We liked this place in general so much. Rooms are bit older, but the food is great! All inclusive is amazing, still remember relaxing moments at the pool with perfect cold beer.

All inclusive well worth it, food and drink available from 7am-11pm in some form or another. Would come back here in a heartbeat!!!

The hotel is not super, but in General, all arranged. The rooms are clean, tidy up every day. Not a restaurant, but the menu has changes every day. The bar in the courtyard, loud music until 24:00 almost every day

Wonderful clean, cool rooms and a pretty wide selection of food at each meal. Loved the deep pool! Not many beds around the pool but in plenty around the grounds which is lush and green.

Weather was great and enjoyed the sunbeds round the pool. Not very comfortable sunbeds, tho. Bit out in the sticks, bus ride to places. Gyros in snack bar most of the day to eat

Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night

The chef tried to help with the vegan menu because one person from our vegan company, and needed a special diet. Drinks are diverse, including champagne brut and various cocktails

Very friendly staff, pool area is good and bar staff are fantastic, the food is what you expect from an all inclusive hotel

It was a pleasure to spend time eating because all the staff is as friendly as possible, Maya is a waitress, chef Marco and a woman with white hair who works on making pizza always tried to help and provide the best service

When we arrived, unfortunately the girl at the reception couldn't help us because she cant spoke English, but we were helped by a girl from Ukraine, Oksana, who spoke fluently in English and Ukrainian

The food was quite basic but there was always something we liked for every meal. Also ice creams and slushes were not a part of the all inclusive and were €3

Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend as a first time family holiday

But they try and I appreciate we went at peak times, my only suggestion would be, you up size your facilities to accommodate peak season and make it more relaxing for guests

Friendly family hotel, great value and fun! Excellent entertainment and offerings throughout the day. A lovely shop located inside the hotel which has everything and at a very good price

We are a family of 3 and found that there was plenty to do for adults and children (although our 8 year old daughter never attended the kids club)

They were honestly the best I’ve ever seen – full of energy, fun, and always going the extra mile to make sure everyone was having a great time

He was outstanding and is the perfect example of someone in the right job! He worked so hard to make sure everyone was having the best time 🥰

The animation team were great, with a huge special shout out and mention to the Italian man who seemed to lead the team

The location isn't ideal as there isn't too much to do outside of the grounds (a bus stop is right outside however) but the actual hotel, pool and facilities are brilliant

Stayed a week last year. Perfect place for families. Relaxing atmosphere. The "zoo" with all tbe farm animals perfect for kids

It is situated right next to a busy road but thanks to the set up and gardens you will not hear anything from the room. The pool is small but ok and there is a garden next to the pool to relax in

Sunbeds, you could get anytime of day, there was never that dreaded early morning rush, some very much needed shaded areas too! Crazy Billy was hilarious, wish they did other entertainment on an evening other than once a week, but it didn't take anything away from our stay

Just come back Georgia apartment. will be coming back without a doubt. greeted at reception as we arrived after dinner with a sandwich and bottle of water each. rooms dated but nothing wrong with that

The food was outstanding, in truth we weren't expecting much, given the star rating, but we were so wrong, it was so so good! Something for everyone, my favourite was the pork & Gyros

I've stayed in hotels all over and the service hadn't been this quick! The cleaners never stopped, they cleaned our room and changed the towels daily, the whole hotel was spotless

Drinks ok- very, very sweet though and no fresh juices, everything is sugar and additive overload. Wine and draught beer (2 options of each) are ok though

Sun beds are hard to secure, unless you are out at dawn and the pool areas can be very loud. The flumes are fabby for the kids though. Theres also a tennis court, beach volleyball court, boules and outdoor chess

Special mentions to Emile and Maradona who sought us out everyday to check on us and have a chat. We’ve been on many all inclusive holidays and this was one of the best! Will 100% return in the future

You get your hot food, but are waiting 10 minutes for them to restock forks. You have a dish for your cereal, but then the milk runs out and by the time they refill, you have had enough of waiting

I’m sure it may be quieter out of season or earlier, but we were exhausted by it the whole holiday and ‘escaped’ for a civilised meal on a few occasions

Food options ok but it is like being in a school canteen, you have to grab for your life and many people have little manners. You end up doing the same after a few days, and it’s exhausting

The restaurant has children's dishes, a low distribution of a children's table. You can squeeze orange juice yourself every morning

Loved it, cleanest resort I have been to, staff friendly without having to be and they are relaxed and happy even at the end of season. Water park on site was impressive which catered for all ages

The range of drinks was good, but the quality was typical of all-inclusive resorts—nothing exceptional. The hotel's location is beautiful and quite convenient

Food has something for everyone. Fantastic selection and quality of drinks. Swim up rooms look great pools large. Would definitely recommend and would like to come back

The bars offer a good range of drinks, which I would categorize into groups: Extremely sweet drinks Drinks with a lot of lime juice Gin and tonic, which was the best Sparkling wine, which was good Alcoholic slushies, which were also quite good In general, I found that the best drinks were made at the bar by the infinity pool

The à la carte restaurants seem to be much better. I only tried the Greek one, which was fantastic. The snacks available at the snack restaurant had a good variety, though the quality was also just average

Great selection of food and was very tasty food in the Al a carte restaurants was a very high standard. All bar staff and waiting staff were fabulous as was all the staff that do the activities

Rooms are with a lot of space, cleaned really often. Stuff is friendly and helpfull. You can visit three restaurant a la carte on your stay

Top of the tree when it comes to First Choice Holiday Village hotels. Great accomodation, lovely staff, and only a short walk to the beach. The Deluxe area is quiet, well maintained and really very nice.

Room was beautiful and very clean, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The whole hotel was very clean. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely go back

Evening entertainment was good but could do with more outside acts as the entertainment team are great but got a bit repetitive

I just returned from my two-week vacation at this hotel, and it was my fifth visit — which probably says it all! Every time I come back, it feels like coming home

The staff are genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The garden is beautifully maintained, a perfect spot to relax and unwind

Honestly, the Irene Palce hotel is worth recommending

Staff were kind, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They wanted us to have the best experience ever, which we did. Massive choice for breakfast at the buffet and the staff there were glorious

We opted for B&B option and the local restaurants were great (Ouzaki was best though). Plenty of sunbeds (no playing sunbed wars in the morning!!) and there’s so much choice with 2 pools and the beach

They responded promptly and positively to a request I made in advance for an extra special treat for my daughter on arrival and they carried this out perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here

We had a lovely sea view room with a balcony. Would advise if your on your honeymoon get a taxi from the airport as the transfer has several drop offs before it gets to the port royal

This hotel is definitely 5 stars, even more if possible. The complex is immaculate and in such a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views and also plenty to do nearby

We liked that the staff were a priority for the hotel and it was no bother for us to get our drinks! We’ve read some other reviews giving service a low rating saying rooms looked cheap and rooms weren’t cleaned

The room was cleaned daily and they even left a fresh bottle of water every day free of charge. Id go back tomorrow if I could. If you go to Rhodes visit the old town, its stunning. Thank you for an amazing holiday

The evening entertainment was really good especially for young children. The LED comedy magic show was brilliant. I really dont have anything negative to say about the resort at all

-No issues with towels Cons: -Sometimes it was difficult to get sunbeds on swiming pools, because many people make a rat race and "book" them very early :/ - Beach is rather rocky than sandy but it`s clean

Everything about this hotel/resort exceeded our expectations. The room was lovely (suite 722). The pools weren't over crowded, the staff were helpful and the food was great

Plenty of pools to choose from. We used the upper pool and waterpark mostly. Didn't use the main pool, this is where there are activities run by the animation team. The lazy river was great for cooling off in

There was a bar at the upper pool and most days there was a really lovely lady called Irish (hopefully that's right) serving. Main restaurant served buffet style with plenty of choices and had themed evenings

Now called Leonardo Resort. Staff are the ones that made me give 5 stars, cannot fault their hospitality from the manageress to the restaurant and bar staff.All made a big effort to make you feel welcome at this hotel.

The staff is very smooth, from the reception staff to the pool staff, the best lifeguard we have ever met, everyone there is very caring and does not vote but give, we were pleasantly surprised, the food was also pleasantly surprised, and everyone including lots and lots of alcohol, endless food, surprises Fun, lovely kids club, every disco for kids, we were the first week of September so the hotel...

Great hotel, very kid friendly, the best hotel and main hotel we have been, although our suitcases did not arrive and were delayed for a day and a half, the hotel did everything to make it fun and good, began to physically hug us and tell us about such cases, give gifts to children, improve the room

give us a call to the insurance companies in the country, check for us all the time from the airport of Rhodes, what happens with the luggage and went out of their way so as not to miss us and we will move

The children really enjoyed it. We will definitely return to this hotel. We said goodbye to them in warm embraces. The best hotel we have been in Greece

They really knew how to create a lively atmosphere, and it was clear that they were passionate about their work. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but it was always fresh and there were plenty of options to choose from

The restaurant staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They really made the dining experience pleasant and were always attentive to guests' needs

The true is that the rooms are basic but they were cleaned. Food was OK a little bit more jumky for lunch and with theme nights for dinner. The drinks for an all- inclusive were ok

There is an outside terrace for eating and also an A/C indoor dining room. Drinks The drinks were plentiful and the cocktails were the best we have had at an AI

We never had to queue either which was a bonus at an AI hotel! The spirits are not branded which is also normal at AI but I can confirm they are strong!! Accommodation Our room was well furnished and we were very comfortable

Location The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Rhodes. There are a few beaches nearby, the closest which is pebbly and has no sunbeds is a 10minutes walk, and the busier sandy beach is about a 20 minute walk

Owners and staff are brilliant and make you feel very welcome. 15 minutes walk to Eucalyptus which is the Main Street with bars restaurants and shops

We appreciate that everyone has different opinions but we had 5 star treatment and would definitely return. Thank you especially to Voula and George for making us feel so special and for making our stay memorable

The Blue Bay fine dining experience was exceptional, a real treat that beats some fine dining restaurants in London based on food quality. Trips to Rhodes Old Town, Lindos, Pefkas and Symi were great

At times I had 1:1 sessions and sunrise yoga on the beach was a real treat with the waves lapping in. Being able to use Blue Bay for breakfast gives you tranquility at the start of the day and the Sky Bar at the end

A few tips, if you like swimming the indoor lap pool is empty prior to breakfast and cool for swimming. The yoga classes were varied and had excellent content (thank you Siena)

Just sat writing this review waiting for the taxi to the airport. This was our second visit with the first being in 2019 and once again the Residences didn’t disappoint

Visited July 25 stayed in private pool 828 in the residence,overlooking the roof of the hotel , the room was clean no issues with room, the private pool was very small compared to 827 next door , considering there was no price difference also we had no sun on our deck from 1pm only in the far side of the pool compared to 827 that had full sun all day long , this unfortunately put a damper...

The hotel is not far away from the local beach. The room cleaning is every day. The food in the All Inclusive program is various with the Greek ascents, very delicious, everybody can choose from the offered options

In the restaurant the staff was very friendly as well, the food supplementation and dirty plates removal were really quick and smooth, always with a polite smile

Since 11:00 till midnight the pool bar is opened offering alco- and non-alco drinks and some small cakes as deserts. The staff is very friendly and helpful

We have spent 4 nights at Marianna Palace Hotel at the end of July - beginning of August 2021. The hotel is very nice and clean. It is situated in a big garden with a swimming pool

The pool bar staff was always very friendly and even singing and dancing sometimes. :) The room service was leaving cute decorations made of sheets on the child's bed

The food is decent and whilst the menu does not vary hugely it is good quality and normal for any all inclusive holiday. Regarding the watered down drinks thing

No self service drinks station once the restaurant has closed, no kettles in the rooms, no entertainment day or evening

The rooms are good, sure the odd bug but its Greece, your going to get that because of the climate. Rooms are clean and the domestic staff who do this are freindly and work hard

Both times we arived at night, the night porter checked us in, he was proffesional and gave us directions to rooms, we did not feel anything else was required

This was our second time at this hotel and we are booked again for this September 2024. Some of the staff recognised us from a couple of years before

Speaking of which the barman who also works in the dining room works extremely hard as do all the other staff from observation and expereince

The rooms are amazing, the spa and the gym area are brand new with nice facilities , the staff are so much hard working trying every day to make you feel like home and the services are the best ! Food is various and different every day, the housekeeping staff are so hardworking in order to provide you clean and tidy areas and rooms , the reception staff are simply amazing and the restaurant staff are...

Have been here a week so far and have been loving it. All the staff have been amazing especially Romain and Andrea with the entertainment to keep everyone entertained.

Drinks 9/10 Rooms 9/10 Clean 12/10 Beach area needs a good clean don't need loads spent on it just needs a good clean up and better signs. The other beach is better right direction from back of hotel

Town is small but lovely normal shops and few bars and restaurants. If you wanted chilled this is great location. 30 mins from Rhodes Old Town and Lindos so perfect for both

The room was modern and so comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel is close to 3 beaches which was great to explore and swim in the sea. As I said there was nothing to complain about at all

Shout out to Thanassis for making us smile on the way to dinner every evening, also to Laura and Kiki because they made the breakfast experience at the Blue Bay restaurant very enjoyable, and to Elia for his hard work and warm character

Clean,great for children, liked the swimming lessons. The food is nice but not always super tasty. The Aircon and refrigerator was not so cold in the room. The drinks and the snacks are awesome

Serene atmosphere, clean room, delicious buffets and welcoming staff. We were able to pick up towels from the spa area to use at the pool and swap for fresh ones every 2 days

We were all inclusive and we didn’t bother with the a la carte restaurant as the food and service in the buffet restaurant was fantastic loads of choice and hot

There we hired a boat for the 4 of us for 4 hours they showed us how to drive it and it was so easy and had an amazing time would recommend. Suggest you download the hotels own app shows you everything you need to know

Stayed in the fabulous hotel with a couple of our friends for 1 week we stayed in a premium sea view room with balcony. Outstanding views and very clean and comfy room could not find any faults at all

Food was good, never had trouble finding something, we have a couple of fussy kids but they always found something. Drinks were good, pool bar was excellent and all inclusive drinks and cocktails were great

Staff friendly, animation / entertainment fantastic, our thanks to Evelina, Gustavo, Mike & Alex as they are absolutely fantastic

The cleaners worked really hard and our room was always clean with fresh towels. Pizza bar and gyros was amazing as well and really good that you can just go up and grab something to eat and not be restricted on times

If you would like to go to Rhodes the bus service is really good especially the fact how the bus stop is right opposite the hotel and drops you back at the same spot

Plenty of sunbeds, pool was great, aqua gym was a huge laugh and we did this most days with Evelina running it most of the time

Location great, not too far from the beach, local shops and a few bars if you wanted a change of scenery. Reception really helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Family rooms are large and airywithbasic furnishing. Food is varied always something to eat. Entertainment during the day is good but night time is pretty poor. Drinks usual all inclusive standard

My room was well cleaned throughout the week and likewise I found the hole hotel itself extremely clean. the Animation team really are fantastic and keep you fully entertained from sunrise to sunset and beyond

There was a pool with pool bar and great bartenders and drinks. The hotel staff was friendly and hospitable. The beach was about 250m from the hotel. Long pebble beach, equipped with parasols and sun loungers

Cozy hotel, OK room, good location. Great beach nearby. Buses outside to Rhodos. 1 km walk to Kolymbia "main street" but many restaurants and shops closer to hotel too.

Except AC was not working properly…couldn’t get sleep first and last night,there was an issue with AC. Meal at the restaurant was ok…. i was expecting more sea food options… Bar outside by the pool was good …

There is no problem finding a sunbed by the pool. In the evenings, you can relax with tasty drinks and music. I will remember fondly and will definitely come back
