just spent a week at the Plaza Hotel in Zante and I can't praise this hotel enough....great views from our room....I went with 2 friends, beds were lovely and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, great choice of food. Beach is nearby, would definitely recommend a visit....? .

The pool is great, the service is fast, and friendly. They have a wide range of food that may appeal to anyone. The plaza is kept clean on a daily basis. However the family room can be a bit cramped not that your going to spend much time there. It's in walking distance of all the places you might visit. Such as 'the strip' and the beach, and even a few general stores

Incredible service, especially from the following: at the front desk and all the staff at the restaurant.. Thnx a lot to friendly and The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were all great and tasty.. with generous selection of food that varies from day to day.. my favorite was the traditional Greek Moussaka and everything at the dessert bar. Can’t wait to be back at this hotel!

Fantastic hotel- venue is spot on, right next to the strip and 1 minute walk to the beach. All inclusive there was great, best hotel food I've had in a while. Pool was slightly too small but as beach is so close it wasn't a problem.

Friendly staff making sure noise levels wasn't high so people can sleep, amazing cleaner kept everything spotless! Pool was a good size and clean, always someone at reception 24/7.

What a nice hotel. Few little problems with room but always willing to fix quicky. Only down fall is we are here for two weeks and had to pay £160 Euros for air con and safe . Would come back

Stunning location with incredible views and the most incredible staff. The housekeeping ladies were fantastic and looked after us so well. Mentor provides awesome service in the bar and does the best ever barbecues with delicious meats and fish.

It is a beautiful location and the views are stunning. Also, multiple good restaurants are within reach. Lots of Dutch people. During our stay, hot water was not available, which can always happen. However we did not feel taken seriously when informing the staff, as they argued with us about the validity of our complaint. Some great people working here, take the stairs down and you will find yourself in the sea. Nice and clean pool. Good prices and, when on TV, f1 or football will be shown. They also have great gyros, on Thursdays mostly.

Just arrived home from a great stay here, owners are very welcoming and helpful and the accommodation is immaculate and clean. Would go back again and recommend if you are considering staying for holidays. Thank you for a great stay

He would always check on us via Whatsapp and would always come over for chat/catch-up when we were in the room, always providing the necessary assistance like booking cabs for us whilst helping us plan our trip with vouchers for excursions. After two years in a row, I can say probably the best place to stay in Zakinthos with a beautiful view of the sunset behind the mountains and excellent hosts.

Excellent service from all aspects. Very clean,price fantastic, full staffed, pool very nice and clean, fantastic location..not on the strip so it was quite and green.. Aircondition is a 2 star. We had 2 rooms and a kitchen(hall) that was the location of the aircon.. I was happy there, thanks.

The garden is incredibly beautiful and the owners are very sweet, they always threat us with local wine, in house made olive oil and olives. The rooms are clean and simple, maybe in the future they will renovate the bathrooms to be a little bit more modern but overall it worth it

The room was simple and there was not much of a kitchen equipment, but when we asked for a bigger knife or washing liquid we got it for free. Because of COVID you must ask for a new sheets or toilet paper by yourself and nobody enters your room. The stuff is lovely and understandable.

We spent 3 night here and we were happy about the choice. The owners are really friendly and the place is surrounded of green. It has park and air condition. It is 15m from Zante, 10m from the port where get the boat for Marathonis. Just a little suggestion, build a insect net because it's full of mosquito.

We had such a nice stay here. Christos runs the place very well. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, the only downside is that it is very repetitive, same choice every day (the reason for 4 stars). Room cleaning is perfect. The place is away from the busy streets of Laganas, so not noisy. Laganas wasn't perfect for us, as we prefer quieter towns, but at least it has a couple of good restaurants. We recommend...

Hello! We really enjoyed the place, the room and the staff. We had a lovely holiday. The apartments are near main street of Laganas and 500 mt far from the beach. There are super markets nearby. The pool is clean. The staff is so nice and kind.

Amazing staff! Beautiful food (their vegetarian moussaka and their cocktails were to die for!!) and everyone was soo friendly and extremely helpful!!! We extremely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to stay here again next time we come to laganas!

Food is good and the lady serving us was nice and smiling, very good service. The place is also well visited by young tourists eating pizza and burgers, but they are very noisy. But the place is so great. Had a table with direct sea view. Can't complain about that! We ordered two different dessserts and one was a chocolate souffle but was more like a brownie in a cup .. But it tasted good 🙂

Good place for sunbathing, clean toilets, nice drinks and delicious gyros. Umbrellas are too small, if someone wants to have shadow, 1 umbrella is not enough to cover 2 people. A large group of us visited this restaurant for dinner. It's a great setting right down on the beach; close to the water and has some great views. The atmosphere and styling of the restaurant are very good, I believe it has been renovated and the job has been completed very well. Like the other restaurants along the beach it's a bit pricey, but Horizon feels more worth it than others. Much more relaxed atmosphere, drinks are tasty, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're looking to spend for a meal on the seafront Horizon should be your pick.

We ate here on our last night on Zakynthos and it was AMAZING. They had some lovely vegan options for myself, and meat options for my travel companion. The staff was wonderful, and the view was perfect. 10/10 experience.
