Loved this place.Room spotless. Clean towels every other day. Antisocial behaviour NOT tolerated at all! Food fresh and gorgeous. Location great..few mins walk one direction brought you to the funky strip..few mins the other way brought you to quieter area of fabulous restaurants more relaxed vibe. Definitely come back.

Really enjoyed our short stay here. The room was very clean & spacious. Excellent shower. The (two) pools were both really nice and served by their own friendly pool snack bar. The staff were plentiful, cheerful and hard-working. It's a 5min walk from both the Old Town and The Strip, but you don't hear any noise.

Lovely little hotel. George is really friendly and helpful and all the bar staff are really nice. Pool area is nice and plenty of sun beds so never a struggle getting a bed. We went on a girls holiday and the hotel was good, all the staff were lovely especially George who sorted out our room. To any girls visiting please be careful and come back to the hotel in big groups, not the hotels fault but had a dangerous experience outside walking back. A real quiet place to stay, local cucine, simply and super food. Friendly people. Great barman . Even is in center of the local movies no noises in the night. A real surprise. A real good place to relax , good cocktails. The beach is a walking distance.

Lovely solo holiday. Would recommend to any solo traveller. I have stayed there before with my late husband and children however children grown up , husband passed away. We have just returned from an amazing stay at the wonderful Bella Elena, we travelled as a group of 6 adults we had 3 studio apartments (2 of which were bigger than the third) all studios had a beautiful balcony and all were facing the swimming pool. Went here in June 2025, with a family member. Everything you require is in the rooms, pans, plates, cutlery, safe. etc. Large pool and plenty of sunbeds, even a massive lawn that you can sunbathe on. It's a 25 minute walk to the nearest, but overcrowded beach, but quieter beaches are available after another 10 minutes. Pottamos beach being my favourite, to the right of the Port of Malia. Well, what can I say. We have travelled all over the world and the level of service here is unmatched. This is a true hidden gem. Had a great time here. Went early in the year so it was nice and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and had a good laugh with the barman a couple of nights. I had a couple of dinners there and the food was really nice. I liked that the hotel was a bit away from the main strip. I would visit again but I don't tend to go to the same places.

This was a great hotel. Great location. Comfortable beds spotless clean rooms. The grounds and gardens were clean and tidy and the staff were very nice. I must point out that when you get dropped off at the church at the top of the road you have to walk about 5-10 minutes down the road as the roads to tight for the big busses.

Great location, nice beach. The hotel is good but not great. The food in the restaurant is very low quality, the breakfast was always the same, the coffee machine is so slow. I've seen turtles moved faster that the waiter in the restaurant, one day we ask for beers and we were almost in the desert when the beers arrived. The room was clean and spacious.

Great hotel to stay. The rooms are very beautiful and cozy, the staff is kind and fast to help with anything you'd need. We have been there in July 2021. The rooms were awesome and absolutely spotless clean! The hosts were very nice and helpful. We've left everything out to dry, nothing was missing or stolen. I've left 300€ in my room, nothing was missing there, even after the cleaning of the room. If I ever go to Malia again, I would never ever choose another destination. I've also forgotten my Key for the apartment...
