I can't give zero stars , if I could I would have. The breakfast was always finished and cold. When you complain about it , they say come when breakfast starts. Other hotels keep breakfast full and warm until the closing time of breakfast but these people tell you if you come half hour before the closing time, you should not expect the food. We were told that our Jacuzzi will be cleaned daily, which in four days was never cleaned. The water in Jacuzzi was so smelly and dirty. I even got bad itch and rash. The staff was so rude and do not know how to behave with customers. When I told the AC is not working properly, she started behaving in very disrespectful manner with me. The staff will treat you as if you are the servants and not the customers. The AC of rooms were actually not working properly there was no cooling, no air circulation and we could barely sleep properly. We asked for towels and were told that we will not be given more than four towels, we had to use the same wet towels again throughout the day. The hotel is not worth a penny when it comes to their service. Yes the view was awesome for sure. But otherwise I will never ever book it again.
