Staff are friendly and will always interact with you when passing and help you if needed. This hotel is a great pick for being central to the old town and the beach. 10 minute walk to each if even

We stayed for just 1 night here post-flight. Caught the ferry the next morning. Lovely hotel with comfortable beds, fab bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay

We wish we had stayed another few nights as it would have been an excellent base to explore the city. Breakfast was also delicious and staff were very kind

There are lovely restaurants and bars around towards the beach direction that are much more reasonable than the old town. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rhodes Old Town

This small low cost hotel really packs a punch in Rhodes Town

It’s not allowed to get food or beverage from the buffet and take it to your room, but there’s room service at a charge ofcourse. You van eat with a view on the pool and the cats walking around

We didn't stay much by the pool and didn't get a chance to go in, but it looked nice enough, although it was shallow and didn't get much sun throughout the day

The room is very spacious and I loved the bath robe, which always gives me a luxurious feeling. You have a water heater in the room to make coffee or tea

The room was so spacious and clean with complimentary local treats and bottles of water upon arrival, which was a nice touch

Breakfast is a buffet and also covenient if you have mobility issues, because the tables are close to the buffet

When I visited (june) there were enough lounge beds, so you didn’t have to get up very early to reserve a spot. Which is not allowed by the hotel. I’m glad they have an eye for people who think they’re entitled to a bed

The owner and their employee Violetta were ready to help with anything we asked for! Ms Violetta was very friendly, kind and took care of all the mess we left and a few unexpected details after getting ready on our day and I am very thankful for this

It was our wedding and we booked the Bouganvillea suite for myself to get dressed on the day and the Ibiscus to stay for another 4 days with my husband. Everything was so well-organised and beautifully decorated

Wonderful little hotel thats walkable to old town. Has Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. The rooms are unique in their layout, which we are guessing due to renovation of old buildings.

Εxcellent appartment in high-quality renovated old building. 5 minute walk to the North-West side of the old city of Rhodes which is one of the most beautiful parts of the Island

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was beautiful, Nicolas was great with arrival and check in and Violeta was perfect as a host. All star service and fantastic breakfasts

Violeta is the cherry on the cake, she let you feel at home! Delicious breakfast (home made) and room with all comfort and studied in the detail

Great location. Private beach. 4 pools, water slides for the kids. WONDERFUL staff. Good food. Frequent busses to the city. It's all we wanted and more. If we go to Rhodos again we will absolutely go back here.

Good food, drinks selection and activities. We loved our time at the hotel. The only "negative" is that the hallway noise is loudly heard from within the rooms, but it was not as bad as one may think

The pool view rooms are the best option. NIKOLAS at the bar of those rooms is the best most attentive waiter/barman The food at the main buffet is not great The food at the al carte restaurants are better

An amazing hotel with a chilled out vibe and an extensive list of all inclusive food and drinks and staff that go above and beyond

Great hotel, excellent choice of foods, drinks, restaurants. Kids will love the slide pool, as will parents who can sun bathe whilst keeping an eye on them in the not too deep water

My only criticism was the main large pool was salt water, which I really don't like but I got used to this after a few days

Marina at the pool bar was an absolute gem! She clearly loves her job and the cocktails were amazing. The Latin American restaurant was unbelievable, but the buffet could have been a lot better (not a huge variety)

While there are a few points of criticism as mentioned in the other reviews, like longer waiting times at the bar when it's full, we think that the staff handles it as well as they can and none of these things minimized our nice experience

A Truly Exceptional All-Inclusive Experience! This hotel is an absolute gem, offering everything you could possibly want for a perfect vacation

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sheer number of sparkling clean pools, providing plenty of space for relaxation and fun

Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there

Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool

Indoor pool was quiet and warm open from 10 till 6 if I remember correctly. This truly is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return

Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11

30 ,but you could purchase after that which was great. Were shown to our room ,and they had left us chicken wraps. and pastries ,which we needed after our long trip

This hotel is close to Kalithea Springs ,which is in my opinion a must visit. Evening entertainment was exceptional, Opera and a band whilst we were there

Plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and beach. Food was all good throughout the day and varied

The room itself was quite big and very clean with bathroom being very spacious. Daily housekeeping also meant we came back from a whole day on the beach to clean towels and new bathroom essentials

You are also able to bring your drinks from the bar and snacks from the snack bar and enjoy them on the beach (Thea from the bar makes the best iced coffee by the way ❤️) There is always plenty of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served delicious Greek gyros and hot dogs

Had a lovely stay here exceeding my expectations after reading some of the slightly negative reviews. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel had very good facilities

We also had a lovely view from our hotel room as we booked the sea view room. It was very special waking up every morning and seeing the beautiful sea

The hotel has excellent facilities, we particularly loved the private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas which was on the doorstep from the hotel

I had the pleasure of dining at the Greek restaurant in the Mitsis Selection Alila hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience! The ambiance was charming and authentic, with warm decor and an inviting atmosphere

Large rooms with sea view. Comfortable bed. Beach has a mixture of small round stones and sand. Sort of free foot message. Water is still warm at beginning of October. It is a very relaxing place.

A very nice hotel, good service and good food. Also a special thanks to the lovely employees at the kids-club, who were so nice and helpful with our daughter. She really enjoyed the activities there

One of the highlights of our stay was the food—especially at the Italian restaurant, which was exceptional! The variety and quality of the dishes were top-notch, and we found ourselves returning several times

Flor, Domi, and Rania were amazing throughout our stay – they always greeted us with a big smile, were attentive to every request, and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was worry-free

By the end of the trip, we felt like part of the family. Lastly, the private beach and the spa are both beautiful clean and relaxing. We will definitely be returning to the Mitsis Alila Resort in the future

We enjoyed tremendously the hospitality, kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Everything was just right. The rooms were clean, towels changed every day. Lovely pool, lots of rest. In short, highly recommended.

Breakfast was great as well lots of choice, location was great less than 5 minutes to the beach, about 20 mins from the airport and 30 from Rhodes, with bus trips available to book through the hotel at €8 per adult

The restaurant at the hotel was also brilliant and the pool was lovely. All in all a nice low key hotel very quiet and just what we wanted

Me and my sisters stayed for 7 night, the staff all went above and beyond they were all so friendly and helpful, the room was perfect and we got fresh towels etc every day

Slight improvements could be made, such as having a courtesy room for later checkouts. Showering in the pool shower, for our late checkout wasn't the best

Lovely pool / bar area with plenty sun beds available, food is of good quality but is little bit more expensive than surrounding restaurants

The waterpark attached to this hotel is good - Only 4 slides however is good fun for a few hours

That's lovely hotel, room was nice and clean (thanks to cleaning team),just a few meters away from beech ,plenty of swimming pools and entertainment,make that hotel great for families

The Mediterranean à la carte was a personal favorite — every bite felt like a fine dining experience. Equally impressive was the service throughout the hotel. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and attentive

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed, especially by the culinary experience and the exceptional service. The main restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes with something new every day

Karaoke night was a particular highlight with Fredric singing horrifically but everyone loving it. 😂😂 again great energy making it very inclusive for everyone. I don’t know where they get the energy from

So yes you had to be up early to secure a sunbed but no worse than other 5* all inclusive hotels we've been too. Dimitri who is in charge around the pool area is brilliant and will help you if you struggle

The beach and sea are gorgeous and water so clear. The pool is huge and lots of easy access points. one of the best buffets choice wise. and generally food was excellent

The adult pool bar was run by Thanos. the nicest most efficient friendly member of staff there!! One small niggle. we had an hour slot in a random room on check out day. not cleaned in-between other bookings

This hotel seemed to restrict that. Beach bar only open for 4 hrs and water park bar 5 hrs. Which meant nothing available thereafter till 6 pm when the buffet opens

Great family holiday, fab location on the beach and close proximity to Rhodes town for a bit of culture when had your fill of food and drink! Beds are comfy, rooms quiet and clean, housekeepers are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble

The a la carte restaurants were also very very good. General cleanliness outstanding. If you like sun until the very end of day sit on beds nearest the beach. Although there were hundreds of sun beds on the beach too

The service? Top-notch, whether you're at the main restaurant, the pool bar or if you need any assistance from the front desk

Our next stay in Rhodos will be in the hotel Esperos Mare. Everything was perfect /room, food, sea, animations, not far to Rhodes City and Lindos. Especially perfect was staff, mainly chef and receptionist Mrs

The hotel meets expectations: a picturesque green area with a clean beach, warm crystal clear sea (at the end of July), enough free sunbeds (but the best places are taken if you like to sleep longer), always bottled water in the room; the kitchen deserves 5 - every day various tasty dishes, coffee is ok

The beach is literally next to the pools. Service and food were exceptional. Huge selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The latter two were completely different each day. All staff were super friendly as well

I would definitely rate this hotel a 10 out of 10! It was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, and the location was perfect for a stay

The hotel was apparently fully booked but it never felt crowded. We always found a spot with an umbrella around one of the two pools and there're also plenty loungers by the sea and the lazy river

As a family vacation for beach and pool activities the Hotel was great. As for wellness/fitness both adults and teenagers expected a lot more and for that this hotel is not an option

A very welcoming, clean and nice hotel. + on the beach, snorkling is ok right off the beach, great pool area, nice rooms, great breakfast, attentive staff, bus stop right outside

Yoga and pilates classes take place outdoors in an area with limited shade and should be earlier or later as well. Not always experienced yoga instructors but always with a lot of energy

- the gym is way too hot for working out during the day and should be in a seperate area with AC or at least open earlier and close later to avlid the hot hours

The hotel is so beautiful, the staff are super friendly and very attentive. I went with my fiancée and 1 year old son. The hotel isn’t the most child friendly place as there wasn’t a kids pool or children entertainment

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. A wide choice of food which caters for everyone, you will never go hungry. If you have a sunbed in the garden area, you have plenty of room to spread out

The pillows were the fluffiest I have ever slep in. We were staying in room 303 - view pointing to the pool. So fun to wake up to this view and turn to sleep at night. I truly recommend this hotel!!!

From being greeted on our arrival, offered a glass of sparkling wine to then being driven up to our room and experiencing the incredible views over the Mediterranean Sea and private pool

The views are gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is delicious (in case you’re debating whether to go half or full board, rest assured the buffet is first-class), the location is great if you want to see the island but also have some piece and quiet when you’re back

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was excellent, as were all the hotel facilities. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the option to use the partner hotel's beach for a reasonable price was a great bonus

I stayed here Summer of 2022 as a solo traveler and had the most amazing time. I felt very comfortable and safe, it was perfect for a relaxing holiday. My room was wonderfully close to reception, huge and beautiful

Above all, the staff were just incredible, not only genuinely nice but actually going the extra mile from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. This for us made it a real premium experience

Every morning was great walking down for the gym or on some other mornings, a buffet breakfast which I must say, was one of the best quality array of different selections which would cater for everyone

The pool is a good size and is always a fairly relaxing environment and the beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel which has great beds and a beach bar all for a good price

After a long exhausting year at university my friends and I knew a holiday was much needed! Alas, we stumbled across the Epsilon Hotel and boy did all of our years only go up after this experience

There was plenty of kitchen space so we were able to prepare food in if we wanted too, the bathroom area was lovely with a BRILLIANT shower and the balcony was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea

We immediately noted the cleanliness of this vicinity and the staff were very welcoming and helpful which as a result made the check in process as smooth as silk

However, road noise can be heard from the apartment which is something to consider. I really recommend staying here

The room was spacious so that with 4 adults it didn’t feel too close for comfort but cozy enough to feel like home
