We thought staff was very pleasant and rooms were nice, but variable. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip. The first time there were two chairs so we could sit out on the balcony. The second time, there were no chairs. They could improve with at least two glasses in the room too, since there are two of us. They were very accommodating when we went downstairs and asked for a couple glasses with ice.

Amazing!! The service. From the attendant that open the elevator door to the prompt ,room service.Bottle of wine delivered with beautiful big glasses. Complimentary nuts and chocolate. Spectacular sunset from our balcony. Dinner as recommended from our waiter! Omg Greek salad with the absolute best olive oil and feta we have ever tasted. The main course was foodie heaven. The wine a Greek 2009 Laloudi was the final touch to make the Savoy my happy place.
The room was scrupiously clean, the staff friendly and efficient. I don't usually post big reviews but this place deserves it, they care about the guests in a very personal way, not experienced with the big chains. Thank-you Savoy.

Location is good. Rooms though need a serious refurbishment. Furniture is old and tired. The hairdryer is ridiculous- very old, overheating in your hands and looks dangerous. Had to ask for a toilet roll when we run out of it- could be avoided by just putting a spare in the room. The excessive noise that the cleaners make at 7 in the morning is just not taking into account that some guests are still sleeping. Expected much more of this place but very disappointed. Not staying again.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough!!
We stayed in the Savoy the night before we went off on our cruise. All the Staff were so friendly and polite. The room was lovely and clean.
On our way home we had a late flight and asked if we could leave our bags in the hotel. We decided to have lunch here and Adam the Manager joined us who we had been chatting to before we left. He was very friendly and made our experience one to remember. The staff also took care of us by booking transfers to the airport and made everything effortless.
We definitely will be back!!

The reception was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant has a very nice ambiance and quite a few choices in the menu. Also, the waitress is very polite, professional, knowledgeable about the food service and serves meals hot and in a timely manner. Kudos to the Kitchen Staff also. No problems. I Highly recommend Hotel Savoy.

Stayed in the updated suite way up top. Have to say I loved the city view and spacious balcony. Two bedrooms made it easy for my family to have their own space. Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Pireaus.

Enjoyed a restful stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and I found the service to be welcoming and friendly. Also enjoyed the breakfast, the coffee was delicious!

The facilities provided were great!! The rooms and lounge areas were very clean and everyone was really polite and helpful. It was our first time in Piraeus and the location was super convenient. Over-all I would say that is safe ,family friendly and value for money!!
