Wonderful staff from the cleaners to reception, night staff and the lovely owners. Ignore the one or two negative reviews from immature guests, this is a family run hotel with impeccable honesty and friendliness from top to bottom. The placement of the hotel is also a huge plus: 50 m to nearest supermarket and the main shopping street in Malia is also right by. The beach is also very close. The staff are incredible! Helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. Not a bad word to say about the hotel, clean rooms, great service, fresh food and always a smile and a story. 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the old town, perfect location and a great base from which to explore the island. The room was pretty big, but too vintage looking and far away from the photos, but it was worth the price we paid. This hotel is amazing if you’re staying in Malia. Everything is within a walking distance. Also Malia is known for the nightlife but we didn’t have much trouble from the noise. We were given one of the rooms that hadn't been done up. Others were much better. Hotel is very clean and breakfast was good. The hotel is a stones throw from the main strip, but the hotel is not affected by any noise at all. The hotel is strict when it comes to noise and party's in the hotel, and whilst Koula is in charge nothing will change, she is strict and yet super helpful at the same time...

I had a wonderful experience at Pasiphae Hotel. The location looks just like in the pictures. It is a family business, and the owners are always present, taking very good care of the guests. My stay at the hotel was unique. The stuff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the waiting spaces had a great design. The atmosphere was spectacular. The absolute top thing about this hotel is the beachfront location (deluxe room felt like we're almost on the sea) and the actual area that is taken care off and kept clean exceptionally.

Stayed here twice bit pricey but well worth it, has a fantastic swimming pool and has easy access to the beach, also has sunbeds to hire. Watch out for two great guys who work there, Armando who does the sun loungers and Tonin one of the waiters really nice guy both have work here for a good few years now always lovely to see them.

Great location, big rooms, really clean, nice stuff. Breakfast has only 4 choices, but you will find something that suits you. You have to go for some time to reach the sea (like 20 mins). Has a nice restaurant near it with really good food and acceptable prices. There are like 10 parking spots near the building and a medium size pool.

The rooms are good, clean and with air conditioning. The breakfast buffet is okay but nothing special. We never ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening as there are much better options just a few steps outside the hotel.

Very nice, recently renovated rooms. Super friendly staff and very nice cocktail bar/lounge. Swimmingpool is big enough, and sunbeds are for free. Our airconditioning did not work properly, so we mentioned this in the morning and within one hour there were two mechanics fixing the issue. They came even back to check if it was still working. Definitely recommended!
