Best Hotels in Kato Gouves

My husband and I love Greece 🇬🇷 a lot, our favourite restaurants are Greek restaurant in Germany 🇩🇪, so we decided to go there as our honeymoon 👰🏻‍♀️ 🤵🏼‍♂️ so Crete was the best option and we chose Sol Marina beach hotel, one of the best one based on what we read, and based on what we experienced 😍, very friendly employees, so clean, tidy, and the environment is so beautiful

Near to the airport (short transfer),clean and calm beach, very good swimming pools and in general, excellent food

The hotel is so near to the beach 🏖 so I guess 50 meters! That is great 😊 we paid a little bit more to have the chance to have a balcony opened to the sea 🌊, the beautiful Mediterranean Sea 🌊 that was awesome 🤩 so we had lots of fun there 😍the quality of foods are good, everything was included, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks, ice cream 🍦 so that was perfect

I personally send the best wishes to Diego (a samurai from Mexico), Dudu - (a prince of love from France) and of course Lea - (the purest heart with the spirit of a warrior) ;))

We were especially impressed with the food, the only problem being that it was so good it was hard not to eat too much

She was just awesome during the day activities and still had the best energy at night for the mini disco (despite of the marathon working times they have)

Easily the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. We had our wedding at Amirandes and also stayed for a few nights. The whole wedding planning process was seamless thanks to their professional staff

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location that gives views of sunsets over the water. A good amount of staff around the property, pool, and beach. Every kid walks away not wanting to leave Ms

Amirandes has an outstanding architecture and nice sea access. Katharina from reception did an outstanding job in sorting a view things out for us, super fast, nice and always customer first

Beautiful hotel, friendly personell (especially Mr. Nikos was very helpful), nice outdoor gym and tennis/padel courts, large pool and private beach

You can see how luxury the hotel is right from the main gate entrance. We will definitely go back again!

I can see where some might find the food repetitive

The best food you can get from 12:00 to 18:00. there was a stand with gyros, pizza, pommes, and burgers. Really good🤤 What is also important that the ride from the airport to the hotel takes about 15 minutes

Fantastic Hotel. Had 10 amazing nights there. read some negative review recently and they are all unfair. Food choice was good as was the quality. The place is spotlessly clean

For the price we paid, we found it a very good experience!

She had the time of her life in all different swimming pools with slides. Rooms, open areas, pools and restaurant were getting cleaned all the time. The open buffet tasted nice and quite some variation

We had a week in Gouves Water Park Holiday Resort from 04 to 11-09-2024. Very happy with the service and friendliness of all staff. Literally all staff was very kind for our 2 year old daughter

We were surprised most of the cocktails were made with alcoholic beverages of very well known brands. We didn't like the wine though. Both checking in and out went quite smooth

A nice hotel, stayed a while back so a little delayed review. Good rooms, facilities onsite, breakfast was the same for all the 8 days we stayed, DJs were mostly good in the afternoon

We had a great time at The Island hotel. Good food and lots to do and visit in the area

Around the area there are some good restaurants and the beautiful oceanic views

Anyway, we didn't pay for it :) Alrighty; it’s a very nice hotel with plenty of options for activities nearby, great restaurants and good food

It was a bath and shower together something that is for me not done in a 5 star hotel. Furthermore the hygiene was not very good, there were some weird spots on the toilet and tap

Truly great hotel! Beautiful, neat, clean. We have half-board ourselves, so only breakfast. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, 2 of the 3 restaurants are closed and you can only use the evening buffet

I would especially like to distinguish the wonderful reception staff , Michalis - full professionalism in serving guests and the reception manager Cathrine, who dealt with every request of guests quickly and positively

Nice little resort, not much around but the hotel itself is lovely and clean, our room was very nice and the facilities whilst small were very good. The food was very varied and the rooftop restaurant was great at sunset

We left this wonderful place on September 26th. This was our first stay at a St. Constantin hotel and I know I'll be back there. The service in the restaurant was very nice

Beautiful room with private pool (307) Room cleaned every day, towels changed every day. Kindest and very helpful staff

The service was excellent and so friendly. The whole place was clean and the food was fine for us. The area of gouves is relatively quiet but that was perfect for this break

There are some things to mention positively and negatively: +very friendly staff +nice pools +clean rooms +good location with a bus stop 5min away +cool animation program for young and old -no real glasses and cutlery at the buffet after the first rush of ppl (only plastic/wood) -the à la card restaurant serves the same food as the all incl

Everything was good, but food was above my expectations. I tasted fish, squid, octopus, and even snails. If you would like to taste them, just talk to the chef and he'll cook for you

At meal times you are literally spoilt for choice. We came here for the Greek food and we haven't been disappointed. The entertainment here is such an experience. I have never seen so many happy faces in one room

We spent 4 nights and 5 days in this hotel and we had a nice time all along. The food and wine were good and we enjoyed our all inclusive stay. Friendly staff, special mention to Elias and Ivan

And would like to praise Chef Ilias. The food was delicious, with fresh and appetizing dishes offered every day. We also loved how Chef personally went out to greet the guests, creating such a welcoming atmosphere

When I say they go the extra mile they even had fireworks whilst the music was playing and Greek dancers. I highly recommend this hotel. We really don't want to go home and we will definitely be coming cack

The food here is of a high standard and there is so much choice. There is always fresh fruit and chilled water by the bar and snacks throughout the day which I feel is a nice little extra

The location of the hotel is good, 20 minutes from Heraklion airport and on the sea front. The initial impression of the hotel was it is smaller than expected, but clean and well presented

Very clean and blue sea, delicious food (especially liked unlimited ice cream after lunch and in the evening), friendly staff, every evening there was a varied entertainment program for hotel guests

If you are not a fan of crowded beaches, I recommend going swimming right across the road from the hotel. There is a small pebble beach, there are free sun loungers

The only thing you need to buy is special shoes for swimming, so that it is pleasant to go into the sea on the rocks. Overall, we liked everything 👍

Hotel is small enough to provide excellent personal service but big enough to have everything you need, including an excellent bar with stand out cocktails Special mention for the excellent staff, attentive, friendly, and efficient

Thanks to Katerina and Iyanna (sorry if I wrote it wrong) we were warmly welcomed. The services given by all them and all her colleagues were perfect and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back.

Hello, i have a question? have you renovated the hotel since 2019? I was transferred to your hotel but there are no reviews since 2019 and the photos of the trips on these dates do not match your photos

Recently renovated with some might not finished details. Very comfy and huge room( junior suit) Swimming pool could be a bit bigger, but fair enough for refreshing moments

The stuff is super friendly and happy to help you any time. Katerina ( reception) very helpful, going to organize and make your stay enjoyable and simply unforgettable

Excellent hotel with a very nice and respectful staff. The barman from the pool, Vasilis, is very helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner options are quite varied, with a good range of choices

very nice hotel with nice territory. swimming pool is big enough, but in october already cold (no heating). staff is very friendly and always ready to help. good variety of food and drinks.

The swimming pool is also spacious - we had a fabulous stay to unwind and chill. Excellent value price/quality

Today was Greek evening in the restaurant and the food was superb. Lots of choice for vegetarians and lots of fresh salads with all our traditional favourites......and the sweets were to die for.

It's been A BLESSING to have these services in the village. They are very skilled and professional (they locate all your problems and issues and tend to keep them in mind during the massage)

One of the best hotel for vacation we’ve ever visited. We expected average hotel, but to our surprise we experienced best vacation ever thanks to Blue Aegean hospitality. Hotel staff was honestly friendly and welcoming

For many food is the most important aspect and also for as “big eaters”. To be completely honest we’ve never experienced better hotel food. It was even better than the food in restaurants we visited

They just always tried to satisfy our needs and requests. Hotel room was clean and space-full. We ended up getting larger room with balcony, even we didn’t pay for it

You’ll have true greek experience eating food in Blue Aegean. Beach is just few meters away from the hotel and is public, so you have to pay 7 euro for rent sun-beds

So if you haven't been to Crete before,best to know you'll need a car to explore fully. Hotel was lovely and staff were friendly

It is very pleasant atmosphere. The people that working in the hotel are pleasant, hospitable, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The prices are reasonable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was immaculate though shower wasn't as powerful as the one at home (when are they). Food was varied and fresh. Such a relaxing and calm hotel.

The food is excellent, the choice and quality was a highlight for me, healthy too which makes deserts a guilt free choice! There is always something for everyone with snacks by the pool bar too like pizza, pastries, ice cream

Quiet at the pool area we used. Staff is friendly and competent, speaks many foreign languages. Food was really good, everyone should find a dish for himself

Hotel needs a little bit of TLC, staff nice, not enough tables at the dinner, have to wait someone to leave. Otherwise nice and tidy. Good pool.

The best thing about this hotel is the family that runs it - Michalis, Ursula, Jenny and Manos. They are welcoming and super friendly. We were there for a month and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

everything is very well organized, gouves is a very family-friendly place, if you want to go to another city and don't have a car, that's no problem, the bus stop 15 is right outside the door and you have great connections to iraklion or malia

It's in a great location - an easy walk to the beach but right next to the local bus stop to get to anywhere along the main road. The hotel is small, quiet and wonderfully decorated. The rooms are kept immaculately clean

The hotel is hold by a so sweetie family, very nice people, they always take care to their customer. Building and room are cleaned every day, the breakfast is perfect. I recommend.
