Very crowded place, feels that the hotel takes more guests than actually it can handle. The overall cleanliness has to be improved, and also a negative point is that the pool has saltwater, which for little kids make the whole process unpleasant. The hotel has perfect service. My daughter was ill during our stay and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and nice and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. They provided food service to our room and were able to help us with unexpected health situation even in the middle of the night. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our stay despite the illness.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary/honeymoon here and we could not fault our time. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
