Overall allright hotel. Location is convinenet, not too long way to go anywhere. For longer stay, you would like to have some kind of couch in a room. Pool area is compact but big enough still to take the sun in. Hours when building next to it does not cast a shadow is limited.

I stayed in this hotel two years ago. The room was newly renovated and excellent with a spacious terrace. The staff was extremely friendly. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Solid four stars, had an ocean front room on the 4th floor so didn't experience any noise and view was great but was surprised they had a 10am checkout when surrounded by loud bars and clubs that go until 5am. This is a good place to stay if you are interested in nightlife being close by but be careful on your last night, 10am is brutal given the situation going on in the street.
