Good holiday but we have had money stolen from the room by the cleaners. We reported it to the hotel reception and got no resolution. The roof top bar had amazing views and the location was right on the sea front.

Amazing holiday overall. Hotel is brilliant with amazing food every morning, afternoon and evening! (Whenever you want really if all inclusive). Bedrooms are clean, tidy and what you need. Staff are brilliant, always so helpful and friendly. Location is ON on the beach! From pool to the sea will take you 20 seconds to walk. Activities are all great and live music each night. Top hotel in Zakynthos was really good place just in front of the beach and delicious food. Staffs are professional and top-class hospitality. Especially the manager is quality service for customers.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff is humble, polite and some times over-submissive! The rooms are ok, we had a family swim-up which was spacious enough (couple, no kids) but the room divider is made of rattan and not sound proof. We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all. The service was great, the personalle was helpufull and nice, we had good and quality food, with options for every taste. The location, outstanding, right on the beach. It was also very clean, towels were changed daily. It definitely deserves at last 4.2.

Our own hotel were very mean and we had to check out at the morning while the transfer left at night! So this hotel let us pay for only a lunch buffet and then we could spend the whole day by this pool, but things and eat the buffet. Really nice staff who helped us

I can't comment on other rooms but the superior one I had was top notch and I can't complain. Hotel is a brilliant set up with different sections of pools for adults, families and superior rooms. Food is decent and plenty of it and a good selection. Staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel was absolutely spotless. If I am ever returning to laganas I will definitely return to the margarita.

Great quiet location with friendly staff, choice of sunbathing areas and pools to use. Rooms in the main block are tired and dated and in need of an overhaul. The all inclusive policy was the worst I’ve encountered. We ate out quite a bit too, enough said.
