We just wished the gym didn’t close so early. The pools and beach front were lovely. Old town is just a few minutes walk from the hotel making the location great. What made our stay extra special was the staff

The location and the service are perfect. The variety of restaurants and food is excellent, and the quality is very, very good. Their rooms do need some shape up upgrade, but they’re still good

there is a show every night with a different band and kind of music. They have an excellent option of shower room if you already made your check out but leave the hotel later. Indeed, very much recommend recommended

Towels were replaced in the middle of the day, so there was no need to wait until the next morning, which I think is a big advantage and enhances the experience

The cleanliness at the hotel was of a high standard. They cleaned the rooms and other areas, like the dining room and the pool area, very well

Hotel Mitsis Grand in Rhodes has always been a favorite destination of me and my family for 10 years and we have been there at least 9 times and we are always pleased with our stay because we met many friendly staff who are always happy to remember and welcome us

The staff is very friendly and made our stay there amazing! Food is also very good. There is a public beach right accross the street, which is very nice for swimming and relaxing. Two sunbeds with umbrella are 20€ a day

They also removed all but 8 sunbeds and barrier off this area for the conference which was only used twice a day. First floor rooms 131 - 135 are above the bar and conference area

We spent a week At the hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the great hospitality. We were upgraded to a family suite with a sea view. Seeing the sun rise every morning was breathtaking

The location is right on the city beach, certainly the best choice in the whole town. The staff is friendly and professional, special praise goes to the lovely waitress Marijana

So glad to have picked this hotel. It was right at the beach where we relaxed and tanned daily. The room was so nice & clean and the staff very helpful

The rooms vary, of course, according to what you pay but are all scrupulously clean, and it's possible, if you're clever, to get a room at the back overlooking the pool and palms without breaking any bank

Location is convinenet, not too long way to go anywhere. For longer stay, you would like to have some kind of couch in a room. Pool area is compact but big enough still to take the sun in

I have only ever used it when making the trip from the UK to the distant Dodecanese, when it's wise to get to Rhodes then break your long day's travel with a recuperative night here before you get the ferry onwards, and the same on the return

close to harbour, local tavernas. Taxi back from old town if needed 7 euros. Can't fault this hotel! Breakfast caters for all dietary needs - continental, cooked, etc. Rooms immaculate and cleaned daily if required

Quiet (in the right room), relaxed, and the breakfast buffet is astonishing, perfect even for us vegans. A real haven, and very central

Housekeeping is very nice and helpful. Really good cosmetics products in a room. Rooms were really clean and tidy. Food was out of this world, everyday was different cuisine which was ideal

After check out you can still leave your luggage and use swimming pool or shower. Really good quality of everything. Huge recommendation ❤️ Definitely gonna come back

The staff is among the best I've ever encountered, from the receptionist who goes above and beyond to assist with everything and provides personal attention to each guest, to the dining room staff, who were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed, especially with our small children (and a special mention to the friendly pizza chef who makes the best...

That was one of the best stays in a hotel in my life. Staff of this hotel are so nice and friendly, always will help you with anything you need. Beds in a room are really comfortable

Food was good, the beach is literally a minute away, lovely long stretch of beach and plenty of sun beds. You can walk all the way around to the port in old town, takes about 20 minutes

Very nice people working there. Great location right next to the beach with sea view and 15 minutes walk to Rhodes downtown. Something didn’t work out in the original room that we booked, so we got an upgrade

The pool within the hotel is like a bigger jakuzi. If there are more than 2 persons, it is considered crowded

Always welcoming staff at the front desk. They kindly upgraded us knowing we were staying longer. Greek bouzoukia playing every night which was great to be serenaded with that on our arrival

The breakfast at hotel was fantastic - everything you could possibly think of was available & the food was so fresh & tasty. The hotel is well situated for bars & good restaurants in the area

Lovely hotel - public areas clean & spacious. Our room was lovely although bathroom on small side. We had internal view but struck lucky as we had a large balcony & garden view

My friends and I all have poor or no sight, and with their help we were able to avoid the busy confusing buffet breakfast as they brought everything to us

Pool area not particularly large but there is so much to do on the island that we weren't at pool area before 3pm & had no problem getting a sunbed. The staff at hotel were all very friendly & welcoming

Prices for drinks wher in line with drinks at the bars locally, in our opinion, a little high but not crazy. The pool area is good with a decent sized pool,bar, plenty of loungers, and snack bar area

Rooms are a little bit small, but there is everything you would need. Very nice pure white bed linen, which was changed regularly, as were the towels, also very high quality

What an amazing central hotel in Rhodes town. Staff were top class in every department and met all our needs with a smile. Breakfast provided a brilliant array of dishes to suit the needs of everyone

Everything is perfect. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. Towels are changed every day and the room is thoroughly cleaned. The buffet breakfast is very varied. I will definitely come again.

We stayed at the Esperia for 10 days from 10 June. This hotel is fantastic value for money. Our room was at the rear overlooking the pool and very quiet for sleeping at night

We didn't stay in the hotel but visited the bar. The waitress was very nice and gave us free crisps to go alongside our drinks. I loved my Mai Tai cocktail, which was really strong and a large glass

The service there was excellent and there was a very personal attitude and I have never felt such an attitude anywhere in the world. The price is very cheap and you get more for your value

Excellent internet. Recently renovated and modern. Super clean. Ample parking. Perfect location within walking distance of the old town and a few minute drive to the highways.

And the place is about 5 minutes early from the new and old city right in the center of everything! I had an amazing week and highly recommend going there

For high needs people maybe this hotel is bad, but for me it was really nice place, close to the center and all attractions, room got cleaning almost everyday. Stuff at the reception was the nicest.

We tried to sleep there one night but we got symptoms because of the mold and got a new room. In the second room, we looked under the mattress and found a bed bug's shir. We complained about the room and got a third room

But the showerhead fell on the floor and broke and one morning the toilet didn't flush anymore. We complained about them right away in the morning,but they didn't fix the toilet until 11:00 p

the breakfast was bad, the woman working at the breakfast was lovely, congested, in good condition The hotel did not meet its expectations. We got one room which was really moldy

We were contacted zenhotels by email and once they answered and promised to be in touch with the hotel. After that we didn't hear from zenhotels

The paint on the wall is peeling off and the toilet is really moldy. The walls and the shower curtain are completely covered in mold

But it didn’t hinder the experience we had! The staff at the hotel are incredible and will help you with anything you need

What an amazing first trip to Greece and Rhodes, not a 4 star hotel but great value for money in a good location! All the staff especially the nightshift reception guy Paris was so welcoming and friendly

The pool has no view but why go there when in 3 minutes you can take a bath in the wonderful blue sea? It is not a 4 star hotel more of a 3 star but for my and my wife it was perfect

At nights lot of finnish people scream and drinking in hotel. Location is very good, only 100m from sea and lots of shops, bars and so on around. Pool and sundeck area is good. There is also nice bar in hall

The staff and manager are very nice and kind. The pool is not the one shown in the picture is different. The furniture in the rooms is very old and painted. The rooms are small compared to a 4-star hotel.

LGBT friendly! Knowing that some of the rooms have already been updated, I think this hotel is a great day! Unfortunately, my husband and I stayed in a room that wasn’t updated

Good service, clean and nice hotel, lovely location, fabulous service was possibility to go the shower in the evening before flight even we have given up our room at the check out time

We both absolutely loved our stay here, the room was clean, spacious and comfy, we opted for a 'side sea view' and still had a beautiful view of the old windmills and the sunset over the sea each night

Georgina’s coffee-making skills are top-notch, and she always seemed to know exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring. Alexia was equally impressive, with her warm personality and keen attention to detail

Had a couple issues with the room, which the staff quickly fixed with no further problems x Breakfast served daily, and a mini fridge in the room. The lady who cooked the eggs and pancakes every morning is a superstar! X

We spent our honeymoon in Rhodes, and we chose this hotel and it was a very good decision, because we had everything we needed. The beach was very close, so we could visit it every day, but we also used the hotel pool

The rooms were perfect, we had enough space, we really did have a sea view, the cleaning was daily, and the breakfast was amazing

The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they smiled a lot, which is also very important. All in all it was a great experience, we were really satisfied

Great location! Located 2 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. On the day of arrival I was warmly greeted by Julia. All facilities, including my room, were immaculate

Great small hotel within easy walking distance of Rhodes walled centre. Standard rooms a little small but staff really friendly and helpful. We were bed and breakfast so didn't take evening meal

Although this is only a 3 star hotel, staff takes care of you during the whole stay. The swimming pool is big enough to fit customers (although it closes at 6pm, which is too early)

The pool area is nice and safe for kids (not to deep) and there is a bar with a variety of drinks and snacks

I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel only because of these 2 guys alone, really great people, plus the rest of the staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful, it was a very pleasant stay for me and my friends

All the staff at the hotel is super friendly, and amazing ownership. Rooms are super clean and the cleaning staff are around most mornings if you need something. I really love this hotel and I feel like I’m home here

The hotel is well located there is a supermarket just across the street and a lot of bar and restaurants nearby. As for the rooms the beds are not very comfortable the need to fix that issue

The grounds were very attractive and the pool was very well kept. We managed to get sun beds in sunny spots on the days we wanted

The food was of a really high standard and much more imaginative and interesting than we expected. We had three evening meals at the hotel which is unusual as normally we like to go to different restaurants each night

George the lifeguard arrives at 10am every day and was super helpful. You can have breakfast and dinner looking out over the pool and gardens which is a beautiful setting

We stayed for a week in October. We would highly recommend the hotel. It was in a good location for walking to the old town. Our room was spotlessly clean, a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable

The pool was well managed, but can be busy, however you can get a sun lounger if you are patient and can sit in the chairs nearby while you wait. There was always a free one, after about 3pm

I had a lot of fun especially in pool bar Aqua the guys there was so professional and polite and I suggest to all of you to go there thank you for everything

Comfortable access to a great beach! The restaurant is just amazing. Great Italian food! We ate there 3 days in a row and each night different great dishes. Warm, welcoming and professional staff

and breakfast was a served on an afternoon tea tray with a section for food with just one of each item to share and a small cooked menu. the casino seems to be the main function to the hotel which is inside the hotel

the location is perfect 10 mins walk to the old town and in the beach too. everywhere is very clean … rooms had everything you need. the shower over the spa bath is a little tricky getting in via a stool

Modest hotel on the sea shore. Location is great. The personal is very helpful. Clean and accurate rooms. There are pool, bar, car rent and even PCR test ordering. Breakfast is average, but enough.

Centre of the town but far away from the noise. Good for people of all ages. Big plus the beach is just across the street. Rooms with sea view!!!!!

There was a lot of other annoying sounds in the room, for example from the way-too loud refigerator. Most of the personel was quite grumpy and there was a lot of salesmen by the pool

You must visit the pool bar of the hotel which offers a lot of refreshing drinks and the girl there has great knowledge of drinks. But also she will surely serve you in the best way ! Such a lovely lady!!!xx

Great hotel! Basic rooms but has a fridge and crockery. The pool area is lovely but get there early to ensure you get a bed. Very good location for the new town and the beach. 15 minute walk to the old town

Excellent in every respect. Very good sea view location. Polite and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and clean rooms with many facilities. Very nice experience for families with kids.
