Yiannis Manos Hotel Resort

For the price, the hotel provided what I was after travelling solo and out of season. Was fairly quiet, too quiet sometimes being on my own but better than if stayed at a big party place!! Staff were hard working and friendly.

This lovely family run hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Malia Strip and The Port .
The lovely family who do so much are very friendly & professional, & their customer service was fantastic !
We booked a 3 bed standard room which was basic but with all your needs for your stay . The showers are basic but do the job . They supply a hot plate , kettle, and toaster & all your cutlery and crockery. TV with just standard channels . A balcony with a table and chairs. Our view was garden view with a view of the pool and beautiful mountains , it was spectacular.
The food was lovely , especially the Chicken Souvlaki, which is absolutely delicious !
2 fabulous pools and a small baby pool with sunbeds and parsols . Perfect sunspots.
We couldn't fault the place and really want to come back next year with more family .

We chose the hotel for our holiday through Booking. We arrived at the hotel by rental car. It has its own parking lot. The hotel has two swimming pools, but they were closed very early in our opinion, around 8PM. We planned to cook a couple of our own lunches, however the kitchen was very modestly equipped. The room had a table and chairs only on the terrace, we had to bring it inside where we had an air-conditioned area. The restaurant menu was good, prices reasonable. Very close to the shop where they have from both toys and groceries. The advantage is the safety deposit box at the reception.

I stayed here a week and I honestly didn’t want to leave!! The staff are just so friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to both the strip and the beach. If you enjoy a view it’s also amazing as very close are the surrounding mountains which look incredible on clear days. Sunbathing for the entirety of the day due for anyone like me is also an opportunity as there is a south facing Pool. For anyone that loves food you’re especially in for a treat (pun intended) the breakfast lunch and dinners are just incredible and great value for money as portion sizes are on the larger side! I cannot praise the service enough and will most definitely be coming back, missing everyone already!!

If you ever visit Malia ,Crete you must stay here it is an absolute dream place to be. The rooms are clean,modern and well maintained.
The staff are amazing they can’t do enough for you and the food is to die for Im already planning for next year
