Friendly hard working staff often reminding people to wear masks while self serving food which must get to them. Choice of three pools or use the free bus which runs to the beach three times a day ! The food was nice enough but don't expect five star food at three star prices.

Great 10 night stay, 3 pools, although we mainly used the central one. We had a 2 room family room, great space, paid for AC as an extra, must have. Food was typical all inclusive, which was good, hand sanitisers and disposal gloves supplied and staff made sure everyone used them. Just back from a week's holiday at clublyda Hotel. Had a fantastic time room was basic but clean. Food was basic could possibly have some more variety. Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. Had dinner with them there at the lovely restaurant on the sea front. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food and drink were well-priced. Would highly recommend this place.

I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront. The hotel is great. The rooms are cleaned, the pool water is also always clean. The breakfast consists of local products(lots of sweet stuff). Anna is a wonderful host. She is always happy to help you and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

You really get looked after here by the family and they will make your stay extra special. The apartment are modern, fresh and new. Pool area is a good size and gets the sun all day. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Crete.

Really Great place. Family run and will do anything to make your stay welcome. A fantastic snack bar with the best homemade chips. Great cocktails and they generate an atmosphere that makes, not only residents, but non residents want to spend the evening there. Watch out though, it can get very messy and very late before that bar closes! Will definitely return!

The hotel is really clean, as is the pool and bar area. The owner is great, he is really relaxed and asks nothing of you other than if you're enjoying your stay, he is very attentive to anything you need too. The location is great, it is less than two minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops etc and is still nice an quiet. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and cannot fault it in any way.

Great stay and owner was so friendly and helpful couldn't have done more for us. Also very clean and the cleaner was there every day with regular changing of bedding and fresh towels. Lovely place and an amazing host with the most Georgio (think that's how you spell his name) we stayed in the apartment and have absolutely loved our stay. Everything is great here! The apartment is a great size, facilities good, access to washing facilities, very clean, excellent housekeeping, very friendly and helpful staff, location is great (outside but close to tourist area), lovely views of countryside, access to amenities… plus restaurant on site, where vegetables and salads come from their own garden!! Took a few days to realise how well-placed it actually is (if you have car). But staff are lovely and sooooo helpful. We stayed in room 216. The rooms aren't sound proof and had some really inconsiderate neighbours , always coming in after 2am and making lots of nose and banging doors etc. but that's not the hotel's fault.

The Vasia is a very nice and modern hotel. The pool area is great. I don't fully understand when they serve al a carte and when a buffet for the dinner, but the staff is really nice and they try to fulfill all of your needs and wishes.
