Everyone greeted you with a smile, were genuinely interested in ensuring our experience was everything we wanted, and more! I would definitely return, just for the warmth and enthusiasm of the staff, everything else was a bonus

Should have written a review then, but only thinking to now as I am trying to rebook to stay again this year. We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The value we got for money was unbelievable

The buffet was fair and always found something to eat. The restaurants by the pool that you would sit and order to your table were absolutely fabulous. The a la carte restaurants were also top notch

Had some of the nicest sushi of my life there. The cocktails were really high quality and never too much of a queue. Hotel was dated yes but clean

there is a show every night with a different band and kind of music. They have an excellent option of shower room if you already made your check out but leave the hotel later. Indeed, very much recommend recommended

You can get there by bus from the airport, has lot of shops and restaurant near by. It is 13 min walking distances from the shopping area and 20 min from the old town of course by car its few minutes drive

Pool area bar very good with adequate menu. So good we booked again as soon as we returned home!

The rooms vary, of course, according to what you pay but are all scrupulously clean, and it's possible, if you're clever, to get a room at the back overlooking the pool and palms without breaking any bank

Fully recommended! Well situated between Elli Beach and Rhodos old town. Multiple stores, restaurants, and places where you can have good time

Location is convinenet, not too long way to go anywhere. For longer stay, you would like to have some kind of couch in a room. Pool area is compact but big enough still to take the sun in

I have only ever used it when making the trip from the UK to the distant Dodecanese, when it's wise to get to Rhodes then break your long day's travel with a recuperative night here before you get the ferry onwards, and the same on the return

close to harbour, local tavernas. Taxi back from old town if needed 7 euros. Can't fault this hotel! Breakfast caters for all dietary needs - continental, cooked, etc. Rooms immaculate and cleaned daily if required

Breakfast was a typical spread but had a menu for cooked options. The pool and pool bar were a great addition and stones throw from the beach. Overall it was a faultless stay

Comfortable access to a great beach! The restaurant is just amazing. Great Italian food! We ate there 3 days in a row and each night different great dishes. Warm, welcoming and professional staff

Great location, central to anything you need. Staff were fantastic from start to finish of the booking. Helping to arrange flowers for the room and even upgrading to a large room with a sea view

the location is perfect 10 mins walk to the old town and in the beach too. everywhere is very clean … rooms had everything you need. the shower over the spa bath is a little tricky getting in via a stool

very good service with alwasys smiling faces. we come here every year and we are so happy being here. it is close to Bar Street and most of the restaurants and shops for shopping. sea is just a walking distance

So glad to have picked this hotel. It was right at the beach where we relaxed and tanned daily. The room was so nice & clean and the staff very helpful

Couldn’t call this a 5 star hotel at all. Be wary of room descriptions… my “sea view” room look at three buildings and faced neither Aegean or Mediterranean Sea

The staff is very attentive, the cleanliness is exemplary, the food is diverse and very good. the restaurant and everything related to the restaurant is impeccable. the pool is a little small for what I expected

Beach was lovely but sunbeds can be expensive we paided €20 euro one day for back of beach beds then €70 euro another day for VIP beds at the front row of a beach club

And lastly the pool in my opinion is too small for the size of hotel and can get super busy and there are only about 20 sun beds and 100s of guests so if you like sitting beside the pool all the time bare this in mind

Our first time in Rhodes and we loved our hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were excellent definitely worth paying a little extra for a sea view room. Breakfast was good with lots of choice

We had a cake waiting in our room on one of our birthdays which was a nice touch and the all inclusive fridge in the room was also really welcomed after a hot day at the beach

Hotel is ideally situated for the beach and backs onto new town and is a short walking distance to old town

Food was good, the beach is literally a minute away, lovely long stretch of beach and plenty of sun beds. You can walk all the way around to the port in old town, takes about 20 minutes

Plus side: good breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, decent swimming pool. Minus side: massive building site opposite, operating every day from 8-4, and noisy; no ventilation in bathroom, so very smelly.

My first impression was a comfortable hotel with friendly and professional staff and I want disappointed. The hotel and facilities were clean and comfortable and I was able to fully relax during my stay

The food was prepared to a high standard and the restaurant staff first rate I am already looking forward to returning next year

Pool small but no sunbed reservation meant there were always enough beds. Lovely breakfast and seating inside and out. Small issue with the door and request for extra pillows was attended to immediately

Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Excellent aircon controlled separately in bedroom/lounge. Handy to shops, restaurants/bars, bus station and beaches about 10 minutes walk

People are very friendly and close to beach, shops and old rhodos. The hotel is a 3 star hotel but for us is 5 star

This has been a great holiday from start to finish. The rooms are cleaned daily and staff can’t be any more helpful. Breakfast was great lots of selection

Room and towels provided on departure day for showering/changing. Local car hire very reasonable. Recimmend Local Restaurant just across the street

The pool area is nice and safe for kids (not to deep) and there is a bar with a variety of drinks and snacks

I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel only because of these 2 guys alone, really great people, plus the rest of the staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful, it was a very pleasant stay for me and my friends

All the staff at the hotel is super friendly, and amazing ownership. Rooms are super clean and the cleaning staff are around most mornings if you need something. I really love this hotel and I feel like I’m home here

Very nice and clean hotel, staff are super friendly and accommodating and specially ILIAS from the main bar who stole our hearts and lastly the hotel is at a great location about 2 minutes walking from the centre

He helped us feel at home and served us the best way possible. Also his brother Rafael is super nice and also served us well. Both of them really made our experience at the hotel better

Amazing hotel with super comfortable and spacious rooms. Beds are super nice, very luxurious bathroom. Corner room has a super large wrap around balcony

What an amazing first trip to Greece and Rhodes, not a 4 star hotel but great value for money in a good location! All the staff especially the nightshift reception guy Paris was so welcoming and friendly

The pool has no view but why go there when in 3 minutes you can take a bath in the wonderful blue sea? It is not a 4 star hotel more of a 3 star but for my and my wife it was perfect

At nights lot of finnish people scream and drinking in hotel. Location is very good, only 100m from sea and lots of shops, bars and so on around. Pool and sundeck area is good. There is also nice bar in hall

The staff and manager are very nice and kind. The pool is not the one shown in the picture is different. The furniture in the rooms is very old and painted. The rooms are small compared to a 4-star hotel.

LGBT friendly! Knowing that some of the rooms have already been updated, I think this hotel is a great day! Unfortunately, my husband and I stayed in a room that wasn’t updated

We had a balcony that overlooked the pool (we didn't experience lots of noise, we could hear some singing from a bar nearby but it didnt disrupt our sleep and with booking a central hotel you can't expect a quiet countryside anyway

Nice hotel well located with plenty of bars & restaurants around it. 2 mins walk from the beach & around 15-20 mins from the old town. Room was good only gripe was the shower cubicle is very small

Only had the breakfast which had plenty of choice & was fine , had a few nightcaps in the bar which was fine. Only used the pool area once but always seemed to have beds available

Apart from breakfast we never eat there but those that did the food looked fantastic. One of the best greek hotels I've stayed in worth every penny with sea views

The grounds were very attractive and the pool was very well kept. We managed to get sun beds in sunny spots on the days we wanted

My husband and I spent three nights at Rodos Park after extensive travels through Türkiye and Greece. Lovely boutique hotel located just outside the medieval city which was perfect

They arranged a car rental for us directly at the hotel, taxis when we needed them and even a breakfast basket before our early morning flight. The pool area is excellent, so is the rooftop bar

The double glazing cut out any noise from the street and the air conditioning was effective. Always bright cheerful helpful and efficient. The manager was around regularly keeping an eye on things

(We did not want to inside the medieval city and after doing a walking tour were happy with our decision. ) Our room was comfortable, well-appointed with thoughtful touches

Warm informative welcome from staff who offered us a safety deposit box for €20 and informed us that breakfast is on from 7am till 1030 and that the pool is open from 10am till 6pm

Bar food was amazing the buffet breakfast was as with most buffets hit and miss depending on time. But overall we had a great stay here would go again as it’s close to beach and shops

This hotel is exactly where you want to be when visiting Rhodes town. We booked two rooms for eleven nights at the blue sky and it was €110 for the room tax per room

Often the hot stuff was just lukewarm but no major drama. Pool area is good and has a good vibe however as everyone else says there's not enough beds for the hotel. Pool beds are comfortable and is extremely relaxing

Ideal for your drinks and bottled water. Bathroom very spacious and room to a good standard especially for Greece. The real winners are those that have booked the sea view

You must visit the pool bar of the hotel which offers a lot of refreshing drinks and the girl there has great knowledge of drinks. But also she will surely serve you in the best way ! Such a lovely lady!!!xx

Great hotel! Basic rooms but has a fridge and crockery. The pool area is lovely but get there early to ensure you get a bed. Very good location for the new town and the beach. 15 minute walk to the old town

don’t miss Louis restaurant for dinner about a 4 minute walk and about a couple of minutes is the Ibiscus hotel with live music for another dinner night. Thank you Bellevue on the Beach for the fabulous time!

Great rooms, great personalized service by all of the stuff, very good breakfast, view is unbeatable. Pool is small but this is known upfront not a surprise.

Just enjoyed 4 days stay in July 2025. This boutique hotel is blessed with great staff including Theo, Dimitri and Michael who made our stay memorable. The suites are very comfortable and all areas are kept very clean

Superior client services all around from communication directly with the manager Katerina before our arrival to superb cocktails and exceptional breakfast featuring multiple delicious options to great beach bar recommendations and a warm rooftop pool, spacious luxurious accommodations including spa quality bathroom products, slippers, plush robes and even flip flops as well as large beach towels

Location of the hotel is perfect, beach is 5 mins away, so are the port and city centre. There’s a pool in the back, perfect place to chill when it’s too windy at the beach. What I really enjoyed was the gym

What a relaxing stay! First of all my requests were accommodated before I arrived, late check in, late check out and since I have allergies I had hypoallergenic pillows and bedding also the room was sparkly clean every day! The swimming pool small but adequate and quiet as it is at the back of the hotel

The walls were a bit thin as our room was located on a corner close by the stairwell and elevator, so keep that in mind when booking! The pool was also nice, a little small, but it wasn’t crowded at all during our stay so it was perfect

The receptionists Anna and Despina were absolute stars! They had great recommendations when it comes to restaurants and night life all tailored to what you like and they were so accurate on giving directions we never got lost! Highly recommend, your life as a tourist will just be much easier if you choose this place

It’s not allowed to get food or beverage from the buffet and take it to your room, but there’s room service at a charge ofcourse. You van eat with a view on the pool and the cats walking around

Modern decor with a comfortable seating area and bar. Room was comfortable and spacious for two people. Old town was a short walk away. Would definitely book here again

When I visited (june) there were enough lounge beds, so you didn’t have to get up very early to reserve a spot. Which is not allowed by the hotel. I’m glad they have an eye for people who think they’re entitled to a bed

From arriving late at night to leaving our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful especially Skiaoleni (hope that’s spelt correctly)

There are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, somyou don’t need to walk far to get something to eat. The sun rises at the front of the hotel and sets at the back

Just as welcoming and comfortable as on previous stays. It's in a quiet position, with advantageous access to both old and new towns. Lovely cafes/bars/ice cream parlour/supermarket in the immediate vicinity
