Pool area bar very good with adequate menu. So good we booked again as soon as we returned home!

The rooms vary, of course, according to what you pay but are all scrupulously clean, and it's possible, if you're clever, to get a room at the back overlooking the pool and palms without breaking any bank

Fully recommended! Well situated between Elli Beach and Rhodos old town. Multiple stores, restaurants, and places where you can have good time

Location is convinenet, not too long way to go anywhere. For longer stay, you would like to have some kind of couch in a room. Pool area is compact but big enough still to take the sun in

I have only ever used it when making the trip from the UK to the distant Dodecanese, when it's wise to get to Rhodes then break your long day's travel with a recuperative night here before you get the ferry onwards, and the same on the return

close to harbour, local tavernas. Taxi back from old town if needed 7 euros. Can't fault this hotel! Breakfast caters for all dietary needs - continental, cooked, etc. Rooms immaculate and cleaned daily if required

The staff is very friendly and made our stay there amazing! Food is also very good. There is a public beach right accross the street, which is very nice for swimming and relaxing. Two sunbeds with umbrella are 20€ a day

We spent a week At the hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the great hospitality. We were upgraded to a family suite with a sea view. Seeing the sun rise every morning was breathtaking

The location is right on the city beach, certainly the best choice in the whole town. The staff is friendly and professional, special praise goes to the lovely waitress Marijana

Originally booked another hotel in the Esperides group but due to other cancellations, they couldn't open that hotel

From arrival (luggage) to room service, rooftop bar, pool, etc. All actually better never experienced in German five star hotels. The location of the resort is very close to the city, unlike other hotels on the island

In about 5 minutes you are in the old town as well as in the new town centre and great restaurants are also nearby, or even closer. The pool is very well maintained and quietly located in the hotel's garden

In Germany, five-star accommodation still places special emphasis on the smallest details, which seems to me to be completely unnecessary here. The service of the staff was absolutely courteous and beyond expectation

There is a small boutique next to the reception, they have beach towels, sunscreen, nice hats and beachwear at reasonable prices for a tourist area

All staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for me and helped me find my way every day. The breakfast is very good, there is a hot and cold buffet and there is something for everyone

The pool has no view but why go there when in 3 minutes you can take a bath in the wonderful blue sea? It is not a 4 star hotel more of a 3 star but for my and my wife it was perfect

At nights lot of finnish people scream and drinking in hotel. Location is very good, only 100m from sea and lots of shops, bars and so on around. Pool and sundeck area is good. There is also nice bar in hall

The location is absolutely perfect as it’s close to the old town and also a Beach right across it. We didn’t swim at the beach across as we spent more time travelling around the island

The staff and manager are very nice and kind. The pool is not the one shown in the picture is different. The furniture in the rooms is very old and painted. The rooms are small compared to a 4-star hotel.

LGBT friendly! Knowing that some of the rooms have already been updated, I think this hotel is a great day! Unfortunately, my husband and I stayed in a room that wasn’t updated

The pool area is nice and safe for kids (not to deep) and there is a bar with a variety of drinks and snacks

I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel only because of these 2 guys alone, really great people, plus the rest of the staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful, it was a very pleasant stay for me and my friends

Location was close to the medieval city which was nice. Having access to meals and drinks included was nice and the hotel offers 3 pools and a beach for guests. Food was good and fresh and there was plenty of seating

The taxi the hotel had requested canceled at the last minute and we couldn't get another one, so the wonderful George at the front desk (who brought our luggage to our rooms) immediately offered to drive us so that we wouldn't miss our appointment

We wanted to find a child-friendly hotel that would be good for our 3-year-old while also offer enough activity/have proximity to the town for my parents, sister, and brother-in-law. Mitsis really delivered on all counts

One if the best vacations I ever had. You can eat as much as you want, whenever you want. The quality of the food is is extraordinary, especially in the restaurants. Each evening there is a great show outside

Worth staying here just for the view & Sunsets. Good Air Con & WiFi but cooking facilities very basic, even for Greece. Rely on eating out.

Apartment is ok but bed needs to be replaced. The view from the balcony is great and the location is right in the centre of the nightlife.

We'd trouble getting water to flush the toilet one morning, but they got a plumber there before we got back from breakfast and soon the problem was fixed

From our balcony, which was long but spacious, from the third floor we saw mostly tree tops, but thank God it was in the shadow both morning and evening

This hotel was friendly, clean and in a perfect location. It was in a quiet area but easy walking distance to get to the beach, harbour and the old town was a pleasant stroll away

When you come in from the heat outside there's cold water and a tasty drink for free at the bar. All staff are friendly and greet, clean and nice everywhere and good daily cleaning of the room

If you could not find something to eat then you are hard to please! The breakfast room was in the sister hotel a few minute walk away and the staff kept everything topped up and the tables cleared efficiently and always done with a smile

For high needs people maybe this hotel is bad, but for me it was really nice place, close to the center and all attractions, room got cleaning almost everyday. Stuff at the reception was the nicest.

We tried to sleep there one night but we got symptoms because of the mold and got a new room. In the second room, we looked under the mattress and found a bed bug's shir. We complained about the room and got a third room

But the showerhead fell on the floor and broke and one morning the toilet didn't flush anymore. We complained about them right away in the morning,but they didn't fix the toilet until 11:00 p

the breakfast was bad, the woman working at the breakfast was lovely, congested, in good condition The hotel did not meet its expectations. We got one room which was really moldy

We were contacted zenhotels by email and once they answered and promised to be in touch with the hotel. After that we didn't hear from zenhotels

the location is perfect 10 mins walk to the old town and in the beach too. everywhere is very clean … rooms had everything you need. the shower over the spa bath is a little tricky getting in via a stool

Pool and pool bar were great and cheap, perfect for spending a day/morning without the wind like at the beach. Bar staff at night, specifically Georgina, are so friendly and can’t do enough for you

Rooms are basic, however we were only in the room when sleeping so didn’t matter to us, just wish we realised air con is free before our last night as we were woken up through the night with the bin men

We stayed bed and breakfast and the choice for breakfast is great, also ate twice for dinner and really enjoyed it both nights with the different themes

Not much wardrobe space though and the only full length hanging for dresses is on the hooks on the wall. Rooms are spotless and mopped every day

I can't forget the bartender Michael by the pool, who not only mixed great drinks but also made sure we had everything we needed while relaxing by the water

If you aren't too particular about your room, I recommend a ground-floor room with a garden. You can reach the pool, reception, and restaurant in just 30 seconds, without waiting for the elevator

His attentiveness and sense of humor made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. Michael was truly exceptional, and thanks to him, we always felt great at the pool
