Anny Studios Perissa Beach

I stayed here two nights in early June 2025 in room #1, one of the semi-basement rooms in front of the hotel. It was fine for me, but the only window is facing the pool which might be annoying to some guests (especially if people at the pool are noisy). The room was modern and clean (it has been updated since most of the pictures in other reviews were taken). Towels were white and fluffy. Many good seafood restaurants nearby. Beach is nice also. Close to bus stop, supermarkets and bakery.

Great time. Affordable and clean accommodations. Top notch friendly and helpful service! Voula was welcoming and made us feel right at home. There is a pool with the best priced drinks in the area. The black sand beach is 30 meters from the accommodations.

We looked for a room in Perissa at short notice on the same day via Air BnB. The price for the last-minute booking was okay. The two women at the reception were very helpful and friendly, the hotel manager spontaneously offered us an other, slightly larger room. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away. If the rooms are a little larger, the air conditioning definitely takes a while to cool down to bearable sleeping temperatures.

eat location 20m from the beach. Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, overall decent value for money. Complimentary coffee and tea to go with the kettle and cups would have been nice. Would highly recommend to solo travellers. Why does Tripadvisor now ask for 200 characters? I wanted to write a quick review, not an essay!

I was in June with my family and I had a great time, very kind and always available staff, very central location, very close to the sea, souvenir shops and mini market, the only flaw was the salt water that comes out of the taps, otherwise everything was very nice

We booked our stay over 18 months ago and have just returned from a weeks stay at Anny Studios.

On our arrival and after a fair bit of travel our transport that Anny Studios arranged collected us from the airport with ease and luxury for €40 for the 4 of us plus 2 cases.
At check in we had a warm welcome and a very informative familiarisation of the location (mini Market ,supermarket beach etc) and the island (where to visit, places of interest) as well as catamaran tours etc which was great and exceeded everything I imagined for a welcome check in.

After showing our passport we were shown to our room through the breakfast/lounge passing the pool and bar area and through to secluded courtyard making it feel very private and quiet.

We had a 2 bed apartment which was great for us with boys of 9 and 15 on single beds in one room and then a double bed in a separate bedroom with balcony with chairs and table.
The bathroom was small but suffice with shower and shower curtain (our only dislike as they seem to attack you once wet 😆) there was a small kitchenette area too with fridge and sink and table and chairs. Plus A/C.

It had everything we needed for our stay and let's face it you spend most of the time outside the room. We had fresh towels & bedding every few days , bins emptied beds made and toilet rolls provided and replaced. We just had to get bottled water from the many mini markets close by for our stay to drink and brush teeth etc.

The pool area was small but great for the kids when we first arrived. They happily played in it and the sunbeds were comfy. The bar area lacked atmosphere and there's no one manning it being so quiet so you have to ask if you want anything but that's not an issue.
Reasonably priced and they also do a breakfast 'package' for just €8 tea/coffee juice pastry toast fruit etc

All in all the property is nestled right in the heart of Perissa with access to other apartments next door too and the beach 30 m away (down a small alleyway ) the quality and value for money I would not hesitate to stay here again. Rooms could be modernised a little and shower curtains replaced with a stone "screen" or wet room type style which is why i gave it a 4 but overall great little place to stay.

A fantastic price for a service that exceeded the price we paid. Our sincere thanks to Cynthia (my apologies as I appreciate this it not your full name and is a nickname) who went above and beyond.

When we arrived she asked would we like to know a little more about the Island and we were eager to hear more. She spent 15 minutes giving us a whistle stop tour of every interesting facet about the island and gifted us a map with hand written notes. In addition she and a very kind man called to our room to inspect the air con not long after we settled to make sure it was all good. She also organised a taxi on our departure and made personally sure it had arrived.
The hotel is nicely hidden from the streets so there is minimal noise and feels like a private villa at times.
The room was also fantastic, advice was given by the hotel at the start not to drink the water and directions given on where to get same. My one piece of advice is that there was no bin in the room besides the bathroom so we felt bad leaving our receipts and empty water bottles in a pile on the closet. I still would not mark down for this as the room as a whole was slick and clean.
A great stay made better by the impeccable service, Cynthia if you are reading this you are top class and no doubt have a bright future in any path you choose whether it’s at Anny or otherwise - my friend and I ( a manager of health insurance in Ireland and a manager of the national reptile zoo in Ireland) were commenting how you’d make a fantastic representative of any business.
