Perfectly adequate but do not expect a 5* if you've not paid 5* prices. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and amazing views from the rooms. Nice staff. Tons of food selection and all fresh/tasty. Delicious desserts which makes a change for an all-inclusive. Good selection of drinks. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, but it's not the 5* experience you'd hope for. Location: stunning but a car is highly recommended. Bali is very quiet and the beach very average. Entertainment was mostly terrible so be prepared to get out and about.

As a group of 5 friends we stayed at the green villa, and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Mostly everybody try their best to make your stay comfortable. Maybe the food is not the best but you get more than what you pay for.

I would recommend renting a car to be able to visit the wonders of this breathtaking island.

My stay with Filion hotel was one of my best vacations ever.
The place is beautiful, every meal is great and the hotel's service is perfect.
All the staff members are friendly except one person at reception, who I won't mention here, I believe everyone should be nice.

Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and chill vacation.

We enjoyed our stay despite the cold weather. All staff are friendly, polite and helpful. All facilities are clean. The restaurant tables are cleaned each time between diners.
As a vegetarian, I especially appreciated the tasty vegetarian meals that were mostly labelled

An absolutely fantastic holiday staying here. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a bath and shower in the bathroom which was unexpected. The food was incredible and a variety to choose from. The staff were also welcoming and friendly.

A nice spacious balcony too and we had a nest in the corner which was lovely to watch as the parents were feeding 3 babies. There’s a lot of birds around which was nice. There’s mountains surrounding the resort so we were able to see bird of prey in the distance

There were 3 pools to choose from, each had sun beds around that were clean and comfy to lie on. Towels were given for €5 deposit. Drinks and snacks were available from the pool bar and again, the staff were very friendly and served with a smile.

There was entertainment on and some was great, the Magician, The Professional, was phenomenal and a great show! There were 2 dancers which wasn’t a great hit, it looked like they argued a couple of times during the set and the show didn’t flow - they kept stopping for a minute or two after their dance. As soon as they got the audience involved in dancing, the evening was okay but their show was embarrassing.

There was a shuttle bus that fit 8 people and took you to the beach and back for free. We did this a couple of times and it was really nice but sometimes going back to the hotel was a wait due to the number of people wanting to go back. Not a problem though as there was a cafe/ bar right next to the drop off point

I cannot fault the staff but a big thank you to Regina who made us feel welcomed. She was always ready to help us out with booking a car for us or sorting out a late check out

We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.

We spent a week at the Filion Hotel this September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some of the negative reviews (mentioning issues like cleanliness diminishing the further you were from the main areas, inconsistent pool maintenance, unenthusiastic staff, and hit-or-miss food), I felt the hotel delivered on its promise of a quiet and relaxing all-inclusive holiday (esp. when you consider the price).

While the pools were relatively small, there were three to choose from, and finding a sunbed right by the pool was never an issue. It's worth noting, though, that the pool floors were not cleaned daily, and some debris could occasionally be felt at the bottom.

The staff was generally helpful and friendly, with special recognition going to the reception team and the pool bar staff, who consistently provided excellent service.

The main restaurant offered stunning views and a good variety of dishes, though the menu tended to be repetitive. You could expect to see the same main courses every two to three days. However, this allowed guests to focus on the better-quality options and avoid those that were less impressive. Some of the cutlery wasn’t always spotless, but the staff promptly replaced it when asked.

Overall, while the hotel may have seen better days, it still met my expectations and provided the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found all of the staff to be very kind and helpful, fixing any issues we had quickly. Reception, restaurant, bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly.

Room was always left clean with fantastic views from the balcony. Only issue was WiFi connection was quite temperamental in our room.

There are three pools to choose from with plenty loungers, with the one we picked very quiet but great to lounge or swim at.

Food was perhaps a small selection but still enough. Grilled food was always excellent and always fresh salad available.

Downside would be the location. While it is quiet due to being in the hills, this means the local town isn’t walkable but they do offer a free shuttle bus there and back.

Overall, an excellent stay.

All in all, our stay at Hotel Filion was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our time there, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an ideal family-friendly hotel. We can't wait to return!
