We stopped here for 10 nights. Overall it was a great stay. The children really enjoyed exploring all pools. Some reviews say you don’t need to reserve but by the time we got up the beds were all taken so I would suggest going out to the pools earlier. The food wasn’t bad. With my wife and son we spent a very enjoyable week at Marina Beach hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the swimming pools well maintained (my 4 year old son loved the kid's pool), the staff were very nice and helpful and the kid's entertainers were fantastic. Absolutely loved it there.The service was excellent and so friendly. The whole place was clean and the food was fine for us. The area of gouves is relatively quiet but that was perfect for this break. Would definitely return. Only complaint is the towels on every sunbed with no one to be seen. This unfortunately happens everywhere so won't mark down for it.

What a stunning hotel! Calm. Peaceful. I stayed in one of the apartment suites overlooking the ocean. Staff always go out of the way. I’m a vegan and they specifically looked for and made special dishes for me every day! The beach is sandy but not necessarily amazing. But nice enough. Great service. It won’t disappoint!

Amirandes has an outstanding architecture and nice sea access. Beach is small, but nice. Katharina from reception did an outstanding job in sorting a view things out for us, super fast, nice and always customer first. We really enjoyed this!

Easily the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. We had our wedding at Amirandes and also stayed for a few nights. The whole wedding planning process was seamless thanks to their professional staff. You can see how luxury the hotel is right from the main gate entrance. We will definitely go back again!

Other than the architecture of the lobby and entrance area and the good natured staff, it was the worst stay I have ever experienced. They sell u the room as luxury sea view and you pay over euro 500 a night for a run down room. Food is mediocre, WiFi doesn’t work, and staff are ill trained to handle customer demands. This is a euro 200 a night at best.

What makes this hotel is not only the location but the staff food cleanliness and beach came as adult family and must say the friendliness is amazing plenty of beds and the bar right outside the hotel you pay extends this friendliness you cross the road to the beach and if you go left for a few minutes the bar there is great too

Another Amazing Stay at the Diogenis Blue Palace. Having had such a fantastic time here in October 2024 we were compelled to come back. Our holiday once again was made special by Ilias and Ivan. The hotel placed very central. Recently renovated with some might not finished details. Very comfy and huge room( junior suit) Swimming pool could be a bit bigger, but fair enough for refreshing moments. The stuff is super friendly and happy to help you any time. Took a few days to realise how well-placed it actually is (if you have car). But staff are lovely and sooooo helpful. We stayed in room 216. The rooms aren't sound proof and had some really inconsiderate neighbours , always coming in after 2am and making lots of nose and banging doors etc. but that's not the hotel's fault.

We booked a family room in this hotel ( at an extra rate). Our room was above the canteen (106) which is the oldest part of the hotel. The bathroom needs a deep clean, it had a very unpleasant smell. Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. It was such a good stay and we felt very welcome. The rooms were so clean, the food was outstanding and the pool was so nice. Most of all we loved the people there and how nice and helpful they were. We will definitely be back.😻👍❤️

The hotel itself is wonderful. It's in a great location - an easy walk to the beach but right next to the local bus stop to get to anywhere along the main road.
