Friendly hard working staff often reminding people to wear masks while self serving food which must get to them. Choice of three pools or use the free bus which runs to the beach three times a day ! The food was nice enough but don't expect five star food at three star prices.

Great 10 night stay, 3 pools, although we mainly used the central one. We had a 2 room family room, great space, paid for AC as an extra, must have. Food was typical all inclusive, which was good, hand sanitisers and disposal gloves supplied and staff made sure everyone used them. Just back from a week's holiday at clublyda Hotel. Had a fantastic time room was basic but clean. Food was basic could possibly have some more variety. Extremely polite stuff , very friendly team. Food everyday was different and delicious, dish for everyone . Most likely Family place , entertainment every night, cleanliness of rooms no different like most hotels. Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. Had dinner with them there at the lovely restaurant on the sea front. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food and drink were well-priced. Would highly recommend this place.

I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront. The sunsets are amazing. 5 minutes walking to lovely shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas & nightlife if you wish to boogie. The apartments provide facilities for cooking. The hotel is great. The rooms are cleaned, the pool water is also always clean. The breakfast consists of local products(lots of sweet stuff). Anna is a wonderful host. She is always happy to help you and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Really Great place. Family run and will do anything to make your stay welcome. A fantastic snack bar with the best homemade chips. Great cocktails and they generate an atmosphere that makes, not only residents, but non residents want to spend the evening there. Watch out though, it can get very messy and very late before that bar closes! Will definitely return!

Returned to Andreas after a long absence, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered! A really welcoming environment, the atmosphere was fantastic. It's only a short walk from the beach, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops around. The area's lovely and quiet, and if you want something a bit busier, Heraklion is only a 15 minute car ride. The hotel is really clean, as is the pool and bar area. The owner is great, he is really relaxed and asks nothing of you other than if you're enjoying your stay, he is very attentive to anything you need too. The location is great, it is less than two minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops etc and is still nice an quiet. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and cannot fault it in any way.

Great location, you can get the sea view on the upper floor. Christina working there is a delightful woman. Parking is available in front. The owner is also very responsive and kind. It is pet friendly, cute little pool, spotless apartments. Good showers with glass and not a plastic curtain. We had a great time there… and super quiet.

A wonderful experience..only stayed 1 night in room 9 ...would of happily stayed for 14 nights as the well equipped 2 bed duplex with 2 bathrooms is completely as described..a true gem of a place ..lovely pool area ,a short flat walk to the village and beach ..if one is looking for self catering accommodation in this area looks no further .😎

Spacious and clean appartments for those which are looking for peace and relax while on holiday. The caretaker do not hesitate to go extra mile to deliver perfect experience. The room was noisy, e.k. the windows were on the road. Everything else corresponds to the cost (interior, state of mind, Territory, distance from the sea). I liked the breakfast, in the village it is unlikely that there will be cheaper and denser. Found better, but more expensive.

The airconditioning is 7 eur extra per day and it still does not work. Not even water from shop is allowed at the pool. Only pool-bar drinks. Service is friendly and the pool is clean. Beach is very close.

In my opinion one of the best places in the area. Serving sizes are large, the food is really tasty, and not just to fill the stomach. The pizza is quite large, the schnitzel is simply amazing. I highly recommend it because for his vacation he got burned on many positive reviews.

Lovely place and an amazing host with the most Georgio (think that's how you spell his name) we stayed in the apartment and have absolutely loved our stay. Rooms cleaned spotlessly and grounds well kept. His food is lovely, Greek salad to die for and if you're lucky and ask in advance he will cook almost anything for you all home made (we had rabbit 10 out of 10). Everything is great here! The apartment is a great size, facilities good, access to washing facilities, very clean, excellent housekeeping, very friendly and helpful staff, location is great (outside but close to tourist area), lovely views of countryside, access to amenities… plus restaurant on site, where vegetables and salads come from their own garden!! I have rated the Ideal Hotel with 5 stars throughout, it is not a 5 star hotel, it is a self-catering apartment hotel, but for what it is it deserves the high ratings. It is family run, one brother George works the bar and Taverna in the evenings, another brother is the Chef, and the third brother works the bar in the morning and afternoon. Ideal apartments are fantastic,5 minutes to the beach, and the food at Ideal is fabulous, and all the staff make you welcome.

It's a very nice place but the 'self catering rooms' only have weak hobs that take around 1-2 hours just to cook chicken. The owners are also not very nice and are very unorganized with most of their stuff. The food is overpriced too but overall the place is very nice with the brilliant view and nice rooms.

Great welcoming, great staying, sad to leave without being able to say goodbye. The structure, beautiful and tidy, is lead by a family, and the very friendly and easy going attitude really helps to create a relaxed atmosphere. Only 20 minutes by foot from the see. I recommend it now, because I know that in the future it can only get better.

The place is very clean and staff are lovely. The area is a bit of a mix as it is dominated by large enclosed hotel complexes. So there aren't many restaurants or shops but the couple of restaurants we did find were excellent.

Fantastic! Couldn’t ask for anything better. The apartments are very clean and tidy, classic Greek white houses, and all of the apartments have a balcony overlooking Chersonisos bay with a sea view. Kalimera village is located in Piskopiano a small village above the busy chersonisos, where you find lovely traditional restaurants and nice local shops( they also have a private parking, which is a must...

From breakfast to check in to cocktails, etc. :) The service is great and Piskopiano is also a cute little village where you get everything. Really loved the place. The staff were great. The apartments inside are a little dated but were perfect for our needs. Perfect location for us too. Out of the way of the busy area which was perfect for us. If I was to go back to Crete and that location I'd definitely go back to these apartments.

We just stayed at Día apartments for 10 days in room 101 and can’t reccomend it enough! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcomed. Our room was really clean and beds were comfortable. Such a great location as well with the choice of going down the hill to the sea front or up the hill to the village, with so many bars and restaurants near by to choose from...

Owners & staff are so welcoming, enthusiastic, fun and just really lovely people! Lovely clean pool and sunbathing space. We had a maisonette style room which was perfect with plenty of space to cook and get ready in. Would 100% stay here again, mainly due to how amazing the staff treated me and my friends. 5-10 minutes walk from the strip, shops, restaurants and beaches.

It was a pleasure to be here. My girlfriend and i had a wonderfull time at Dia Apartments. The staff and cleaningservice is very gentle. The apartment was just what we expected. The airco and the beds were good and at night its very quiet. There is also a nice swimming pool.

I've been staying here for two days now and its pretty ok, i complaint i have though, is the fact that in order to turn on the AC, you have to pay the ridiculous price of 45€. We chose not to pay this, and therefore the room is very hot at all times. The pool isnt very big, but with the limited amount of guests, the space is pretty ok. Great place. Sweet people and staff. I recommend to come before or after July, June & August for a quiet time, otherwise there will be a lot of noise etc because of students and young people.

This hotel is just amazing. The staff are friendly and makes it easy to see that they focus on the guests. It may be a budget hotel, but you definitely get more service than you pay for. The night staff Nagi is an amazing person and really do care for all the guests. This will be the hotel I will stay at when I return.
