, with good bed and pillows, aircondition, hair dryer, coffee maker. The room service was excellent clean room everyday and very friendly

This is not the biggest hotel but there is a special atmosphere making it very pleasent to be here. The receptionist is very helpful if you have any issue they will sort it out

Together with my wife we spend a week of all-inclusive here at the end of June 2021. The rooms (we booked the newer part) were stylish, comfortable and clean with direct entrence to the pool from private terrace

Gouves as a town itself is dissapointing but Lavris Hotel makes a perfect, comfortable base to relax and explore the whole island

I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront

The swimming pool is maintained daily and the area for enjoying the sunshine is very relaxing. From the housekeeping to the front of house staff, especially Mr Serbia, were welcoming, hospitable & if there was a problem

5 minutes walking to lovely shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas & nightlife if you wish to boogie. The apartments provide facilities for cooking. Hower I took advantage of the food on offer at breakfast & dinner

Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new

The rooms are cleaned, the pool water is also always clean. The breakfast consists of local products(lots of sweet stuff). She is always happy to help you and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible
