This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are tiny, the curtains are dirty, and the bathroom is horrific. I saw a comments about the bathroom light flickering, and I can confirm it’s like a light show in there. You can't even close the door because it’s blinding—my eyes hurt from it. I filmed the chaos.
The mirror is scratched and spotted, and the tub was dirty. There is no WiFi!!!!! On the positive side, they do change the bed sheets every day. On the bad side, on the last day, someone stole €100 from wallet. The owner is terrible, he look soulless.
There was one woman on staff who was very kind, you could see she is a good person, but altogether, it seems like they only treat Scandinavian guests well. I expect a defensive response from the owner, as I saw him arguing with the guests on various sites, but instead of arguing, he should focus on improving the hotel.
Location is good since is very close to west beach.
1 - The staff were friendly and professional
2 - The bed was comfortable.
It is a budget hotel for a reason. Little sound insulation inside the corridors meant a very loud night. The air conditioning in my room worked which is worth mentioning, but I was given no toilet paper at first.
Centrally located but noisy because of it. You get what you pay for.
Now for the negatives, which mostly come from the room itself. There was cleaning almost everyday, but I'm not sure there was actual cleaning because I often found bits of hair on the ground. I think it was done very badly or they just replaced the towels. There was also a dead cockroach in one of the bedrooms and in the other there was a line of ants that seemed to live by the toilet and behind one of the doors. The insect problem is the biggest problem and needs to be resolved immediately. Also the AC seemed to be brand new in one of the rooms but a relic in the other one. Nevertheless, this is a 2* hotel and we definitely enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff. If they would just fix up the hygienic problems they would have it all in the bag
The CP value at this price is too low
In addition, the somewhat dangerous elevator is definitely not suitable for children.
