Wish it had a sixth star. There's no need to describe this family run hotel! Atmoshere, the cleanest I've been in it's category and the owners are brilliant. Felt like home. Totally must!

Love these apartments have been holidaying here once sometimes twice a year for the past 5years, so close to amenities but a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Brother and sister team Roussos and Fofi plus team make your holiday an enjoyable one. Each year they have invested in the hotel/apartments.

Great hotel . Coming 3 yrs now and would recommend without a doubt. Three brothers Michael , Billy and George are always there to help if you need anything just ask . Excellent staff . Rooms are cleaned daily ,bedding ,towels every 2nd day . Two pools ones for little ones , pool table , creat time had by all . Here now and definitely years to come .

Lots of things to do. On arrival we were offered one free drink each and we chilled out by the bar. Rooms are very clean,however the showers are not very powerful and there is hardly room to move.when getting there it was extremely hot in the room and we had to get ac. Wir waren 10 Tage im Talgo und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gastfreundlichkeit, Essen, Sauberkeit, Beachservice - einfach alles 5* Niveau - so geht Hotellerie!!! Die Lage mit dem feinen Sandstrand direkt vor der Haustür ist auch nicht zu toppen.

We arrived very late on the Sunday and were met by Peter who stayed up late to greet us, a nice touch indeed. This place is excellent in all ways , very well kept, very clean and very quiet. Peter, Marianna and lets not forget Ronnie cannot do enough for you. Nothing is a problem just ask them and they will accommodate you. Good breakfast selection and variety on offer. Breakfast area had a superb view of the beach. Very obliging service and friendly staff. Cannot fault it

Amazing hospitality, personalised attention to another level. The most amazing boutique hotel with a fantastic location . Waking up to the fresh morning air and a fabulous view of the sea . Top all of this with an amazing host in Peter who takes care of you as his own . Would love to come back here and strongly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Stalis

Smooth and efficient from reservation until departure. Hosts Peter and Marianne made our stay a perfect one by allowing us to unwind and relax. The little things make a big difference and they were plentiful to make our stay a memorable one!

Highly recommend Talgo Suites . Excellent location,beautifully decorated ,spotlessly clean and tidy .Breakfast very tasty and snacks available during day in the beautiful beach garden setting. .The hosts Peter , Marianne and all the staff can not do enough to help you enjoy your stay . Amazing place! Everything you need for a perfect family holiday, and just a two minute walk to stalis and five minute taxi to Malia! Rooms are simple but with a full kitchen and are cleaned everyday. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Skajado last month for five days and enjoyed every minute of our time there! The hostess was super friendly and welcoming, and the apartment had everything you needed for a great vacation. The location is excellent and close to almost everything. We recommend staying there, and we will consider staying there again!

I certainly recommend this place for each person which would like to rest in beautiful apartments with sea view in quite corner far from noisy beach. Each apartment and terrace was designed carefully. Whole garden and open space were breathtaking. All those lovely ceramic pots and special grass terraces with sun bads. Perfect stay on Crete! Great location, quite enough, sea is right under your window. Crowded beach is 7 minutes walk, as the road is. So no motors distract your ear from the whisper of the sea waves. Been there three times. Loved it. Great for people who do not like sandy beaches (even though there is one a 5min walk from Skajado). Wonderful owners. You can get fresh fish if you catch fishermen in the morning and cook it. There are a few stray cats around, but I didn't mind them. Will visit again some day

We had a great stay at Skajado! The property was absolutely gorgeous as was our room and view! The location was great and was in walking distance to the local town and the beach. The property owners were very nice and attentive and were helpful with arranging transportation for us. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Just got back from a week at the Maria Lambis, The apartments are clean and tidy and the cleaners come in every other day. The pool bar food isn't great or good very basic. The pool is lovely and room for everyone the staff are lovely and helpful. Only down side was no toaster or TV and hairdryer in the room. Just returned from here. Very good value for money. We were not expecting the Ritz and the minor problems we had with the room such as the coffee machine and one wall plug were sorted immediately. It was a bit noisy on the odd night with drunk guests singing loudly and badly out of tune on a couple of nights hence 4 stars. Nice pool, set in pleasant gardens. Have stayed here a number of times and enjoyed. Great facilities and staff, with the exception of one bar member intent on treating you unwelcome, an intruder and setting rules by which to abide. All other staff are lovely and this one member lets the team down.

Lovely atmosphere, top class experience, friendly people. The Hotel is located just by a beautiful beach. Will definitely come back to enjoy the hospitality and the delicious traditional recipient of the in-house Veni restaurant.

Clean, beautiful, sadly no safe in room and not allowed to flush used toilet paper down the toilet. But there is fridge in room, water heater, weight scale, sewing kit, hair dryer, tv, air conditioning, telephone, even table for ironing, mosquito repellent, fast Wi-Fi huge shower... Be careful you can lock the keys in the room if you close doors with keys in room.

Stayed here for the first time after family members recommended it!. WOW is all I can say, the hotel is in the perfect spot, the hotel itself is beautiful and very clean and the family that own it are out of this world. I will 100% be coming back here and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Residence Villas with my sister, brother in law, niece & her friend. I had room 114 & they had the 2 rooms just round the corner from my room. The rooms are very spacious, clean & comfortable. When I arrived at my room the air-conditioning was on so the room was feeling fresh from the outside heat. There was also some double doors that led out to a little corner that had a sette & table...
