Out trip was amazing we loved it here all the staff were fantastic We stayed in 316 over looking the pool with a fabulous view behind

The service here is very attentive and clears away empty plates immediately and provides drinks so that you never have to wait long

Overall, the hotel is good, with a great location close to everything. The food is average and does not really change from day to day. Many thanks to the entire team. we would be happy to return in the future!

Housekeeping is very nice and helpful. Really good cosmetics products in a room. Rooms were really clean and tidy. Food was out of this world, everyday was different cuisine which was ideal

Excellent internet. Recently renovated and modern. Super clean. Ample parking. Perfect location within walking distance of the old town and a few minute drive to the highways.

And the place is about 5 minutes early from the new and old city right in the center of everything! I had an amazing week and highly recommend going there

I liked your entrance hall and services mainly in your restaurant, so pleasant employees and there is clear environment. But you should improve a bathroom in hotel's rooms and a balcony with its view

Service is nice, always smiley and helpful. (We were talking to people with basic rooms and would recommend to pay more for the upgraded ones). For night entertainment, it is crucial to travel to the city (Rhodos)

The bar served tasty beer, and the beautiful pool area had a perfect grassy spot for relaxation. Internet was fast and reliable, and our room’s furniture was crafted from lovely solid wood, adding a touch of elegance

We (a couple without kids) had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish

but everything was just great! We had three double rooms booked and after arriving they offered us apartments with beautiful sea view without paying extra and we could see all the rooms and decide what we want

The hotel app is great for ordering drinks or food round by the pool (limited food options however) and for any other things like room service, booking the restaurants, housekeeping etc

Lovely people our parents stayed at this hotel and due to a travel agent messing up we ended up in a hotel further down the road which is vile the cosmopolitan have been extremely helpful and aloud us to buy a all inclusive band to there hotel even though we was staying some were else as the food at the hotel we was staying in was disgusting so this now means we have access to all the cosmopolitan...

I had a great experience staying at Sol Cosmopolitan Ixia. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. They greeted me with smiles on their faces and answered all my questions

We did not get a renovated room but it was still nice and honestly I would have preferred it with the beautiful dark hardwood furniture, large space, and balcony with gorgeous views! It’s a relaxed hotel and has tons of space for conventions/ competitions

We stayed at this hotel for the Martial Arts World Tournament and this hotel did an amazing job! We had thousands of people (filled the hotel plus another hotel) and wow! The hospitality manager (Nicholas) is fantastic

Lito Hotel is very good place for vacation in this category. There are clean rooms, delicious food, pool and pool bar. Every staff member is very friendly and helpful - every eye contact means smile and good vibe

I had a balcony with a sea view, which was nice especially at sunset. Plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, seating and tables. Again all in good working order. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner

I can't stand the "towel on the sunbed" gang, and this hotel has them by the dozen, mainly British clowns! Plenty to do around the hotel if you don't fancy being stuck to the "All inclusive"

Rooms are a perfect size, bathroom has everything you needed as it has good quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotion all included and the shower is excellent

Proper coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge (extra to get anything in it though and a little over priced. Beds are very comfy and a choice of pillows

What a great experience!! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with drinks. The reception was always friendly and ready to help you. The rooms and the hotel itself were taken care of down to the last detail

The Oregano restaurant had yummy gyros, the rooftop bar was so bliss, views were amazing and the entertainment each night was something for everyone

Rooms are adequate but try to avoid the rear hotel rooms or you will be looking at trees and a side of a large hill. Roof bar does good entertainment and there’s a good breeze in the evening

Hotel was amazing, location was next to the beach, 10 minutes taxi ride into Rhodes old and new town and very close to the airport

Here for a 2 week holiday including a wedding. Lots to do and about 10 minutes by taxi into Rhodes Old Town. Haven't tried all the restaurant yet, but so far so good

The view from the main pool was amazing. The a la carte restaurants were of a great standard with lots of choices. The staff were wonderful and very attentive

We booked on a last minute all inclusive holiday at the end of October. It was half term school holidays so busy with families. We were a couple so not ideal for us

The soft drinks were makes and not just cheap and tasteless. Some of the cleaning staff were great and very helpful

There was a great variety of main meals and even snacks at the snack bar had a wide choice, Never seen so much anywhere else before. The room we got was possible one of the older ones non the less it was clean and tidy

Only thing that I can possibly mention is evertime i went to the reception the staff was always talking amongst themselves whilst you were getting served and since I don't speak any Greek and they spoke English I found this a bit rude

We also really appreciated the kids' menu, which made meals a lot easier for us. The kids' club was a lifesaver! Our son had the best time there—it was full of fun activities, and the staff were fantastic with the kids

The staff were so friendly and engaged in general conversation. Special mention to Alex at the front desk, he so helpful with the getting us checked in. Mary in the restaurant was awesome, kind and attentive

Had a fab week at Helena, first time to Greece. Beautiful resort with stunning trees and plants. Normally head to the Canaries in October but as they are anti tourist now decided to try Rhodes

But prefect hotel food was great plenty option and got upgraded to a swim up pool room for free. Staff are friendly and excellent service

Beautiful resort everything was perfect. Only thing I didn't like is they didn't offer an iron you had to pay for ironing service

We were pleasantly surprised by this after a long day of travelling, and it was just a lovely gift from the staff for our anniversary/birthday. All the food and drinks are amazing

Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11

Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town. Wide variety of drinks at the main bar ,and the staff were brilliant. hot chocolate before bed was great ,Aperol was perfect (my fav drink ) ,nice wine and beers Main dining room

Varied breakfast ,fresh omelettes daily ,salad ,cooked breakfast ,breads ,porridge yoghurt. The dining staff have got this down to a fine art ,clearing plates ,serving hot drinks and always with a smile

Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there

Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool

The staff went above and beyond for my partner and I who were staying all inclusive. They carried our bags to our room, ensured that our mini fridge was always stocked up with soft drinks and water

I cannot believe we had all of that food included in our package! There were loads of drink choice and the mocktails were as incredible as the cocktails (needed as I was driving home on the last day) and they even let us use our all inclusive right up until we left at 7pm (check out was at 11am)

Bar staff learnt what drinks we liked and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated, even at peak times

Obviously there was nothing the hotel could do so not a criticism, just a reminder that during April, you're not guaranteed perfect weather. We took the opportunity to visit the old town a couple of times

The return journey was always about 5 euros cheaper though! The afternoon gyros, pizza, wraps and crepes were brilliant and we ate lunch there more often than in the dining room

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during our stay due to a cold wind, but we managed to find sheltered places and the indoor pool was put to good use by the children

Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes

We especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt dips and the dessert section, which included delicious ice cream; we indulged in them every day! We stayed in room 105, situated in the first block

Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional
