Some rooms are too noisy because of the main street. A-C costs 5 EUR per day. Bathroom is too small. Swimming pool is open only between 9-18. You should also open pool bar in the evening, now it closes at 17:30. Bus stop is so dirty. And pool for children is not for very small children.

Spa visit- during my weeks visit to the Kresten Royal I visited the spa twice. I had a lovely back, neck and Shoulder massage from Vaso and I was so impressed I rebooked for a further Full body massage with a body wrap and facial. Lovely inviting , relaxing , welcoming . Dina was really good . I suffer from osteoporosis, so I had shoulders and neck massage for 20 minutes . The hotel and the room we were in are pretty old and outdated. The food is pretty boring, but the staff is Nice, pools are OK, and the area is great. I give 4 stars because it was a cheap booking and we did find some value for our money. Also the beach is great and clean. But they don't have enough beach beds, so you better get one early. Recommend it if you are looking for an all-inclusive, on budget...

Best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, William, Maria, Pedro all were outstanding in their customer service. Great food from the kitchen, breakfast and dinner. Then cafe on the beach was fantastic. The pool was nice enough space, however need to maintain the rules in respect of putting towels down before 10am. Another idea if possible to have an outside gym to help burn those calories from the great food...
