Hotel room was lovely, the shower was gross.
Love holidays is where we booked and the transfer bus left us off at the side of the road, we had to call the hotel to come get us. This is no big deal if when booking you were informed of this, its understandable as a big coach would not make it up the 2km of winding Road. The Hotel was lovely staff amazing. Views great. Food good. All good except for gross bathroom and stranded at side of the road. Lovely location too.

We had an amazing stay at Filion Suites Resort in Bali. The food was absolutely delicious and varied, offering something for everyone. The service was outstanding—every staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They really go above and beyond to take care of the guests. Every evening, there were fun activities in the hotel, adding to the lively atmosphere. The hotel was spotless, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. We definitely feel like this place is our second home, and we are already planning to return next year! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful and welcoming experience. :)

Our stay at Filion Suites Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful area with breathtaking views of the mountains — a perfect place to relax and unwind away from the crowds.
The staff were exceptional – especially the lady at the reception, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and with a smile 😊
The food was delicious – fresh, varied, and full of local flavors. The drinks at the bar were excellent as well, perfect for enjoying by the pool in the evening.
Overall, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s truly a place I would love to return to. I highly recommend Filion Suites & Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday on Crete, surrounded by stunning scenery and great service! 🌺🇬🇷

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in the Crete mountains! The setting was stunning and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Alex at the bar really made our evenings special – he brought so much energy and fun, turning every night into a proper laugh and a great party. Dimitri was incredibly helpful and always made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The hospitality here is second to none – you truly feel like part of the family. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’ll definitely be back!

Dimitri at the front desk was great. helped us when we forgot our key and when we couldn’t work out how to use the air conditioning in the room came down to the room to show us even though it was late in the evening, Aleks at the bar made the best cocktails and brought the party vibes. During the day make sure you go to Maria for the best iced coffees at the bar!

The hotel is located on a mountain slope. There is a beautiful view. In the distance you can see the sea, which is about 40-50 minutes walk away. The hotel organizes transportation to the beach every hour, so this is not a problem. We recommend :). We were there in July 2021.

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday. Suitable for both couples and families with children. Safe green area, clean pools, excellent cuisine, cozy rooms, friendly staff who instantly solve all issues. The hotel director, Mr. Τσαγαρακης, is a true professional in his field!! Every evening there are themed events. I recommend it without hesitation.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of this hotel! Especially the owners! Georgia the best! We also thank the guys for the transfer to the beach! Filion is one of the best places in Crete. The transfer to the beach is almost around the clock: the bus goes as many tourists as there are. Of course, there is a schedule - 7 times a day, but in fact it is much more often. Very good food. A variety of dishes, a large selection of both meat and fish, and seafood. Vegetables are cooked very tasty, cheese slices are very tasty! We thank the chef and all the kitchen staff. Our room was good, Superior with a view of the mountains, the room was cleaned daily, towels and robes were changed. The view from the room is wonderful. You get up in the morning and rejoice! They greet you with a pleasant compliment in the room - a bottle of Greek wine! We were delighted! We recommend this wonderful place and these wonderful people to everyone! Perfectly adequate but do not expect a 5* if you've not paid 5* prices. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and amazing views from the rooms. Nice staff. Tons of food selection and all fresh/tasty. Delicious desserts which makes a change for an all-inclusive. Good selection of drinks. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, but it's not the 5* experience you'd hope for. Location: stunning but a car is highly recommended. Bali is very quiet and the beach very average. Entertainment was mostly terrible so be prepared to get out and about.

As a group of 5 friends we stayed at the green villa, and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Mostly everybody try their best to make your stay comfortable. Maybe the food is not the best but you get more than what you pay for.
I would recommend renting a car to be able to visit the wonders of this breathtaking island.
