Queens Leriotis Hotel

When you travel from or to Pireus this is really good location and neighborhood with many restaurants and all things you need. I have no complaints about the hotel at all. The check in and check out were very smooth. Perhaps they could have some glasses in the room. Anyways definitely great value, though a bit far from airport but cannot have everything I guess...

This hotel is in a class by itself when it comes to the views from the rooms in the front of the hotel. It’s obviously an older building, but it’s also evident that attempts are being made to slowly upgrade and modernize it. I don’t know if it’s the age of the building, but the soundproofing is abysmal. One constantly hears water running through pipes, water gurgling through drains — aa well as voices from spaces above below and adjacent to the room I occupied (108). My room was spartan, although it was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable. However, I must say that the lack of a table, chair or luggage rack in the room was a definite drawback. There was also not a single shelf in the bathroom – including any place in the shower for laying down a razor, soap or shampoo. No towel hooks. There also was no bracket for mounting the handheld showerhead onto the wall over one’s head. I must also reiterate a complaint I often make when staying in Greek hotels, and that is their choice of featuring shampoos and conditioners that are made in China. There are enough Greek manufacturers of these products. The Greeks should be trying to support their fellow countryman, and not trying to save a few pennies, although the rooms are non-smoking, there are ashtrays provided on rooms with balconies. The staff is courteous. The provided “breakfast“ basically consists of a very nice automatic, coffee machine along with a couple of types of dry cereal. I was my only aggravated by the fact that the hotel lists parking as one of its provided services when, in reality, What they mean by this is that there is parking available on the streets surrounding the hotel. I believe that qualifies as a bit of a misrepresentation. Along with the beautiful views of the sea and of freighters and island ferries entering and exiting the harbor, the neighborhood is also a very quiet residential one. There are a number of seafood restaurants and cafés along the seafront, as well as a fully equipped supermarket, close by. All in all, One gets the feeling of being on a Greek island when staying at this hotel. I hope that the ownership and management of the establishment takes care of some of the issues I mentioned. If they do so it will truly be a gem in this corner of Piraeus.

Good hotel in full sea view , book earlier yo have better price ! The area is abit on the sea side and one bus only pass from their its better to have your own car to enjoy going out at night unless considering using taxi
