Great location of the hotel, right in the centre of Stalis. The beach was clean with a nice view. The staff very friendly. A big thank you to the Kids Club Team, they are passionate and very experienced. We moved from Ikaros to Alexander Beach this year because we know the team of the kids club. Improvement: The food is okey but not a five star rating. We come back.

Very nice location directly on a sandy beach. Hotel rooms are OK, the staff is mostly super friendly. Terrible WiFi. The only place you could use it was in the main lobby and even there the connection wasn't perfect. The pool was full of chemicals and hurt your face and eyes after 10 minutes. Otherwise it was amazing and beautiful. The beach was nice and the room was comfortable. Would go there again.

My family had wonderful time at the hotel: we received a kind offer to occupy a room with a private pool which was a perfect place for our 2 year old to learn how to swim. Very nice looking hotel with poor service levels. More of a 4*, not 5*. Messed up our reservations, tried to overcharge us, also made lots of small mistakes, and were not very apologetic, even the manager. This place is absolutely amazing. The service is top draw. Everyone who works for Hotel Dessole is super friendly. The food here is very nice, the best I've had at an all inclusive. The Royal Heights Resort impresses with its spectacular view over Malia. The room seemed in good condition, though it was obvious that renovations are needed sooner than later. Staff was always attentive and very friendly, they were trying their best everyday.

Travelled here during the pandemic of Sept 2021. After a fraught nervous flight (still couldn't believe that we were travelling) this hotel was a pleasant relief. Zephiros Beach is a good hotel. Rooms are cleaning everyday. Food is tasty and varied. Hotel has private beach - small but sunbeds are always not occupated. Stalis is a small town but everything is there - pubs, clubs, shops. Great holiday especially for youth.

Overall a great stay. The room was a bit small, no coffee service in the room. Booked the Superior Bungalow Sea View - we were pretty far back from the ocean. As a frequent visitor to Malia, I have stayed at other hotels which were nice but I prefer Malia Holidays Hotel due to the location, bar, swimming pool and staff. Read the reviews before I stayed for a week. I do agree with the food. It's okay for a snack if there is stuff you do like. I mainly ate the pasta or rice. Chicken thighs were okay. It's like a 15 to 20 walk to strip. It's not the hotels flaut it's ours. You know what your having to do even when it tells you it's a 15 minute walk. I suggest getting a bike or something as you do get sick of the walk...
