We really enjoyed our stay in Filion Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. The staff were very helpful with a quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much for them. We like a quiet holiday so the location was really good for us. The pools and areas were very clean. We were also well and truly entertained every evening whilst enjoying some cocktails.

We spent a week at the Filion Hotel this September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some of the negative reviews (mentioning issues like cleanliness diminishing the further you were from the main areas, inconsistent pool maintenance, unenthusiastic staff, and hit-or-miss food), I felt the hotel delivered on its promise of a quiet and relaxing all-inclusive holiday (esp. when you consider the price).
While the pools were relatively small, there were three to choose from, and finding a sunbed right by the pool was never an issue. It's worth noting, though, that the pool floors were not cleaned daily, and some debris could occasionally be felt at the bottom.
The staff was generally helpful and friendly, with special recognition going to the reception team and the pool bar staff, who consistently provided excellent service.
The main restaurant offered stunning views and a good variety of dishes, though the menu tended to be repetitive. You could expect to see the same main courses every two to three days. However, this allowed guests to focus on the better-quality options and avoid those that were less impressive. Some of the cutlery wasn’t always spotless, but the staff promptly replaced it when asked.
Overall, while the hotel may have seen better days, it still met my expectations and provided the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Great experience. The hotel is clean + rooms, food is super tasty, every day is different. A lot of variety to choose.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found all of the staff to be very kind and helpful, fixing any issues we had quickly. Reception, restaurant, bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly.
Room was always left clean with fantastic views from the balcony. Only issue was WiFi connection was quite temperamental in our room.
There are three pools to choose from with plenty loungers, with the one we picked very quiet but great to lounge or swim at.
Food was perhaps a small selection but still enough. Grilled food was always excellent and always fresh salad available.
Downside would be the location. While it is quiet due to being in the hills, this means the local town isn’t walkable but they do offer a free shuttle bus there and back.
Overall, an excellent stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Filion, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations! This hotel is truly a gem, especially for families looking for a relaxing getaway.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking views. The surroundings are stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a peaceful vacation. We enjoyed every moment spent on the balcony, soaking in the picturesque scenery.
The food at Hotel Filion was fantastic. Each meal was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was clear that the chefs take great pride in their work.
The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. A tidy and well-maintained space is always appreciated, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job.

I recently stayed at the Filion hotel and spa, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. Staff friendly but requires better leadership mangers friendly tried to Accommodate us but clearly unable to . He boss extremely arrogant !

On arrival to the hotel heatwave no drinks offered had to ask for cold water advised to go to the pool bar for something to eat . . Cold chips . Unappealing sandwiches . And thus remained the case at the poolside bar for food .
Mealtimes food repetitive and I expected this however at no point was the hot food served hot and often the other food were clearly not fresh as looked dry on top and certainly not always fresh so be mindful of this
Walls are thin my 2 friends could hear the neighbour snoring all night and when asked for a change in room kept being fobbed off until we couldn’t be bothered . Were offered one room but was very dingy and dark so declined .
We were offered a picnic as we were going on an all day excursion with an early start . Our dietary needs were clearly stated but come morning all were meat sandwiches for vegetarians a banana and apple and the bottle of water we had to beg for not just on the day but most days . Advised to refill our bottles at the bar. The staff cleaning our room bent over backwards to find us sealed bottles

A few ants in the room which I dealt with myself as had appropriate deterrent for it .
If you didn’t close the toilet seat you room had an odour otherwise room was actually clean
Spa don’t bother .
No robes if we were told would have brought the ones in our room .
Had to go to 3 different rooms to complete our treatments with just a towel wrapped around us !! Why could they not move their products 😳
Products used were of poor quality too and left a layer on me couldn’t wait to shower it all off!
Asked to apply more pressure during massage but too busy telling me he was capable of reading into my life and got it all wrong!!
Pool area cleaned every morning and no complaints about this however no lifeguards

If I was not splitting the room cost between the 3 of us would have not tolerated any of the above so in essence got what I paid for 🙈
Would not really choose to go again as an all inclusive .

overall the hotel is lovely and relaxing. plenty of pools to choose from.
no music by the pools. so if you want peace and quite this is the hotel for you. plenty of space for everyone and rooms are clean and comfortable. toiletries /towels are also provided.

free wine and water on arrival. they even plated us some food and left it in our fridge because we arrive after 10pm.
if you want a large water bottle ask at reception and you can re fill it at the water fountain throughout your stay. there is a shop on site whoever, it has limited open times. but holds everything you could need.
towels can be rented out at a small charge £💶
lots of places outside the hotel take card and cash payments. but no where to exchange.

the diet coke was cheap and tasteless. so as a type 1 diabetic who doesn’t drink it was sad. The queue for the bar is long.

A beautiful, intimate hotel with gorgeous views. The beach, positioned in a cove, only a short shuttle away, boasts crystal clear and calm waters. The staff at the hotel are welcoming. Our room was lovely and the facilities were great! Would recommend this hotel.

We visited in September 2023 for a week. We hired a car, which we would recommend as the island is beautiful and there are so many lovely places to visit.
However, if you did just want to stay at the resort it is ideal too, with an easy walk to Bali beach (which we highly recommend).
Accommodation was perfect, our balcony overlooked the pool and the view of the mountains was beautiful.
Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great with lots of choice. Drinks by the pool bar were lovely.
Entertainment was good, there was just one night when the entertainment was poor but other than that we enjoyed it.
Could always get a sunbed. We did prefer the lower pool and went there mainly.
Staff were always friendly and happy.
7 months later we still miss it. Lots of happy memories.
However, if you did just want to stay at the resort it is ideal too, with an easy walk to Bali beach (which we highly recommend).
