The animation team was fantastic – plenty of activity programs during the day and great themed evening shows at their dedicated theater. There are many pools, all in excellent condition and very well maintained

The food in the hotel restaurant is probably the best all inclusive I’ve had in a long time. The pool with the pool bar is salt water but we ended up preferring this

A short taxi ride into a bigger town if you want something more lively or more shopping options. Isla was slightly disappointing for the al la carte food but we went back just for an afternoon drink and really enjoyed it

We even got to take the kids into the Jacuzzi for half an hour before our treatments began and we got it all to ourselves! Shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance

As a suggestion, it would be great if the meals included more traditional Greek dishes and authentic local food options – this would really enhance the overall experience

My two loved her! The effort they put in and the friendliness around the pool during the day was brilliant. The spa was lovely, we had six treatments and would recommend

We made a complaint to the reception regarding our glass toilet door making an aweful noise when opening and closing as it was getting caught on something 3 times we reported it and was told nothing wrong with it

i took a video to reception of the door and now small shards of glass. they soon took notice and repaired the fault. Booked a massage/ they changed the time to fit other ppl in so moved our appointment

The manager of the spa was so rude and continually smirked at us. Finally had our couples massage it was lovely and we left them a tip as it was their fault

They have a little shop next to the pool, where you can buy everything, that’s really comfortable. We really love the details here and they put a lot of effort in everything. The beach is right in front of the hotel

Entertainment was good, but the DJ by the pool during the day may have been a bit too loud and struggled to find the right songs for daytime djing, put me off my relaxation and had to put earphones in at times

I would especially like to distinguish the wonderful reception staff , Michalis - full professionalism in serving guests and the reception manager Cathrine, who dealt with every request of guests quickly and positively

Nice little resort, not much around but the hotel itself is lovely and clean, our room was very nice and the facilities whilst small were very good. The food was very varied and the rooftop restaurant was great at sunset

We left this wonderful place on September 26th. This was our first stay at a St. Constantin hotel and I know I'll be back there. The service in the restaurant was very nice

The service was excellent and so friendly. The whole place was clean and the food was fine for us. The area of gouves is relatively quiet but that was perfect for this break

There are some things to mention positively and negatively: +very friendly staff +nice pools +clean rooms +good location with a bus stop 5min away +cool animation program for young and old -no real glasses and cutlery at the buffet after the first rush of ppl (only plastic/wood) -the à la card restaurant serves the same food as the all incl

The sides also have pergolas to partially shade the pool. The salt water is not heated but honestly it's ideal for swimming. The exterior architecture is among the best I've seen in hotels

It's probably a bit too large for a genuine boutique, but it's definitely not a mega-sized hotel. The staff are generally very good and attentive, always happy to help

The food is good but the restaurant isn’t that well organised, the staff are helpful and friendly. The entertainment is a bit relentless! Could be cleaner

I have mainly good things to stay about this hotel but I will start with the couple of negative points for transparency

The hotel has a good location next to a nice sandy beach, the hotel itself is tired and in need of maintenance and updating

The food was great, fresh and so delicious. Bedrooms were little bit old, but clean. Swimmingpools just wow and so close to the sea. I hope we will come back again

We didn’t stay here but their attentive lifeguard helped my son and I when we got into trouble in the sea opposite the hotel

Even though we weren’t reindents he brought us in, patched up our cuts and bruises and did everything h could to make sure we’d be ok. Very caring and helpful - thank you!

The staff were so incredibly friendly and welcoming, pool was a good size, food was varied and to a cery good standard, bars staff are I now able and the entertainer Ben is the most friendly and welcoming person explored a personal connection with visitors and creates friendships and had the most entering activities including volleyball, and “balls” he is top notch!!!!! The best reason to visit is...

Some even leave there towels from the day before and the hotel do not clear them. The pool doesn’t have a shallow end and get quite deep, there is a smaller pool for children. So overall it’s good but not amazing

Just leaving Gouves and we’ve had a great time. The rooms were clean, spacious with plenty of space for clothes. Food was very good with traditional greek food alongside international family friendly meals

All drinks are served in cheap plastic cup, as there is only a pool bar, so don’t get excited if you’re looking for a fancy cocktail. The pool is good but it’s the usual not enough sun-beds

The cats are a turn off for me and the place has potential if a little more investment is made. The staff are very good throughout. I find it hard to believe this was graded 4 stars

Food is good with plenty of choice at all meal times. However if you sit outside you will be surrounded by cats scrounging for food and some darlings think it’s sweet to feed them

Good hotel We had a really lovely stay at the Diogenis Blue Palace 💙 The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located. The manager, Ilyas, is extremely friendly, kind and always helpful — he makes everyone feel welcome

Very clean, the food is delicious, there is a lot of entertainment for both adults and children. One of the hotel workers, whose name is Ilias, treated us very well and did everything to make our vacation 100%

The rooms are simple, but have everything you need for a good night sleep, with A/C, TV, fridge and other equipment. The food was incredible, with plenty of options to suit every taste

Great hotel, the rooms are spacious, the tables of the rich, the bar is good the staff is friendly!)

We were here in November with half board. Breakfast and dinners were rich and there was wide range of delicious food (meats, salads, desserts, ice creams). Staff was very friendly and Check in was comfortable

We'd have liked the shower to be a little better kept and the jacuzzi was cold one a couple of occasions, but really we're struggling to pick holes in an otherwise excellent stay - the jacuzzi does warm up quickly

We came in October 2024 and had one of the rooms with the rooftop Jacuzzi - the value for money is incredible, the rooms are great and the rooftop area is brilliant

close to a family run supermarket and laundrette and also the bus stop which is super handy to travel to Heraklion (25 minutes) and Hersonissos (15mins), costs around 2/3 Euros each way

Room was little bit smaller, shower water drains slower but generally modern and comfortable. We used outdoor/indoor pool and gym without any trouble

Just returned from a wonderful 10 day break. Great sea front location with excellent pool and surrounds. Loads of good quality loungers and beds

Hotel is small enough to provide excellent personal service but big enough to have everything you need, including an excellent bar with stand out cocktails Special mention for the excellent staff, attentive, friendly, and efficient

Hello, i have a question? have you renovated the hotel since 2019? I was transferred to your hotel but there are no reviews since 2019 and the photos of the trips on these dates do not match your photos

Recently renovated with some might not finished details. Very comfy and huge room( junior suit) Swimming pool could be a bit bigger, but fair enough for refreshing moments

The stuff is super friendly and happy to help you any time. Katerina ( reception) very helpful, going to organize and make your stay enjoyable and simply unforgettable

Staff are excellent, the hotel is run efficiently by Maria and the breakfast was great, Fiona and Jack make a great team

Rooms are good sizes, we stayed in R103 which had two balconies. Poolside is small and quiet - no sun lounger fights here

very good clean apartments breakfast great staff very friendly good place to stay.

The food and drinks were priced well and we had no complaints for the full week. Breakfast is plentiful with hot and cold options. We are coming back at the end of September

The hotel also offers a fabulous massage and reflexology service run by Stamatis - I indulged in a number of treatments during my stay and I highly recommend him and his assistant

Pool not so big but nice beaches walking distance which you have to pay for sunbeds. Bus stop to any city 10 min walk and trust me everyone is very nice and willing to help

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel So we will start with the positives first ▪️upon arrival at around 10:30pm we were greeted by a helpful man on reception who checked us in quickly and offered us food for us and our 3 children

To my surprise, the receptionist (an older woman, round figure, short dark wavy hair, glasses) suddenly “realized” we hadn’t paid some kind of “additional tax” of €85

The room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided every other day. ▪️The pool was clean and there was plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. They also allow inflatables which is great for the children

All our wishes were solved quickly at reception without any delays. All meals in the buffet were very tasty, service on front was helpful and caring. I can recommend massage in hotel spa

We had a two bedroom apartment which was clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a TV in each bedroom. We had two balconies, a small one, plus a large one

The large balcony had a partial pool view and partial sea view with lovely evening sunsets. We stayed 2 weeks, the bins emptied daily and a couple of changes of towels during our stay

Bed sheets were only changed once which was a slight negative. Tourist tax was 2 Euros per day, and air conditioning was 50 Euro per unit per week, so was 200 Euros for our apartment

Sotiris, his family and Rimi were most friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well kept. Plenty of sun beds and parasols to choose from and no sun bed wars in the morning

The pool bar was open each day serving a selection of drinks, ice creams, breakfast and snacks at a reasonable price. Sotiris organised a Barbeque on one of the Sunday nights, which is not to be missed
