Violeta is the cherry on the cake, she let you feel at home! Delicious breakfast (home made) and room with all comfort and studied in the detail

The place has a luxury feel with free wine, water, coffee and tea available to you in your room. A HAIRDRYER🤯😍 and free WiFi and air con. Plus a lovely balcony! The bathroom is gorgeous

Backstory: we’re on our honeymoon and were staying in Lindos but our hotel was so bad (no hairdryer, very dirty and unclean, shelling out cash for air con and WiFi) that we decided to go on a mini break to Rhodes to see the old town

I’m obsessed and almost in tears right now having come from probably the worst hotel to the loveliest place I can imagine! Thank you elite hotels! Our honeymoon has begun because of you❤️

Let me tell you as soon as I walked into elite I got a lovely vibe, especially as Christina the receptionist was so lovely and kind to us both

Simple perfect! Great location, beach and old town walking distance, no need to rent a car even if the hotel has one place for guest parking

Walkable to the busier areas / port etc. Air con that works Overall as two female travellers always felt very safe in area and in hotel - Rooms are nice but are somewhat dated, our bathroom had old peeling silicone

Our room had a nice sized balcony too with view of the pool. The only thing I would mention was the bathroom needed modernising but I believe they are in the process of modernising all of the rooms

Great breakfast selection, not too busy. Beds are comfortable and very big Situated away from the main busy tourist areas but surrounded by local restaurants and coffee places which all sell much nicer food

- Noise really travels through the vent syatem - we had a very loud quest next door who came back at midnight and made noise until 2am. Reception did kindly sort this when we informed them of it

One suggestion I would make also is to have shampoo/body wash and conditioner available as this wasn’t the case and you had hand cream and I believe swapping this would be a good change

Hotel is clean, the staff take great pride in keeping it this way Reception team are kind, polite, always say hi and help where and if you need it. We felt this really made our stay

It’s not allowed to get food or beverage from the buffet and take it to your room, but there’s room service at a charge ofcourse. You van eat with a view on the pool and the cats walking around

The room is very spacious and I loved the bath robe, which always gives me a luxurious feeling. You have a water heater in the room to make coffee or tea

When I visited (june) there were enough lounge beds, so you didn’t have to get up very early to reserve a spot. Which is not allowed by the hotel. I’m glad they have an eye for people who think they’re entitled to a bed

I’d give this hotel 6 stars if I could !!! A pure class act & the staff to match it. Gorgeous rooms and even better location. Huge shout out to the lovely reception, bar & kitchen staff

From arriving late at night to leaving our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful especially Skiaoleni (hope that’s spelt correctly)

There are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, somyou don’t need to walk far to get something to eat. The sun rises at the front of the hotel and sets at the back

Great location. Private beach. 4 pools, water slides for the kids. WONDERFUL staff. Good food. Frequent busses to the city. It's all we wanted and more. If we go to Rhodos again we will absolutely go back here.

Good food, drinks selection and activities. We loved our time at the hotel. The only "negative" is that the hallway noise is loudly heard from within the rooms, but it was not as bad as one may think

The pool view rooms are the best option. NIKOLAS at the bar of those rooms is the best most attentive waiter/barman The food at the main buffet is not great The food at the al carte restaurants are better

An amazing hotel with a chilled out vibe and an extensive list of all inclusive food and drinks and staff that go above and beyond

Great hotel, excellent choice of foods, drinks, restaurants. Kids will love the slide pool, as will parents who can sun bathe whilst keeping an eye on them in the not too deep water

My only criticism was the main large pool was salt water, which I really don't like but I got used to this after a few days

Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there

Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool

Indoor pool was quiet and warm open from 10 till 6 if I remember correctly. This truly is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return

Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11

30 ,but you could purchase after that which was great. Were shown to our room ,and they had left us chicken wraps. and pastries ,which we needed after our long trip

This hotel is close to Kalithea Springs ,which is in my opinion a must visit. Evening entertainment was exceptional, Opera and a band whilst we were there

I sent my husband to reception to report the water in the bathroom, and the receptionist came to dry the water, telling us he'd talk to the manager the next day to resolve the situation

One important issue is the lack of supervision at the pool — unfortunately, some guests ignored the rules, jumping dangerously into the water near small children and rinsing sandy feet directly in the pool

The sunbeds at the beach were not the best especially in comparison to the sinbeds at the pool (but these were all taken by latest 8 am and as said at the pool it was very loud and the music was not great) Overall, it was a decent experience - but we were lucky to have a car with which we could escape the hotel from time to time

Areas for Improvement: While the facilities were generally good, we did notice that the pool area could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy times

There was water on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty, the mirror was stained. basically, the bathroom was old and full of silicone everywhere

We stayed for 7 days, and every time we took a shower, the bathroom filled with water. No one came to check on the situation, much less change our room

Hotel is clean and spacious and definitely one of the best ones in Rhodes, main issue is that there is no separation from the adult only and family parties and therefore can be very noisy around the pools and buffet dining

There is an adults only pool but in the six days we were there it was packed and no space available (despite getting up at 6am). The al la carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit as well as the Champagne bar

I had the pleasure of dining at the Greek restaurant in the Mitsis Selection Alila hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience! The ambiance was charming and authentic, with warm decor and an inviting atmosphere

A very nice hotel, good service and good food. Also a special thanks to the lovely employees at the kids-club, who were so nice and helpful with our daughter. She really enjoyed the activities there

Flor, Domi, and Rania were amazing throughout our stay – they always greeted us with a big smile, were attentive to every request, and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was worry-free

The Mitsis Alila resort is truly a magical place. We were very fortunate to have our wedding reception at the resort, and everything was perfect. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean

We enjoyed tremendously the hospitality, kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Everything was just right. The rooms were clean, towels changed every day. Lovely pool, lots of rest. In short, highly recommended.

The restaurant at the hotel was also brilliant and the pool was lovely. All in all a nice low key hotel very quiet and just what we wanted

Slight improvements could be made, such as having a courtesy room for later checkouts. Showering in the pool shower, for our late checkout wasn't the best

Throughout our stay,I can only describe the staff as very warm,welcoming and friendly. We were in the hotel on b+b basis,however we did lunch,and dinner a few times and the food brought to us was of excellent quality

Breakfast was great as well lots of choice, location was great less than 5 minutes to the beach, about 20 mins from the airport and 30 from Rhodes, with bus trips available to book through the hotel at €8 per adult

Having reached the Matoula Beach late evening on Friday 13th June,we were welcomed,and everything was covered and explained to us fully by the receptionist Fotis

Loved it! Nice clean rooms, pools and seating the restaurants are nice and when they are not open there are giros chips and pizza available by the pool lovely view of the sea whilst at the bar you can sit on the beach some great cocktails and mocktails a lovey Spa, lovely staff and shops have just what you need perfect t holiday

That's lovely hotel, room was nice and clean (thanks to cleaning team),just a few meters away from beech ,plenty of swimming pools and entertainment,make that hotel great for families

The Mediterranean à la carte was a personal favorite — every bite felt like a fine dining experience. Equally impressive was the service throughout the hotel. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and attentive

Nice food on the main restaurant, plenty of choice and very tasty 😋. Stuff is amazing, thank to all waitress🍽,receptionist, cleaners, really nice and warm people

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed, especially by the culinary experience and the exceptional service. The main restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes with something new every day

Karaoke night was a particular highlight with Fredric singing horrifically but everyone loving it. 😂😂 again great energy making it very inclusive for everyone. I don’t know where they get the energy from

Kids slides are only open one at a time at different slots throughout the day which resulted in long wait times, the largest slide has a height restriction, which I understand but with a 10 year old was upsetting when the others were all closed

The sunbed situation is terrible, unless you get up at 7. 00am and sit with your things until 9am you will not get a sunbed, and if you leave before 9am your things will be moved

Staff are lovely, but there are not enough staff at the pool bars causing long waits at times

There is no entertainment really at night that's worth watching, the entertainment team dress up and sing etc but other resorts I'm comparing to had external entertainment come in and do large shows which were really good so these ones were very poor in my opinion

Drinks were all very good quality and the cocktails well made, the house white was nice (sweet one not the dry. ) There's some building work to the side but we didn't see it or have it impact our stay

there was plenty of drama about this which almost made getting up bearable to watch it all unfold I suppose. Food is lovely, the Asian and Greek were delicious, beach BBQ nice but beware of the wasps

We visited a lot of hotels on the Greek islands and we did not return to any. But Esperia Group is exceptional. We were twice at the Esperides Beach and Family and we will be happy to Esperos Mare

But the atmosphere of this wonderful place make great employees - always helpful, kind and professional receptionists, restaurant, bar and beach staffs, cleaners, excellent cooks and pastry chefs

Thanks to them and especially their amazing team leader Lilla, there was entertainment, sports, dancing and competitions from morning till night

The only thing is that seaside view is smth we don’t like. Overall, would recommend this hotel

Animation team - Lilla, Natalia, Giulia and Giada - have made this hotel absolute perfect

ine of the best all inclusive I have been to very clean, well maintained , and literally right on the beach with nothing separating the beach and the pool 40 min bus ride to the old town and an hours walk to faliraki

A very welcoming, clean and nice hotel. + on the beach, snorkling is ok right off the beach, great pool area, nice rooms, great breakfast, attentive staff, bus stop right outside

We came as a family of 6, the hotel facilities are exceptional, the cleanliness in our rooms was second to none, the pools/lazy river were all very clean as were all areas around them

Yoga and pilates classes take place outdoors in an area with limited shade and should be earlier or later as well. Not always experienced yoga instructors but always with a lot of energy

But there is a water park opposite the hotel which my son loved and was perfect for all ages

As a family vacation for beach and pool activities the Hotel was great. As for wellness/fitness both adults and teenagers expected a lot more and for that this hotel is not an option

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. A wide choice of food which caters for everyone, you will never go hungry. If you have a sunbed in the garden area, you have plenty of room to spread out

Towel cards are handed out at check in, which can then be collected next to the shop near the pool from 10am each day. - the safe in your room is free, which is operated with your room key

The carvery station at the evening meal is a nice touch too. - plenty of sun loungers available around the pool and on the beach. - beach towels are free, no deposit required

Just incredible! Best family holiday we had. Food was stunning for an all inclusive and kids were more than happy work the mocktail list and ice cream and doughnuts readily available

From being greeted on our arrival, offered a glass of sparkling wine to then being driven up to our room and experiencing the incredible views over the Mediterranean Sea and private pool

The views are gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is delicious (in case you’re debating whether to go half or full board, rest assured the buffet is first-class), the location is great if you want to see the island but also have some piece and quiet when you’re back

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was excellent, as were all the hotel facilities. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the option to use the partner hotel's beach for a reasonable price was a great bonus

I stayed here Summer of 2022 as a solo traveler and had the most amazing time. I felt very comfortable and safe, it was perfect for a relaxing holiday. My room was wonderfully close to reception, huge and beautiful

Above all, the staff were just incredible, not only genuinely nice but actually going the extra mile from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. This for us made it a real premium experience

Every morning was great walking down for the gym or on some other mornings, a buffet breakfast which I must say, was one of the best quality array of different selections which would cater for everyone

All of the reception staff go above and beyond, they were so welcoming and went out of their way to help and check in with me throughout my stay. The apartments are very spacious and mines had a beautiful view of the sea

We didn't use the pool as we were on the beach but would recommend water shoes for entrance into the sea as it's pebbley

The room was spacey, cozy and had everything we needed. Beach just next door (very good service there as well) and a small pool downstairs. Buss connections worked swiftly and uncomplicatedly

After a long exhausting year at university my friends and I knew a holiday was much needed! Alas, we stumbled across the Epsilon Hotel and boy did all of our years only go up after this experience

There was plenty of kitchen space so we were able to prepare food in if we wanted too, the bathroom area was lovely with a BRILLIANT shower and the balcony was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea

We immediately noted the cleanliness of this vicinity and the staff were very welcoming and helpful which as a result made the check in process as smooth as silk
